Description
(i)内管の存在が第一ライザーについての反応帯域の流体動力学を乱し、通常原料油の分解に対して無視できない影響を与える;例えば、誘発される反応物の滞留時間の変化あるいはその結果としての逆混合現象の増大が異なる反応物の収率の有意の変化および/または反応器出口での価値ある生成物に向けての反応の選択性の低下を招く。
− 通常反応帯域を画定する第一ライザー(B)、
− 新鮮な触媒または再生装置からの触媒を供給する、第一ライザー(B)のための移送ライン(A)、
− 通常原料油を第一ライザー(B)へ注入する手段、
− 霧化蒸気を第一ライザー(B)に注入する手段を含み、
該装置は、
− 第一ライザー(B)に平行であり、第二原料油を分解する第二反応帯域を画定し、下端が第一ライザー(B)の底部に開口しており、上端が第一ライザー(B)の頂部に開口している、少なくとも1つの第二ライザー(C)、
− 第二原料油を1以上の第二ライザー(C)に注入する手段、および、
− 第二原料油のための分解条件を制御する手段
をさらに含む。
− 通常反応帯域を画定する第一ライザー(B)、
− 新鮮な触媒または再生装置からの触媒を供給する、第一ライザー(B)のための移送ライン(A)、
− 通常原料油を第一ライザー(B)に注入する手段(1)、および
− 霧化蒸気を第一ライザー(B)に注入する手段
を含む、装置であって、
− 第一ライザー(B)に平行であり、下端が第一ライザー(B)の底部に開口し、上端が第一ライザー(B)の頂部に開口し、第一ライザー(B)の周囲に配置され、かつ、第二原料油を分解するための第二反応帯域を画定する1または2〜10の第二ライザー(C)、
− 第二原料油を単数または複数の第二ライザー(C)に注入する手段(3)、および、
− 第二原料油の分解条件を制御する手段
をさらに含む。
− 通常反応帯域を画定する第一ライザー(B)、
− ライン(5)を介して触媒再生装置(図1において図示せず)から触媒を供給する、第一ライザー(B)のための移送ライン(A)、
− 通常原料油を、霧化蒸気と混合されて、第一ライザー(B)に注入するための手段(1)、および
− 当該分野において用いられることがある特定の技術によりライザー(B)内で蒸気を霧化する随意のさらなる手段(4)
を含む。

Claims (14)
- 通常原料油および第二原料油を接触分解するための装置であり、
− 通常反応帯域を画定する第一ライザー(B)、
− 新鮮な触媒または再生装置からの触媒を供給する、第一ライザー(B)のための移送ライン(A)、
− 通常原料油を第一ライザー(B)に注入する手段(1)、および
− 霧化蒸気を第一ライザー(B)に注入する手段
を含む、装置であって、
− 第一ライザー(B)に平行であり、下端が第一ライザー(B)の底部に開口し、上端が第一ライザー(B)の頂部に開口し、第一ライザー(B)の周囲に配置され、かつ、第二原料油を分解するための第二反応帯域を画定する1または2〜10の第二ライザー(C)、
− 第二原料油を単数または複数の第二ライザー(C)に注入する手段(3)、および、
− 第二原料油の分解条件を制御する手段
をさらに含む装置。 - 第二原料油の分解条件を制御する手段は、冷却液を第一ライザー(B)の上部に注入する手段(2)を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 通常反応帯域と第二反応帯域との間の単数または複数の連結点(6)が、通常原料油をライザー(B)に注入する点(1)より下方に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 通常原料油をライザー(B)に注入する点(1)が、触媒移送ライン(A)と第一ライザー(B)とを連結する点(7)の下方に、または好ましくは上方に位置する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 通常反応帯域と第二反応帯域との間の単数または複数の連結点が、触媒をライザー(B)に注入する点(7)、すなわちライン(A)の末端の上方、かつその近傍に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 第二分解条件を制御する手段は、第二ライザーへの固体触媒の流量を調節するための少なくとも1つのバルブをさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置を用いる方法。
- 第二反応帯域および/または通常反応帯域における分解条件は、少なくとも部分的に、可変量の冷却液を気化することによって調節され、該冷却液は、該液を第一ライザー(B)の上部に注入する手段(2)を介して注入される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第二ライザーの長さおよび直径は、諸化合物の平均滞留時間が約0.1〜10秒となるように選択される、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 第二反応帯域の温度が560〜620℃であり、触媒流量の第二原料油の流量に対する比C/Oが約2〜100である、請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 通常原料油は、留出油および/または水素化処理残油、たとえば常圧蒸留または減圧蒸留の残油、あるいはビスブレーキング残油を含む、請求項7〜10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 第二原料油は、モル質量が65〜285g/モルである炭化水素原料油を含む、請求項7〜11のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ホージャサイトタイプのYゼオライトおよび2〜10重量%のZSM−5ゼオライトを含む触媒が、通常原料油の分解および/または第二原料油の分解のために用いられる、請求項7〜12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 複数の分離チャンバおよび流体循環またはストリッピングチャンバあるいは流体の分離およびストリッピングに連続して供される複数のチャンバを含む迅速分離装置が、固体触媒粒子と分解反応からの気体生成物とを分離するために用いられる、請求項7〜13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
