Description

The present invention relates to an illumination device in which a shade is attached to a lamp having a light source.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the conventional lighting device 100, a lamp 101 having a glass 101 a serving as a shade on the front surface is attached to an opening of a lamp body 102. At this time, an overall C-shaped spring 103 is attached to the opening of the lamp body 102 to prevent the lamp 101 from falling off (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

That is, the lamp 101 is housed inside the lamp body 102, the collar portion 101b of the lamp 101 is pressed by the spring 103, and the projection 103a provided on the spring 103 is inserted into the locking hole 102a provided on the lamp body 102. The lamp 101 is attached inside the lamp body 102 by being inserted.

However, in the configuration of the lighting device 100 described above, there is a problem that when the spring 103 is detached from the lamp body 102, the lamp 101 is immediately dropped and is easily detached. Further, since the spring 103 is attached at a position where it can be seen, there is a problem that the appearance is poor.
For this reason, in recent years, an illumination device has been used in which a shade is rotated and attached to a lamp body (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-142302 (FIG. 1) JP 2001-216830 A

However, the lighting device described in Patent Document 2 has a structure in which the shade is rotated and attached to the lamp body. However, in the attached state, the shade may rotate and loosen with respect to the lamp body, and the shade may fall off. There was a problem that could not be reliably prevented.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an illuminating device that can reliably prevent the fall of the shade with a simple structure.

The lighting device of the present invention is a lighting device in which a fitting protrusion provided on the other is fitted into a fitting groove provided on one of the circular mounting portion of the lamp and the circular mounting portion of the shade, and is mounted by rotating. In addition, the fitting groove has a substantially C-shape as a whole and a spring member having a protruding portion protruding inward or outward of the C-shape.

With this configuration, the shade is attached to the lamp by fitting and rotating the fitting protrusion provided in the other into the fitting groove provided in one of the circular attachment portion of the lamp and the circular attachment portion of the shade. . At this time, the shade is relatively rotated until the fitting protrusion gets over the protruding portion of the spring member. As a result, even if the shade is about to rotate relative to the lamp, the protrusion of the spring member cannot be overcome unless it is rotated with a certain force or more, so that it can be reliably prevented from coming off.

In the lighting device of the present invention, the fitting groove is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the attachment portion of the lamp, the fitting protrusion is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment portion of the shade, and the protruding portion of the spring member It has the structure which protruded to the outer side.

According to this configuration, the fitting protrusion provided on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment portion of the shade is fitted in the fitting groove provided on the outer peripheral surface of the attachment portion of the lamp, and the shade is attached to the lamp. At this time, it is possible to reliably prevent the fitting protrusion of the shade from coming off by mounting it so as to get over the protruding portion of the spring member provided in the fitting groove.

Furthermore, the lighting device of the present invention has a configuration in which the protruding portion of the spring member is provided in the vicinity of the end in the rotational direction when the fitting protrusion is attached to the spring member.

With this configuration, the elasticity of the spring member can be effectively utilized, and a good mounting feeling can be obtained.

Furthermore, the lighting device of the present invention has a configuration in which at least one end of the spring member is locked by a stopper provided in the fitting groove.

With this configuration, the spring member can be prevented from shifting with respect to the fitting groove when the fitting protrusion gets over the protruding portion of the spring member.

The present invention attaches a shade to a lamp by fitting and rotating a fitting protrusion provided on the other into a fitting groove provided on one of the circular attachment part of the lamp and the circular attachment part of the shade. . At this time, the shade is relatively rotated until the fitting protrusion gets over the protruding portion of the spring member. As a result, even if the shade does not rotate with respect to the lamp in the direction of loosening, the protrusion of the spring member cannot be overcome unless it is rotated with a certain force or more, so that it can be reliably prevented from coming off. It is possible to provide a lighting device having the same.

Hereinafter, an illumination device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a lighting device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a lamp mounting portion viewed from below, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a shade mounting portion viewed from above. 4 is a plan view of the spring member, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where the end of the spring member is locked, and FIG. 6A shows a state before the fitting protrusion of the shade gets over the protrusion of the spring member. FIG. 6B is a perspective view showing a state after the fitting protrusion of the shade has passed over the protruding portion of the spring member.

As shown in FIG. 1, the illuminating device 10 of this invention has the lamp 20 which has the lamp | ramp 21 which is a light source inside, and the shade 30 attached to the illumination direction front part of the lamp | ramp 20. As shown in FIG. The lamp 20 and the shade 30 are provided in the fitting groove 23 provided in one of the circular mounting portion 22 of the lamp 20 and the circular mounting portion 31 of the shade 30 (here, the mounting portion 22 of the lamp 20), and the other (here, The fitting protrusion 32 provided on the attachment portion 31) of the shade 30 is fitted and rotated so as to be detachably attached. And the spring member 40 which has the protrusion part 41 which has a substantially C-shape in the fitting groove 23, and protrudes inside or outside a C-shape is provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lamp 20 includes, for example, a base plate 24 attached to a ceiling, a turning plate 25 attached to the base plate 24 so as to be rotatable, and a pair of arm members 26 attached to the turning plate 25 so as to be rotatable. The lamp body 27 is rotatably attached to the tip end (here, the bottom end) of the arm member 26. The lamp body 27 is a bottomed cylindrical member having an open end, and the lamp 21 is mounted inside.
Therefore, the lamp body 27 can be set in any direction, and the light from the lamp 21 can be irradiated in any direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the attachment portion 22 of the lamp 20 has a cylindrical shape, and a fitting groove 23 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion. The fitting groove 23 is provided with an opening 23a through which the fitting protrusion 32 of the shade 30 can pass. That is, when the fitting protrusions 23 of the shade 30 are provided at two places, the opening 23 a is also provided at two or more places corresponding to the positions of the fitting protrusions 23. The opening 23 a is provided with a stopper 28 for locking the end of the spring member 40. Although not shown, when attaching the fitting protrusion 32 of the shade 30 to the fitting groove 23 and rotating the shade 30 during attachment, the shade 30 is prevented from rotating more than a predetermined angle. A stopper is provided at the end in the rotational direction.

As shown in FIG. 3, the shade 30 has an overall cylindrical shape having an irradiation surface on the lower end side, and is made of transparent or translucent resin or glass. A cylindrical attachment portion 31 is provided at the upper end portion of the shade 30, and a fitting protrusion 32 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment portion 31 so as to protrude inward. The shape of the fitting protrusion 32 is, for example, a trapezoid, and it is desirable that both ends have inclined surfaces. In addition, although the fitting protrusion 32 is provided in two places here, one place is also possible. Three or more locations can also be provided.

As shown in FIG. 4, the spring member 40 has a substantially C-shape with an opening 42 in part, and has a protruding portion 41 protruding outward. The overall radius of the spring member 40 is preferably smaller than the inner diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the fitting groove 23, that is, the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 22 of the lamp 20. Therefore, when attaching the spring member 40 to the inside of the fitting groove 23, the spring member 40 is expanded in the direction of increasing the radius of the spring member 40 and accommodated in the fitting groove 23 to release the spring member 40. As a result, the spring member 40 is reduced in diameter inside the fitting groove 23 due to the elastic force, so that it does not fall out of the fitting groove 23.

The protrusion 41 is preferably provided in the vicinity of the terminal end 43a in the rotation direction (direction of arrow A in FIG. 4) when the fitting protrusion 32 is attached to the spring member 40. Thereby, the elasticity of a spring member can be used effectively and a favorable attachment feeling is obtained. The shape of the protruding portion 41 is not particularly limited, but it is desirable to have an inclined surface such as a triangular shape or a trapezoid. Moreover, although the cross-sectional shape of the spring member 40 is arbitrary, it has a circular cross section here, for example.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the distal end of the spring member 40 is bent to be provided with a locking portion 43, and the locking portion 43 is a stopper 28 provided in the opening 23 a of the fitting groove 23. It is hooked and locked. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the spring member 40 from being displaced from the fitting groove 23 when the fitting protrusion 32 gets over the protruding portion 41 of the spring member 40. Note that it is desirable to provide the locking portions 43 at both ends of the spring member 40.

Next, an operation for attaching the shade 30 to the lamp 20 will be described.
The fitting protrusion 32 of the shade 30 is aligned with the position of the opening 23 a of the fitting groove 23 of the lamp 20, and the attachment portion 31 of the shade 30 is fitted to the outside of the attachment portion 22 of the lamp 20, so Rotate relatively in the mounting direction. As shown in FIG. 6 (A), the fitting protrusion 32 of the shade 30 abuts against the protrusion 41 of the spring member 40 attached to the fitting groove 23. Therefore, when the shade 30 is further rotated, FIG. As shown in (B), the fitting protrusion 32 gets over the protruding portion 41 of the spring member 40, and between the protruding portion 41 of the spring member 40 and a stopper (not shown) provided in the fitting groove 23. Will be retained. At this time, the locking portion 43 provided at the end portion of the spring member 40 is locked by the stopper 28 provided in the fitting groove 23 and thus does not shift.

As described above, according to the lighting device 10 of the present invention, the fitting protrusion 32 provided in the circular attachment portion 31 of the shade 30 is inserted into the fitting groove 23 provided in the circular attachment portion 21 of the lamp 20. The shade 30 is attached to the lamp 20 by fitting and rotating. At this time, by rotating the shade 30 relatively until the fitting protrusion 32 gets over the protruding portion 41 of the spring member 40, even if the shade 30 tries to rotate in a loosening direction with respect to the lamp 20, it rotates with a certain force or more. Otherwise, the protrusion 41 of the spring member 40 cannot be overcome, so that the shade 30 can be reliably prevented from being detached from the lamp 20 by a simple and inexpensive member.

In addition, the illuminating device of this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A suitable deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the fitting groove 23 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the attachment portion 22 of the lamp 20 and the fitting protrusion 32 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment portion 31 of the shade 30 has been described. In addition, a fitting groove can be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment portion 22 of the lamp 20 and a fitting protrusion can be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the attachment portion 31 of the shade 30. In this case, the protrusion provided on the spring member 40 may be provided so as to protrude inward. In addition, it is desirable that the overall radius of the spring member 40 is made larger than the inner peripheral surface of the mounting portion 22 of the lamp 20.
Alternatively, it is possible to provide a fitting protrusion on the attachment portion 22 of the lamp 20 and provide a fitting groove in the attachment portion 31 of the shade 30.

In the embodiment described above, the attachment portion 22 and the lamp body 27 of the lamp 20 have a circular cross section, but the cross-sectional shape of the lamp body 27 is not limited to a circle as long as the attachment portion 22 is circular. Similarly, the shape of the body of the shade 30 is not limited to a circle as long as the attachment portion 31 is circular.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the stopper is provided in the fitting groove 23 so that the shade 30 does not rotate with respect to the lamp 20, but the protrusion 41 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 41 on the spring member 40. The fitting protrusion 32 can be held between them.

As described above, the lighting device according to the present invention rotates by fitting the fitting protrusion provided on the other side into the fitting groove provided on one of the circular mounting portion of the lamp and the circular mounting portion of the shade. To attach the shade to the lamp. It is useful as a lighting device having a shade attached to a lamp having a light source.
