Description

The present invention relates to a scaffolding wall connecting bolt.

Conventionally, as a wall connecting bolt for scaffolding, a drill screw having a drill portion or a wood screw portion penetrating an outer wall material at one end of a screw shaft portion and a head provided with an engaging portion of a rotary tool at the other end; The long nut has a cylindrical portion whose inner diameter is slightly larger than the head of the drill screw at the end, and after fitting the head of the drill screw into the cylindrical portion, An annular guide portion is formed to squeeze the end edge toward the seat surface side of the head, and to stand the inner end edge of the staking portion toward the head side so as to surround the shaft portion, and the annular guide portion and a lower neck portion of the shaft portion; It is known that a long nut is slidably coupled to the head by providing a gap between them, and a rotary tool that engages with an engaging portion through a screw hole of the long nut can be inserted. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
JP-A-6-57942

However, in the case of the conventional anchoring wall connecting bolts for the scaffold, as described above, the head of the drill screw is movably coupled to the side of the threaded hole of the long nut, so that it will be described below. There was a serious problem.

That is, in order to rotate the drill screw with the rotary tool, it is necessary to insert the rotary tool deeply into the screw hole of the long nut and engage with the engaging portion of the head of the drill screw hidden behind the screw hole. Joint work is difficult.

In order to rotate the drill screw efficiently, it is necessary to align the axis of the rotary tool with the axis of the drill screw. However, the rotary tool is inserted deeply into the screw hole of the long nut, and the long nut is against the head of the drill screw. Since it is freely movable, it is difficult to drive the rotary tool in a state where the axis of the rotary tool is aligned with the axis of the drill screw.

In addition, if the tip drill of the drill screw wears or spills due to use, the long nut and drill screw are inseparably connected and the long nut cannot be reused. There is a problem in terms.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the rotary tool can be easily engaged with the engaging portion of the head of the drill screw, and the axis of the rotary tool is driven to rotate with the axis of the drill screw aligned with the axis of the drill screw. An object of the present invention is to provide a scaffolding wall connecting mounting bolt that can be used and parts can be reused to reduce costs.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a scaffolding wall connecting bolt according to claim 1 has a head having an engaging portion capable of engaging with a rotary tool on one end side and a drill on the other end side. A drill screw having a male screw part for taps that is screwed while being tapped into a rear hole, and a female screw part having a diameter larger than that of the head and screwing a male screw part of a scaffolding wall joint on one end side, on the other end side. A cap nut having a through hole that is smaller in diameter than the female screw portion and can pass through the male screw portion for taps, and has an outer diameter that is larger than that of the through hole in the middle of the male screw portion for tap screws in the drill screw. With the set ring attached, the tap combined male thread portion is inserted from the tip drill side into the through hole from the female thread portion side of the cap nut, and the elastic set ring is locked to the inner opening edge of the through hole. By the cap nut The drill screw is temporarily fixed so as not to move from the position where the head can be seen from the female screw side, and an elastic cushion having a diameter larger than that of the through hole is provided on the male screw part for taps protruding from the through hole of the cap nut. The drill screw is pre-assembled with respect to the cap nut in a state in which the drill screw is prevented from coming off by being mounted.

The scaffolding wall tether mounting bolt according to claim 2 is the scaffolding tether mounting bolt according to claim 1, wherein the maximum outer portion of the head protrudes outward from the open end of the female screw portion of the cap nut. The drill screw is temporarily restricted so as not to move from the position where the head can be seen from the female screw side of the cap nut to the extent that it does not.

The scaffolding wall tether mounting bolt according to claim 3 is the scaffolding wall tether mounting bolt according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the head of the drill screw is formed of a round head. As a means.

In the scaffolding wall connecting bolt according to claim 1, as described above, in the state where the elastic set ring whose outer diameter is larger than the through hole is mounted in the middle of the male screw part of the drill screw, the male screw part of the tap is used. Inserted into the through-hole from the female screw part side of the cap nut from the tip drill side and locked the elastic set ring to the inner opening edge of the through-hole to move from the position where the head can be seen from the female screw side of the cap nut to the heel The drill screw is temporarily fixed to prevent the screw screw from being inserted into the tap screw male threaded portion protruding from the through hole of the cap nut. Because the assembly is configured, the head can be seen from the female screw side of the cap nut when the drill screw is rotated with a rotary tool. With respect to the engaging portion it can be a rotating tool easily engaged, so the axis of the rotary tool to be able to rotate driven in a state matching the axis of the drill screws.

Therefore, an effect that workability can be improved is obtained.

In addition, since the cap nut and the drill screw are separable from each other, if the tip drill of the drill screw is worn or spills due to use, the cap nut can be reused and the cost can be reduced.

In the scaffolding wall connecting bolt according to claim 2, as described above, the head from the female threaded portion side of the cap nut within a range in which the maximum outer portion of the head does not protrude outward from the opening end portion of the female threaded portion of the cap nut. Because the drill screw is temporarily fixed so that it does not move to the heel from the position where it can be seen, the tilt of the cap nut with respect to the drill screw is restricted, so the engagement of the rotary tool with the engaging part of the head During the operation or the drill screw rotation operation, the scaffolding wall connecting bolt can be held in a stable state.

Therefore, the effect that workability | operativity can be improved further is acquired.

In the scaffolding wall connecting bolt according to claim 3, as described above, the head of the drill screw is formed of a round head so that the cap nut can be smoothly swung with respect to the head of the drill screw. become.

In addition, since the round head portion can form the engaging portion of the rotary tool deeply, the engagement strength of the rotary tool with respect to the head portion can be increased.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The scaffolding wall connecting mounting bolt of this embodiment corresponds to the invention described in claims 1 to 3.

First, the scaffolding wall connecting mounting bolt of this embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing a wall connecting bolt for a scaffolding of this embodiment, FIG. 2 is a side view showing a wall connecting bolt for a scaffolding of the embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a cross section showing a wall connecting fixing bolt for a scaffold of the embodiment. FIG. 4, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are explanatory drawings of the attachment work process of the wall tether attachment bolt for scaffolding of the embodiment.

This scaffolding wall tether mounting bolt includes a drill screw 1, a cap nut 2, an elastic set ring 3 and an elastic cushion 4 as main components.

More specifically, the drill screw 1 has a round head 12 having a plus engagement portion 11 capable of engaging a plus screwdriver (rotating tool) 5 at one end thereof, and a drill at the other end. 13 is provided with a male screw portion 14 serving as a tap that is screwed while being tapped into a hole 7 after drilling.

Further, the cap nut 2 has a hexagonal long nut shape, and has a female screw portion 21 having a diameter larger than that of the round head 12 and screwed with a male screw portion 61 of the scaffolding wall tether 6 at one end side axial center portion. The other end side is provided with a locking wall 23 having a through hole 22 having a smaller diameter than the female screw portion 21 and allowing the tap-and-male male screw portion 14 to pass through.

Then, in the state where the elastic set ring 4 having an outer diameter larger than the through hole 22 is mounted in the middle of the tap screw male screw portion 14 of the drill screw 1, the tap screw male screw portion 14 is attached to the cap nut 2 from the tip drill 13 side. By inserting the elastic set ring 3 into the inner opening edge of the through-hole 22 in the locking wall 23 from the female screw 21 side through the through-hole 22, the maximum outer shape of the round head 12 is the cap nut 2. In a state where the drill screw 1 is temporarily restricted so that it does not move from the position where the round head portion 12 can be seen from the female screw portion 21 side of the cap nut 2 within a range that does not protrude outward from the opening end portion of the female screw portion 21 in FIG. A state where the drill screw 1 is prevented from coming off by attaching the elastic cushion 4 having a diameter larger than that of the through hole 22 to the male screw portion 14 serving as a tap protruding from the through hole 22 of the nut 2. It has a pre-assembled configuration relative to the cap nut 2.

Next, the operation and effect of this embodiment will be described.

First, the mounting operation of the scaffolding wall connecting mounting bolts of this embodiment will be described based on the mounting operation process diagrams of FIGS.

First, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), with the drill screw 1 in contact with the tip drill 13 in a state orthogonal to the mounting wall surface P such as a steel plate, the engaging portion of the round head in this drill screw 1 11 is engaged with the Phillips screwdriver 5.

Next, by rotating the drill screw 1 in a state where the axis of the plus screwdriver 5 is aligned with the axis of the drill screw 1, the tip drill 13 drills the mounting wall surface P as shown in FIG. The male screw portion 14 serving as a tap is screwed into the hole 7 after being drilled while being tapped.

Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), after the tap-and-thread male screw portion 14 is screwed in until the elastic cushion 4 contacts the mounting wall surface P, the round head portion 12 of the drill screw 1 becomes the female screw portion of the cap nut 2. As shown in FIG. 4 (d), the round head portion 12 crushes the elastic set ring 3 and presses against the inner opening edge of the through hole 22, so that the elastic cushion 4 The attachment of the scaffolding wall connecting attachment bolt to the attachment wall surface P is completed in a state of being pinched between the outer surface of the locking wall 23 of the cap nut 2 and the attachment wall surface P and being slightly crushed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the male thread portion 61 of the scaffold wall tether 6 is fully screwed into the female thread portion 21 of the cap nut 2 and screwed to secure the temporary scaffold and the mounting wall surface P (not shown). It becomes the state connected to.

Even when the axis of the scaffolding wall tether 6 is misaligned with the axis of the drill screw 1 when the male threaded part 61 of the scaffolding wall tether 6 is screwed to the female threaded portion 21 of the cap nut 2, FIG. As indicated by the chain line, the cap nut 2 tilts around the vicinity of the through hole 22 so that the axis k1 of the cap nut 2 is corrected so as to coincide with the axis k2 of the scaffolding wall tether 6 and can be easily and easily connected. be able to.

As described above, in the anchoring wall connecting bolt of this embodiment, the cap nut 2 and the drill screw 1 are moved from the female screw portion 21 side of the cap nut 2 by the elastic set ring 3 and the elastic cushion 4. When the drill screw 1 is rotated with the Phillips screwdriver 5, the Phillips screwdriver 5 can be easily engaged with the engaging portion 11 of the round flat head 12 because the flat head 12 is assembled in advance. In addition, it can be rotated and driven with the axis of the Phillips screwdriver 5 aligned with the axis of the drill screw 1.

Further, in the range where the maximum outer shape of the round head 12 does not protrude outward from the open end of the female screw 21 in the cap nut 2, the position of the round head 12 can be seen from the position where the female screw 12 of the cap nut 2 can be seen. By restricting the drill screw 1 so as not to move, the tilting of the cap nut 2 with respect to the drill screw 1 is restricted, so that the screwdriver 5 is engaged with the engaging portion 11 of the round head 12. During the joint operation or the rotation operation of the drill screw 1, the scaffolding wall connecting attachment bolt can be held in a stable state.

Therefore, an effect that workability can be improved is obtained.

Further, since the cap nut 2 and the drill screw 1 are separable from each other, if the tip drill 13 of the drill screw 1 is worn or spills due to use, the cap nut 2 can be reused, and the cost can be reduced. It will be able to plan.

Further, since the head of the drill screw 1 is constituted by the round head 12, the cap nut 2 can be smoothly swung with respect to the round head 12 of the drill screw 1.

Further, since the round head 12 can form the engaging portion 11 of the plus driver 5 deeply, the strength of the plus driver 5 engaging with the round head 12 can be increased.

Although the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and design changes and the like within a scope not departing from the gist of the present invention are included in the present invention.

For example, in the embodiment, the round head 12 having the plus engagement portion 11 in the case where the plus screwdriver 5 is used as the rotary tool as the head of the drill screw 1 is illustrated, but the shape of the head and the engagement portion is as follows. Is optional.

The length of the drill screw 1 is arbitrary.
