Description

The present invention relates to a sheet material cutting jig for cutting a sheet material to be attached to the surface of a face material having joint grooves, and a sheet attaching method for a grooved surface.

The work of pasting a sheet material on the surface of a face material is performed in various fields such as interior finishing of buildings, surface finishing of joinery and industrial products. For example, when a decorative sheet material (hereinafter also simply referred to as “sheet material”) is applied to an indoor base wall or partition wall (partition), a plasterboard or a calcium silicate board that serves as a fireproof wall is used for the base wall. A groove is provided between the edges of the wall material as a joint, and the sheet material connection portion is accommodated in the groove so that the sheet connection portion is not exposed on the wall surface and the appearance is improved. Material sticking work (grooved surface sheet sticking work) may be performed.

In such a grooved sheet pasting method, after the sheet material edge is pushed into the joint groove, the sheet material edge is appropriately cut along the groove at the groove bottom or groove wall, While adhering the sheet material, the connecting portion of the sheet material edge in the left-right direction across the groove is accommodated in the groove. As a result, it is difficult to see the sheet connection portion, and no connection portion is exposed on the surface of the face material, and it is possible to stick the sheet with a good appearance even on a large wall surface.

However, it is difficult to accurately cut the edge of the sheet material pushed into the groove along the groove, and the appearance of the sheet connection portion in the groove may be deteriorated. On the other hand, accurately measuring the groove width and groove depth using a vernier caliper, a ruler, etc., and cutting the sheet material edge based on the measured values, although it looks better, requires a lot of labor. And it wasn't realistic. In particular, in the case of a decorative sheet, the back surface becomes an adhesive surface, and it is necessary to push it into the groove while peeling the release paper (release paper). There was also a risk that some of them would be damaged. Such a problem can be avoided if the cutting can be performed at an accurate position before the release paper is peeled off. However, as described above, the accurate measurement which is different for each joint significantly reduces workability.

The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and it is possible to directly use a groove inner dimension that is difficult to measure without using a caliper or a ruler as a cutting guide for the edge of the sheet material without performing numerical measurement. The object is to provide a sheet material cutting jig and a sheet pasting method for a grooved surface, and to improve the cutting accuracy, ease of cutting, and speeding up of a sheet material edge in a groove. .

Next, means for solving the above problems will be described with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments.

In this sheet material cutting jig, an elastic spacing material 29 is sandwiched between the substrate A and the guide plate B, so that a gap is formed, and the sheet material edge 31 can be inserted between the substrate A and the guide plate B. It becomes. As a result, the sheet material edge 31 inserted into the gap is cut with good workability by the blade 33 in contact with the guide piece 21. Further, since the elastic spacing member 29 is sandwiched, the substrate A and the guide plate B are difficult to slip when fixed.

According to the sheet material cutting jig according to claim 2, since the gap forming elastic spacing material for inserting the sheet material edge of the predetermined length is provided between the substrate and the guide plate, Thus, an elastic spacing member is sandwiched between them to form a gap. The edge of the sheet material is inserted between the substrate and the guide plate, and the edge of the sheet material can be easily cut with a blade that contacts the guide piece. In addition, by holding the elastic spacing member, it is possible to prevent the substrate and the guide plate from slipping at the time of fixing to ensure the fixing, and to increase the positioning accuracy of the groove bottom contact piece and the guide piece.

According to the sheet material cutting jig of claim 3, the fixing means is inserted into the long hole formed in one of the substrate and the guide plate and extending in the relative sliding direction, and fixed to the other of the substrate and the guide plate. And a nut that is screwed to the bolt and fastens the substrate and the guide plate. Therefore, the relative sliding between the substrate and the guide plate and the sliding regulation thereof can be achieved with a simple structure. Thereby, the positioning value of the jig obtained by copying the actually measured value in the groove can be directly used as a cutting guide for the edge of the sheet material.

According to the sheet material cutting jig of the fourth aspect, since the scale extending in the relative sliding direction is provided on the other surface of the substrate, the numerical measurement of the groove width and the groove depth can be performed.

According to the sheet material cutting jig according to claim 5, since the sheet scratch preventing face material is adhered to one surface of the substrate, when cutting the edge of the sheet material, one surface of the substrate is used as the surface of the face material. Even if pressed against the surface of the sheet material, it does not damage the ground or the surface of the already pasted sheet material.

According to the sheet pasting method for a grooved surface according to claim 6, the sheet material cutting jig according to any one of claims 1 to 5 is used, and the groove bottom contact piece is brought into contact with the groove bottom. It is possible to Utsushitoru in. After that, either contact the groove bottom contact piece with the groove wall or hook the other side of the groove bottom contact piece against the groove wall, and use the positioning value directly as the cutting guide for the sheet material edge. The edge of the sheet material to be pasted in the groove can be cut with high accuracy, easily and quickly.

According to the sheet pasting method for a grooved surface according to claim 7, the sheet material stuck from one side with the groove bottom abutting piece hooked on the other groove wall of the groove to sandwich the groove at the position of the guide piece. Cutting and sticking the sheet material cutting end on one side and the sheet material cutting end on the other side to the groove wall and groove bottom, as a result, the groove bottom abutting piece is hooked on both groove walls, Each sheet material edge pasted from the side is cut, and the sheet material edge is cut from the groove end by a surplus length obtained by adding the groove wall height and the groove width. Therefore, a sheet material can be affixed doubly to a groove bottom by sticking a right and left sheet material edge in a groove.

The sheet material cutting jig 100 is a jig for cutting a sheet material to be attached to the surface of a face material having joints, and includes a substrate A, a guide plate B, and a fixing means C. In addition, the joint wall (groove) M is formed between the face materials P, such as a gypsum boat and a calc board, on the base wall on which the sheet material is adhered. Specifically, the groove M is formed with a depth of 10 mm × width of 10 mm, or a depth of 10 mm × width of about 5 mm. As will be described later, the connecting portion of the sheet material is accommodated in the groove M.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a usage state of the sheet material cutting jig, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a sticking state of the sheet material provided with the release paper.
The substrate A is made of, for example, a rectangular metal plate (stainless steel plate or the like), and has a straight side portion 11 with a dimension shorter than the joint width W (see FIG. 3) and vertically bent toward the one surface 13 side. A contact piece 15 is formed.
The guide plate B is superimposed on the other surface 17 of the substrate A, and a side portion 19 parallel to the straight side portion 11 is bent to the opposite side of the groove bottom contact piece 15 on the back side of the groove bottom contact piece 15. Thus, a guide piece 21 is formed. As shown in FIG. 4, the guide piece 21 is also used as a guide for the blade 33.

In the present embodiment, an adhesive surface n is provided on the back surface of the sheet material S, and the adhesive surface n is covered with the release paper R. Further, when sticking to the groove M, as shown in FIG. In addition, the release paper R is left only in the edge 31 portion of the sheet material S. The sheet material edge 31 is cut by the blade 33 as shown in FIG. 4 while being covered with the release paper R, and the release paper R is peeled off as shown in FIG.

The fixing means C is provided across the substrate A and the guide plate B, and allows the substrate A and the guide plate B to slide relative to each other in a direction perpendicular to the groove bottom contact piece 15 and to be fixed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixing means C includes a hole 23 formed in one of the substrate A and the guide plate B (substrate A) and extending in the relative sliding direction, and the substrate A and the guide plate B. The bolt 25 is fixed to the other (guide plate B) and inserted into the long hole 23, and the nut (wing nut) 27 is screwed into the bolt 25 to fasten the substrate A and the guide plate B. When the nut 27 is tightened, the substrate A and the guide plate B are fixed so as not to be relatively slidable, and when the nut 27 is loosened, the substrate A and the guide plate B can be slid relative to each other. That is, with a simple structure, relative sliding between the substrate A and the guide plate B and sliding regulation thereof are possible. As will be described later, the jig positioning value obtained by copying the actually measured value in the groove can be directly used as a cutting guide for the edge of the sheet material. In the figure, reference numeral 28 denotes a square pipe-shaped gripping rod.

Between the substrate A and the guide plate B, an elastic spacing material 29 is attached to either one, and the elastic spacing material 29 is formed from the guide piece 21 to the sheet material edge 31 (see FIG. 4) is formed. By sandwiching the elastic spacing material 29 between the substrate A and the guide plate B, a gap is formed, and the sheet material edge 31 can be inserted between the substrate A and the guide plate B. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the sheet material edge 31 inserted into the gap is cut with good workability by the cutter (a cutter knife or the like) 33 in contact with the guide piece 21. Further, since the elastic spacing member 29 is sandwiched, the substrate A and the guide plate B are difficult to slip when fixed. As a result, the substrate A and the guide plate B can be securely fixed at the time of fixing, and the positioning accuracy of the groove bottom contact piece 15 and the guide piece 21 can be increased.

A scale 35 (see FIG. 2) is provided on the other surface 17 of the substrate A, and the scale 35 extends in the relative sliding direction of the substrate A and the guide plate B. After the substrate A and the guide plate B are fixed, the scale 35 at the position corresponding to the guide piece 21 is read, so that the dimension from the groove bottom contact piece 15 to the guide piece 21, that is, the depth dimension of the groove M is obtained. It can be read numerically. Thereby, numerical measurement of groove width and groove depth can be performed.

Further, a sheet scratch preventing face material 37 may be attached to one surface 13 of the substrate A. When the sheet material edge 31 is cut, the sheet scratch preventing surface material 37 is pressed against the surface of the surface material P as shown in FIG. 4 along the extending direction of the groove M. In the operation of cutting the sheet material edge 31 while being moved, the substrate A is in sliding contact with the surface material P, the base, or the surface of the already-attached sheet material S through the sheet scratch preventing surface material 37. Thereby, even when the one surface 13 of the substrate A is pressed against the surface of the face material P when the sheet material edge 31 is cut, the base or the surface of the already-attached sheet material S is not damaged. .

In the sheet material cutting jig 100 having the above-described configuration, the groove inner dimension that is difficult to measure without using a caliper or a ruler is applied to the groove bottom abutting piece 15 against the groove bottom 39, and the guide piece 21 is placed on the surface material surface 41. The measured value in the groove is used as the positioning value of the jig (the distance between the groove bottom contact piece 15 and the guide piece 21) without numerical measurement by fixing the substrate A and the guide plate B. Can be copied. Thereby, the positioning value can be directly used as a cutting guide for the sheet material edge 31.

Next, a method for using the sheet material cutting jig 100 will be described.
6 is a perspective view of the groove bottom contact piece inserted state, FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the guide piece contact state, FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the sheet material cutting end positioning state on one side, and FIG. FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a sheet material cutting end positioning state on one side including a groove bottom, FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a sheet material cutting state on one side including a groove bottom, 12 is a perspective view of a sheet material adhering groove in which one sheet material is adhered to the groove bottom, and FIG. 13 is a perspective view of a sheet material adhering groove in which two sheet materials are adhered to the groove bottom.
In order to apply the sheet material S to the grooved surface using the sheet material cutting jig 100, first, the fixing means C is loosened, and the other surface 17 of the substrate A is placed along the groove wall 43 as shown in FIG. Then, the groove bottom contact piece 15 is brought into contact with the groove bottom 39.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the guide plate B is slid and the guide piece 21 is brought into contact with the face material surface 41. In this state, the fixing means C is tightened to fix the substrate A and the guide plate B.
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the groove bottom abutting piece 15 is brought into contact with one groove wall 43a of the groove M, and the sheet material pasted from one side (right side in FIG. 8) with the groove M interposed therebetween. Sa is cut with a blade 33 at the position of the guide piece 21 as shown in FIG. Note that the release paper R on the back surface of the sheet material Sa at this time remains at least in a predetermined width along the groove M of the sheet material edge 31 and does not stick to the periphery of the groove M or the jig 100. It is cut with this release paper R.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the sheet material Sb stuck on the other side (left side in FIG. 10) with the groove bottom abutting piece 15 hooked on one groove wall 43 a of the groove M and sandwiching the groove M. Is cut at the position of the guide piece 21 as shown in FIG. Note that the release paper R on the back surface of the sheet material Sb at this time also remains at least in a predetermined width along the groove M of the sheet material edge 31 and is attached to the periphery of the groove M or the jig 100 as described above. The sheet is cut together with the release paper R.
Finally, the release paper R on the back surface of the edge portion is peeled off, and the sheet material cut end of the sheet material Sa on one side is pasted on the groove wall 43a and the sheet on the other side as shown in FIG. The sheet material cutting end of the material Sb is attached to the groove wall 43b and the groove bottom 39, and the sheet attachment of the grooved surface is completed.

Thus, the substrate A and the guide plate B are fixed by the fixing means C in a state where the groove bottom contact piece 15 is in contact with the groove bottom 39 and the guide piece 21 is in contact with the surface of the face material P. Thus, the measured value D in the groove is copied as the positioning value of the jig 100. Next, the groove bottom abutting piece 15 is brought into contact with the groove wall 43a, or the opposite side of the groove bottom abutting piece 15 is hooked on the groove wall 43a, so that the positioning value is the cutting position of the sheet material edge 31 directly. It can be used as a guide in

In the above description, the single sheet material S is stuck to the groove bottom 39, but the sheet material Sa stuck from one side with the groove bottom abutment piece 15 hooked on the other groove wall to sandwich the groove M. May be cut at the position of the guide piece 21, and the sheet material cutting end on one side and the sheet material cutting end on the other side may be attached to the groove wall 43 and the groove bottom 39. In this method, after the groove bottom abutting piece 15 is hooked on one groove wall 43a and the other sheet material edge is cut, it is hooked on the other groove wall 43b and one sheet material edge is cut. Then, both edge portions 31 of the sheet material are cut with a surplus length obtained by adding up the measured value (groove wall height) D in the groove and the groove width W.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 13, the left and right sheet material edges 31, 31 are stuck in the groove M, so that the sheet material S can be double-sticked to the groove bottom 39.

Therefore, according to the sheet material cutting jig 100 described above, the substrate A having the groove bottom abutting piece 15 bent perpendicularly to the one surface 13 side and the other surface 17 of the substrate A are overlapped with each other. A guide plate B having a guide piece 21 bent on the opposite side of the contact piece 15 and a fixing means for allowing the substrate A and the guide plate B to be slidable and fixed in a direction perpendicular to the groove bottom contact piece 15. Since C is provided over the substrate A and the guide plate B, the in-groove measured value D can be determined by positioning the jig without performing numerical measurement of the in-groove dimension that is difficult to measure without using a caliper or a ruler. It can be copied as a value, and the positioning value can be directly used as a cutting guide at a predetermined position of the sheet material edge. As a result, cutting of the in-groove pasted sheet material edge 31 can be performed with high precision, ease, and speed.

Further, according to the sheet pasting method of the grooved surface, the groove bottom abutting piece 15 is brought into contact with the groove bottom 39, the guide piece 21 is brought into contact with the surface 41 of the face material P, and the substrate A and the guide plate B are fixed. Then, the groove bottom contact piece 15 is brought into contact with one groove wall 43 of the groove M, the sheet material Sa sandwiched between the grooves M and cut from one side is cut at the position of the guide piece 21, and the groove bottom contact piece 15 is hooked on one groove wall 43 of the groove M, the sheet material Sb sandwiched between the grooves M and cut from the other side is cut at the position of the guide piece 21, and the sheet material cut end on one side is cut into the groove wall 43. And the other end of the sheet material is affixed to the groove wall 43 and the groove bottom 39, the groove bottom abutment piece 15 is brought into contact with the groove bottom 39, and the substrate A is inserted vertically into the groove M. By fixing the substrate A and the guide plate B by the fixing means C in a state where the guide piece 21 is in contact with the surface of the face material P, the groove The measured value D can Utsushitoru as positioning value of the jig. Thereafter, the groove bottom contact piece 15 is brought into contact with the groove wall 43 or the opposite side of the groove bottom contact piece 15 is hooked on the groove wall 43, and the positioning value is directly measured on the sheet material edge 31. The sheet material edge 31 used as a cutting guide and affixed in the groove M can be cut with high accuracy, easily and quickly.
