Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box used when packaging products such as copiers, printers, and facsimiles. Specifically, the present invention relates to a packaging box such as a cardboard box, which has four rectangular side surfaces that are provided so as to face each other and flaps that are connected to the upper and lower sides of the side surfaces so as to be bent.

Conventionally, a packaging box used when packing a product such as a copying machine has a cushioning material 2 placed in four corners of the packaging box 1 and then on the cushioning material 2 as can be seen from the plan view shown in FIG. The product 3 was stored in the packaging box 1. At the time of unpacking, the upper flap (not shown) is opened, and a hand h is inserted into the gap B between the packaging box 1 and the product 3 from above, and the hand h is hung on the bottom of the product 3 at the position a, for example. The product 3 was lifted and taken out from the packaging box 1.

For this reason, the gap B between the packaging box 1 and the product 3 needs to be larger than the width C of the hand so that the hand h enters the gap B. As a result, the width D of the packaging box 1 is increased. There is a problem that the packaging box 1 is enlarged.

Therefore, in the conventional packaging box, for example, as shown in FIG. 12, the cut tape 5 is attached to the lower side of at least one side surface 4 of the four side surfaces, and one edge of the side surface 4 is joined by the joint member 6. Some are connected to a stop substitute flap 7a on the adjacent side surface 7. At the time of unpacking, the cut tape 5 is pulled and cut at the lower side of the side surface 4, the joint member 6 is removed, one edge is separated from the stop substitute flap 7a, and the side surface 4 is oriented in the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure. The product (not shown) was taken out from the packaging box 1.

Further, some conventional packaging boxes have longitudinal perforations 8 in the vicinity of both side edges of one side surface 4 as shown in FIG. At the time of unpacking, the upper flap 9 is held and cut at the perforations 8 to open the side face 4 downward together with the upper flap 9 around the lower edge, and the product 3 is taken out from the packaging box 1.

In this way, since the side surface 4 side of the packaging box 1 is opened, the product 3 can be easily taken out without increasing the gap between the packaging box 1 and the product 3. Therefore, the packaging box 1 can be reduced in size.

However, in the conventional packaging box as described above, the joint member 6 is required, so that the cost is increased correspondingly, and the lower edge of the side surface 4 is cut, so that the box strength when repackaging is reduced using it. Or the longitudinal perforations 8 near the both side edges of the side surface 4, resulting in a problem that the compressive strength of the box is lowered.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to enable the downsizing of the packaging box and simplify the handling of the packaging without reducing the box strength of the packaging box at the time of initial packaging or repackaging or increasing the cost. It is in.

A second object of the present invention is to reduce the number of parts constituting the packaging box and simplify the assembly of the packaging box.

A third object of the present invention is to improve the assembly workability of the packaging box when assembling the packaging box.

A fourth object of the present invention is to improve the unpacking workability of the packaging box when unpacking the packaging box.

A fifth object of the present invention is to improve the workability of taking out a product when the packaging box is unpacked and the product is taken out.

In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides, for example, four rectangular side surfaces provided with two of the long side surface and the short side surface facing each other, and the upper and lower sides of the side surfaces are connected so as to be foldable. In a packaging box such as a cardboard box for storing products such as copiers, printers, facsimiles, etc., having an inner flap and an outer flap.
At least one of the four side surfaces is a moving side surface made of a sheet different from the sheet on which the other side surface is provided .
Forming a folding piece integrally on the adjacent side surface adjacent to the moving side surface,
The folding piece is provided with a folding line parallel to the folding line between the side surfaces,
Join the leading edge of the folded piece to the moving side, and connect the left and right side edges of the moving side to each adjacent side via the folded piece,
Folding the folding piece at the folding line of the folding piece and folding it or releasing the folding of the folding piece to extend and move the moving side away from the adjacent side and move horizontally
The folding piece is folded, the side edge of the adjacent side surface and the right and left side edges of the moving side surface are brought into contact with each other and fixed with an adhesive tape.

When unpacking, cut the adhesive tape with a cutter knife or peel off the adhesive tape to separate the left and right side edges of the moving side and the side edges of the adjacent side, open the folded piece and extend from the adjacent side. Move the moving side in the horizontal direction and move the product to be stored in the same direction as necessary, increasing the gap between the two facing sides and the product, putting your hands in the gap, and the product Lift up and remove.

When assembled to pack the product, the joining leading edge of the folding piece to integrally form the adjacent side face to the mobile side, the left and right side edges of the side edges and the moving side surface of the adjacent side face by folding folding piece Butt each and fix with adhesive tape.

The invention according to claim 2, in the packaging box according to claim 1, in order to achieve the third object described above, the folding strip, for example a locking piece which freely formed by bending, the engaging pieces It is characterized by providing a locked portion such as a hole shape or a slit shape that holds the folded piece in a folded state by being folded and latched.

And when assembling to pack the product, for example, the locking piece is folded and hooked on the locked portion of the folded folded piece, and the folded piece is held in the folded state.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, in order to achieve the fourth object described above, when the folding piece is extended to open the moving side surface, a hand-holding hole is formed. It is characterized by being placed on the moving side.

And at the time of unpacking, it moves to a horizontal direction by putting a hand on a handle hole, pulling a moving side surface, and extending | stretching a folding piece, and opens a moving side surface.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to any one of the first to third aspects, two side surfaces facing each other out of the four rectangular side surfaces are achieved in order to achieve the fifth object described above. It is a moving side surface.

Then, the two moving side surfaces facing each other out of the four rectangular side surfaces are moved in the horizontal direction, the gaps between the two facing side surfaces and the product are increased, and the product is put in the gaps. Lift up and remove.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the packaging box according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, two rectangular side surfaces are provided so as to face each other in order to achieve the fifth object. It is formed by a long side surface and two short side surfaces, and the short side surface is a moving side surface.

And when there is a handle on the short side of the product, the two moving side surfaces facing each other among the four rectangular side surfaces are moved in the horizontal direction, and the two short side surfaces facing each other and the product Increase the gap between them, put your hand in the gap, put your hand on the handle, and lift the product out.

A sixth aspect of the present invention is the packaging box according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein two rectangular side surfaces are provided opposite to each other in order to achieve the fifth object. It is formed by a long side surface and two short side surfaces, and the long side surface thereof is a moving side surface.

When there is a handle on the long side of the product, the two moving side surfaces facing each other out of the four rectangular side surfaces move horizontally, and the gap between the two long side surfaces facing each other and the product Increase the size, put your hand in the gap, hold the handle, lift the product and remove it.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the moving side surface and the adjacent side surface are connected by the folding piece, and the left and right side edges of the moving side surface and the side edge of the adjacent side surface are brought into contact with each other in the folded state. Since it is fixed with the tape, the product can be packed without reducing the box strength of the packaging box at the time of initial packaging or repackaging, or increasing the cost. The compressive strength can be ensured equivalent to that of a normal A-type box (JIS0201 type box). In addition, when packing, even if the gap between the side and the product is too small to fit, when unpacking, open the folding piece by cutting the adhesive tape or peeling the adhesive tape to open the moving side. Move horizontally and widen the gap between the products, put your hands in the gap and put your hands on the product, lift the product and take it out, so the packaging box can be downsized As a result, handling can be simplified.

In addition, since the folding piece is integrally formed on the adjacent side surface of the moving side surface, the number of parts constituting the packaging box can be reduced. Moreover, when assembling to pack the product, it is only necessary to join the leading edge of the folding piece integrally formed on the adjacent side surface to the moving side surface, so that the assembly of the packaging box can be simplified.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, when assembling to pack the product, the latching piece is folded, for example, so as to be hooked on the latched portion of the folded folding piece, and the folded piece is held in the folded state. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the folding pieces from being opened and hinder the assembly of the packaging box during assembly, and to improve the assembly workability of the packaging box when assembling the packaging box.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, when unpacking, the user moves the horizontal side by pulling the moving side by pulling on the handle hole and extending the folded piece to open the moving side. Unpacking workability of the packaging box when packing can be improved.

According to the invention described in claim 4, four two moving side surfaces facing each other of the rectangular sides move together in the horizontal direction, so to increase the gap between the two opposite sides and the product , Without having to move the product to be stored in the horizontal direction, put the hand in the gap between the side and the product on both sides of the product, lift the product as it is, and unpack the product The workability of taking out the product when taking out can be improved.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when there is a handle on the short side of the product, the two moving side surfaces facing each other out of the four rectangular side surfaces are moved in the horizontal direction and face each other. The product when unpacking the packaging box and taking out the product because the gap between the two short sides and the product is increased, the hand is put in the gap, the product is lifted and taken out. It is possible to improve the workability of taking out the.

According to the invention described in claim 6 , when there is a handle portion on the longitudinal side of the product, the two moving side surfaces facing each other out of the four rectangular side surfaces are moved in the horizontal direction, Since the gap between the long side surface and the product is increased, and the product is lifted and removed by placing a hand in the gap and picking up the product, the product is removed when the product is unpacked and the product is taken out. Can be improved.

The pieces 14 and 15 are also bent along the vertical fold lines e to g, respectively, and the joined portions 18 and 18 at the leading edges of the folded pieces 14 and 15 are connected to the left and right sides 26 of the second corrugated sheet 200 as shown in FIG. Bonding is performed by using an adhesive or the like to the bonding portions 28 and 28 on the side edges.

Then, folding the folding pieces 14, 15 FIG. 2 Nakaya shown fully folded folding strips 14, 15 in a direction vertical fold line e~g and by bending the upper and lower engagement pieces 16, respectively, shown in FIG. 3 The folded pieces 14 and 15 are hooked on the upper and lower locked portions 17 of the folded pieces 14 and 15 like the folded pieces 15, and the folded pieces 14 and 15 are held in a folded state. For example, when the width of the locking piece 16 is slightly larger than the width of the locked portion 17 and the locking piece 16 is hooked on the locked portion 17, both sides of the locking piece 16 are slightly crushed and assembled. Further, the folding pieces 14 and 15 are prevented from being opened by the elastic force of the cardboard and obstructing the assembly of the packaging box, and the assembling workability when the packaging box is assembled is improved.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the side edges of the long side surfaces 12 and 13 and the left and right side edges of the short side surface 26 are brought into contact with each other and attached from the outside, and fixed with an adhesive tape 33.

Thereafter, the lower inner flaps 21 and 31 are bent at the horizontal folding lines i and o, respectively, and then the lower outer flaps 23 and 25 are bent at the horizontal folding lines k and m, and the leading edges of these two lower outer flaps 23 and 25 The gap is stopped with an adhesive tape (not shown) to obtain the state shown in FIG. Accordingly, four rectangular side surfaces are formed by the two long side surfaces 12 and 13 and the two short side surfaces 10 and 26 provided to face each other.

Next, when packing the product, the four cushioning materials 35 are put in the four corners of the packaging box as shown in FIG. 6, and then the product 36 is put on the cushioning material 35. Cutouts 37 for escaping the folding pieces 14 and 15 are provided at two corners of the four cushioning members 35. Then, the upper inner flaps 20 and 30 are bent at the horizontal folding lines h and n, respectively, and then the upper and outer flaps 22 and 24 are bent at the horizontal folding lines j and l. The gap is stopped with an adhesive tape (not shown).

In the illustrated packaging box, the gap E between the product 36 and the two long side faces 12 and 13 and the gap F between the two short side faces 10 and 26 are set in the gaps E and F. The size is reduced so as not to enter, the width G and the depth H are reduced, the whole is downsized, and handling is simplified. Further, since the side edges of the long side surfaces 12 and 13 and the left and right side edges of the short side surface 26 are brought into contact with each other and attached from the outside and fixed with the adhesive tape 33, the box strength is lowered or the cost is increased. The product 36 can be packaged without doing so.

Now, when unpacking the packaging box described above, the adhesive tape 33 is cut or peeled off with a cutter knife or the like, and the right and left side edges of the short side face 26 that is the moving side face and the short side face 26 are removed. The side edges of the long side surfaces 12 and 13, which are adjacent side surfaces, are separated from each other, and the short side surface 26 is pulled by placing the hand on the handle hole 27 as shown in FIG. Remove the latch on the stopper 17. Then, the folded folding pieces 14 and 15 are opened and extended, and the short side face 26 is moved together with the upper and lower inner flaps 30 and 31 in the horizontal direction by moving away from the long side faces 12 and 13, thereby opening the short side face 26. Thereby, the clearance gap between the product 36 and the short side surface 26 is expanded from F to I, and the space which a hand enters with a margin is ensured.

When unpacking the packaging box, the user pulls the short side surface 26 by pulling the hand hole 27 and unfolds the folding pieces 14 and 15 to move horizontally to open the short side surface 26. The unpacking workability of the packaging box can be improved.

Then, the product 36 to be stored is pushed and moved in the same direction, and the gap between the product 36 and the short side surface 26 is narrowed from I to J as shown in FIG. The gap between the two short side surfaces 10 and 26 and the product 36 facing each other is increased from F to J and K wider than the width C of the hand 38.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the hand 38 is put into the gaps J and K, the hands 36 are placed on the handle portions 39 and 39, and the product 36 is lifted and taken out.

By the way, in the above-described example, one side surface 26 of the four rectangular side surfaces formed by the two long side surfaces 12 and 13 and the two short side surfaces 10 and 26 provided to face each other is used as the moving side surface. However, as shown in FIG. 9, for example, both of the two short side surfaces 10 and 26 facing each other may be used as the moving side surfaces. When unpacking, move the two short side faces 10 and 26 in the horizontal direction to increase the gaps between the short side faces 10 and 26 and the product 36. Lift the product 36 and take it out.

In this way, it is not necessary to move the product 36 to be stored in the horizontal direction, and on both sides of the product 36, the product 36 is lifted and taken out as it is by putting a hand in the gap between the short side surfaces 10, 26 and the product 36. It is possible to improve the workability of taking out the product 36 when the packaging box is opened and the product 36 is taken out.

Further, in the above-described example, the short side surface 26 is the moving side surface, and the left and right side edges thereof are connected to the long side surfaces 12 and 13 which are adjacent side surfaces via the extendable folding pieces 14 and 15, respectively, The folding pieces 14 and 15 are extended to move the short side surface 26 in the horizontal direction, the gap between the product 36 is increased, and a hand is put in the gap 36 to hang the hand portions 39 and 39 of the product 36. The product 36 is lifted and taken out.

However, as shown in FIG. 10, when the handle portion 40 is on the longitudinal side of the product 36, the longitudinal side surface 12 is used as a moving side surface, and the left and right side edges thereof are respectively connected to adjacent side surfaces via the folding pieces 14 and 15. At the time of unpacking, the long side surface 12 is moved in the horizontal direction to widen the gap between the product 36 and the hand 36 is inserted into the gap. The product 36 may be lifted and taken out. Of course, the two opposing longitudinal side surfaces 12 and 13 may be used as moving side surfaces.
