Claims (13)
- LEDランプ・アセンブリであって、
第1側面及び第2側面を有する熱伝導性支持プレート、
前記支持プレートの前記第1側面に配置されて取り付けられた複数のLED光源、
前記取り付けられた複数のLED光源にまたがるのに充分な領域を有する入力端部、及び少なくとも1つの光偏向器をもち、前記入力端部が前記複数のLED光源に隣接して配置され、前記複数のLED光源が放出する光を受けて、前記軸に対して1つの角度で斜めに放出するために、光を偏向器まで軸方向に伝える、軸方向に伸長して光を伝達する光ガイドを含み、
前記光ガイドが、内部反射壁をもつ円柱型シャフトを含み、
前記光ガイドの前記入力端部が、前記複数のLED光源を封入するのに充分な容積を有する凹部を含み、該凹部はエポキシで充填されることを特徴とするLEDランプ・アセンブリ。 - 前記偏向器が、前記光ガイドの光が通る経路の内部の軸に対して斜めに伸長し、前記光ガイドの透明な壁部に隣接する反射面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記偏向器が、前記光ガイドの遠端部に形成された円錐形凹部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記偏向器が、前記光ガイドの遠端部に形成され、反射性材料で被覆された円錐形凹部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- ソケットを含む入力カプラを有し、前記カプラが、前記ソケットの中の複数のコンタクトから前記支持プレート上で支持される複数の回路素子に対して行われた複数の電気的接続へ伸長する、複数の電気接続を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイドの周りを円周方向に伸張する壁部を含み、前記熱伝導性支持プレートに結合するハウジングを有し、光学ハウジングへの取付のために前記壁部から伸長する機械的結合器を前記壁部が更に支持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記ランプを電気的に制御するために、前記壁部、及び前記熱伝導性支持プレートが、回路素子を保持するのに充分な空胴を定めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイドの一部が前記熱伝導性支持プレートに形成された通路の内部を伸長し、前記熱伝導性支持プレートと機械的に結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイドの一部が前記熱伝導性支持プレートに形成された通路の内部を伸長し、前記熱伝導性支持プレートへ接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 機械的結合器が前記熱伝導性支持プレートに形成された通路の内部を伸長し、前記光ガイドに機械的に結合して、前記光ガイドの一部を前記熱伝導性支持プレートに固定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記機械的結合器が、前記光ガイドへ軸方向に結合されたねじ込み式カプラであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイドが機械的な第1位置合わせ機構を有し、前記熱伝導性支持プレートが対応する第2位置合わせ機構を有し、前記第1位置合わせ機構が前記第2位置合わせ機構と正しくかみ合うときに、前記熱伝導性支持プレートに対して前記光ガイドの好ましい位置合わせを定めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
- 前記光ガイドが環状ではない軸方向の突起を有し、前記熱伝導性支持プレートが前記環状ではない突起をピッタリと受け入れる対応して形成された通路を有し、それにより前記環状ではない突起が前記形成された通路の中で正しくかみ合うときに、前記熱伝導性支持プレートに対する前記光ガイドの好ましい位置合わせを定めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプ・アセンブリ。
