Description
図1は本発明に係る転動皿型造粒装置の模式図を示し、図1において、原料供給口1から転動皿型造粒装置に連続的に供給された凝集造粒物を、転動皿部で転動させながら排出側へ移行させる。そのとき、転動皿部2に滞留する凝集造粒物は、転動皿部の排出側の末端に組み込まれている粉体層高制御用堰3により、粉体層高が制御される。転動皿部2に凝集造粒物を高く積むほどに、凝集造粒物の自重量が増えて、圧密効果、圧縮効果が大きくなり凝集造粒物は高密度となる。高密度となった凝集造粒物は、堰の高さ以上の粉体層高になると、堰をオーバーフローして排出され、排出口7を介して次の乾燥工程へ送られる。
表1および表2に示した配合で風味原料及び基礎原料を、製品Aと製品Bとして計量を行った。
sieves試験用ふるいJIS規格Z8801)のふるいを使用して篩分を行い、得られた凝集造粒物の嵩密度変化を、カサ比重測定器(東京蔵持科学機器製作所製JIS規格K6721)による分析結果で確認した。

Claims (2)
- 転動皿型造粒装置の原料供給口に凝集造粒物を供給し、転動皿部で転動させながら排出側へ移行させる連続造粒法において、該転動皿部は、山型状としたバッフル機構の山尾根が、転動させながら移行する方向と平行になるようにバッフル機構を備えており、該転動皿部の排出側の末端に滞留する凝集造粒物の粉体層高を制御し得る粉体層高制御用堰を設け、該堰をオーバーフローさせて凝集造粒物を排出して連続的に造粒することを特徴とする凝集造粒物の嵩密度制御方法。
- 原料供給口に凝集造粒物を供給し、転動皿部で転動させながら排出側へ移行させる転動皿型造粒装置であって、該転動皿部は、山型状としたバッフル機構の山尾根が、転動させながら移行する方向と平行になるように備えたバッフル機構と、該転動皿部の排出側の末端に滞留する凝集造粒物の粉体層高を制御し得る粉体層高制御用堰を設けたことを特徴とする転動皿型造粒装置。
