Description
血管系が事故または病気によって損傷を受けた場合に、代替流路を提供するよう、人間または動物の血管系の中に配置される分枝血管ステントグラフトを用いることは公知である。分枝血管ステントグラフトは、血流が血管系の側血管の中へ入り得るように、延長部がグラフト本体から側血管の中へ配置されることを可能にする。
この発明の目的は、グラフトを分枝血管の中へ配置する工程をより簡単明瞭とすることになる代替的な分枝血管ステントグラフトを提供すること、または少なくとも医師に有用な代替案を提供することである。
に延在する弾性補強部を含んでもよい。長手方向に延在する弾性補強部は、ニチノールから形成されるリボンまたはワイヤであってもよい。好ましくは、長手方向に延在する弾性補強部は延長部に埋め込まれる。
込まれた後、分枝血管グラフトを開いた状態に保ちかつ血管系に装着された状態を保つよう、次いでベアステントが配置され得る。

Claims (9)
- ステントグラフトであって、主内腔が通る生体適合性織布材料の管状体と、前記管状体に接続されかつそこから延在する生体適合性織布材料のサイドアームとを含み、前記サイドアームは前記管状体への自身の接続から遠い遠位端を有し、前記主内腔は前記サイドアームの内腔と流体連通し、前記ステントグラフトは前記サイドアームから延在するポリウレタンポリマー材料の生体適合性不織布材料の管状の延長部をさらに含み、前記管状の延長部は近位端と遠位端を有し、前記管状の延長部の近位端は前記サイドアームの前記遠位端にシールするように一体に結合されており、前記管状の延長部の遠位端は前記サイドアームの中にしまい込まれかつそこから引き出し可能である、ステントグラフト。
- 前記管状の延長部は、配置する間、自身の遠位端が前記サイドアームの遠位端の傍にあるように前記サイドアーム内にしまい込まれている、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記管状の延長部はステントが入れられていない、請求項1または2に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記管状体は分岐管状体であり、前記サイドアームは前記分岐管状体の脚部である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記延長部は長手方向に延在する弾性補強部を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記長手方向に延在する弾性補強部は前記延長部に埋め込まれている、請求項5に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記延長部は、接着されることにより、シールするように前記サイドアームに結合されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記延長部はソラロン(ThoralonTM)ポリマーを含み、前記延長部はソラロン(ThoralonTM)溶液を用いて接着されることにより前記サイドアームへ結合されている、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記延長部は、自身に埋め込まれた長手方向に延在する弾性補強部を含み、前記延長部は、ソラロン(ThoralonTM)ポリマーまたは拡張されたPTFEを含み、前記延長部内に少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性マーカーが埋め込まれている、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のステントグラフト。
