Description
Claims (22)
- バイアル中の磁性粒子を操作するためのシステムであって、
1本又は複数のピペットと、
磁性粒子の入った前記バイアルを保持するための支持部材と、
磁石アレイであって、
上部水平面を有する第1の磁石であって、そのN極面が前記バイアルに近接配置される、第1の磁石と、
上部水平面を有するスペーサであって、前記第1の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置されるスペーサと、
上部水平面を有する第2の磁石であって、前記スペーサの前記上部水平面上に配置され、そのN極面が前記バイアルに近接配置される、第2の磁石と、
前記第2の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置される第3の磁石であって、そのS極面が前記バイアルに近接配置される、第3の磁石と、
を備え、前記バイアル内の前記磁性粒子の操作に使用するための磁界を生成する磁石アレイと、
を備える、システム。 - バイアル中の磁性粒子を操作するためのシステムであって、
1本又は複数のピペットと、
磁性粒子の入った前記バイアルを保持するための支持部材と、
磁石アレイであって、
上部水平面を有する第1の磁石であって、そのS極面が前記バイアルに近接配置される、第1の磁石と、
上部水平面を有するスペーサであって、前記第1の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置されるスペーサと、
上部水平面を有する第2の磁石であって、前記スペーサの前記上部水平面上に配置され、そのS極面が前記バイアルに近接配置される、第2の磁石と、
前記第2の磁石の前記上部水平面上に配置される第3の磁石であって、そのN極面が前記バイアルに近接配置される、第3の磁石と、
を備え、前記バイアル内の前記磁性粒子の操作に使用するための磁界を生成する磁石アレイと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記スペーサが、アルミニウム、プラスチック、炭素繊維、ポリマー、他の非磁性材料、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料で製造される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石アレイが所定位置に固定される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石アレイが可動式である、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の磁石、前記第2の磁石、及び前記第3の磁石が、ネオジム−鉄−ホウ素、サマリウム−コバルト、アルニコ、及びハードフェライトからなる群から選択される材料からなる、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 湿度調節器をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 温度調節器をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ピペットは、吸引ピペット及び注入ピペットを備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石アレイの数と前記バイアル支持部材の数との比が1:1である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の磁石及び前記第3の磁石は、各々水平軸及び垂直軸を備え、
前記第2の磁石の水平軸の長さは前記第2の磁石の垂直軸よりも長く、前記第3の磁石の水平軸の長さは前記第3の磁石の垂直軸よりも長い、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 湿度調節式バイアルチャンバをさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記バイアル中の前記磁性粒子を洗浄するための磁気洗浄モジュールと、
前記磁気洗浄モジュール内の湿度を測定するための湿度検出器と、
をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - バイアルチャンバをさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記湿度調節器は、バイアルへの流体の注入速度を制御することによって湿度を緩和する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記湿度調節器は、バイアル中の流体の吸引速度を制御することによって湿度を緩和する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気洗浄モジュールは、
1つ又は複数の磁石ステーションと、
前記磁石ステーションが取り外し可能に取り付けられるか又は固定される基台と、
をさらに備える、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 磁性粒子とマーカーと標的分子を備えた少なくとも1つの複合体をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の磁石ステーションは、スプリング指をさらに備え、
前記スプリング指は、前記磁石ステーション内の適所に前記バイアルを保持する、請求項17に記載のシステム。 - 発光測定装置を備えた自動発光分析システムをさらに備え、
前記発光測定装置は、前記少なくとも1つの複合体の発光を測定する、請求項17に記載のシステム。 - 発光測定前の前記複合体からは、未結合ルミノゲンが除去されている、請求項18又は20に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁石の各々は、各々の磁石の長軸が垂直方向を含む配置を備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
