An example of a conventional door sash will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a door sash of the front door, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along a cutting line AA in FIG.
In FIG. 8, the

Reference numeral 13 denotes a window regulator that moves the window glass 9 up and down (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Therefore, it is difficult to obtain sufficient mounting strength.
(2) In the front door, a boundary line having a step is generated between the mirror base 9 and the

Moreover, since there is a step, wind noise is generated.
Furthermore, water and dust enter the inside from the boundary line.
(3) The mirror base 9 shown in FIG. 8 is attached to the

According to such a configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) A roll forming member 165 formed by a roll forming method in which a B pillar 153 is provided along a press forming member 161 formed by a press forming method, and guides wind glass that moves up and down. As a result, a high strength sash can be obtained.
Furthermore, since the bracket part 161a attached to the door inner panel 166 of the door is formed in the lower part of the press-molding member 161, high attachment strength can be obtained.
Similarly, a first roll forming formed by a roll forming method in which a C pillar 155 is provided along a press forming member 201 formed by a press forming method and guides wind glass that is moved up and down. By having the member 203 and the second roll forming member 205, a high strength sash can be obtained.
Furthermore, since the bracket part 201a attached to the door inner panel 166 of the door is formed in the lower part of the press-forming member 201, high attachment strength can be obtained.
(2) One end portion of the beltline lean hose 289 is attached to the bracket portion 161a of the press-forming member 161 of the B pillar 153, and the other end portion is attached to the bracket portion 201a of the press-forming member 201 of the C pillar 155. This eliminates the need for a bracket for attaching the beltline lean hose.
(3) Since the portion exposed to the outside of the C pillar 155 is covered with the outer sash member 207, the delta described in the conventional example becomes unnecessary. In addition, there is no stepped boundary line caused by providing the delta, no wind noise is generated, and water and dust are less likely to enter.
