Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る穿刺器具の断面図である。図1Aは、穿刺が無効の状態を示し、図1Bは、穿刺が有効で付勢力が加えられた状態を示している。本実施の形態は、皮膚を穿刺する穿刺針と、前記穿刺針を保持する穿刺針保持部と、前記穿刺針保持部に付勢力を与えるための付勢バネとを有する穿刺器具に適用した例である。
対し穿刺許可信号を送信する外部登録機器200とを備える。
穿刺機構110は、皮膚を穿刺する穿刺針111と、穿刺針111を先端部112に保持する穿刺針保持部113とを備える。また、穿刺機構110は、穿刺針保持部113を穿刺器具100の先端側102に突出する方向に付勢する付勢バネ114と、穿刺針保持部113を穿刺器具100の後端側(先端側102と反対側)に引っ張る付勢操作部115とを備える。
穿刺機構制御部120は、穿刺機構110による穿刺を有効にするか否かを制御する。穿刺機構制御部120は、係止機構121と、付勢制御機構122と、基板130上に配置された穿刺制御回路150とを備える。
無線通信部140は、外部登録機器200の無線通信手段と、例えば300MHz帯の微弱無線周波数帯を使って双方向無線通信を行う通信モジュールにより構成される。この通信モジュールは、低消費電力である。
穿刺制御回路150は、ソレノイド128と電気的に接続し、ソレノイド128に磁界を発生させるか否かを制御する。穿刺制御回路150は、無線通信部140とともに基板130上に実装されて、無線通信部140と電気的に接続されている。

穿刺機構310は、穿刺針111と、穿刺針111を先端部112に保持する穿刺針保持部313と、穿刺針保持部313を穿刺器具300の先端側102に突出する方向に付勢する付勢バネ114と、穿刺針保持部313を穿刺器具300の後端側(先端側102と反対側)に引っ張る付勢操作部315とを備える。
穿刺機構制御部320は、穿刺機構310による穿刺を有効にするか否かを制御する。穿刺機構制御部320は、係止制御機構321と、付勢検出スイッチ322と、基板330上に配置された穿刺制御回路150とを備える。

図7は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る生体試料測定システムの構成図である。

Claims (10)
- 穿刺針を作動させる穿刺機構と、
前記穿刺機構の穿刺動作の実行/禁止を制御する穿刺機構制御手段と、
外部登録機器からの無線信号を受信する無線通信手段と、
前記無線通信手段が所定の無線信号を受信した場合、前記穿刺機構制御手段の穿刺禁止制限を解除する制御手段と、
を備える穿刺器具。 - 前記穿刺禁止制限は、前記穿刺機構に穿刺動作を行わせるエネルギを蓄えるチャージ動作の規制、又は前記チャージ動作完了後の前記穿刺機構の穿刺動作の規制である請求項1記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記無線通信手段は、前記外部登録機器からの穿刺許可信号を受信する請求項1記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記無線通信手段は、前記外部登録機器との間で無線信号を送受信する請求項1記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記無線通信手段は、前記外部登録機器に対し穿刺許可要求信号を送信する請求項4記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記無線通信手段は、前記無線信号の無線認証を行う請求項1記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記無線通信手段は、RF−ID通信方式、特定近距離無線通信方式、又は小電力近距離双方向無線通信方式による無線通信を行う請求項1記載の穿刺器具。
- 前記穿刺機構は、皮膚を穿刺する穿刺針と、前記穿刺針を保持する穿刺針保持部と、前記穿刺針保持部に付勢力を与えるための付勢バネとを有する請求項1記載の穿刺器具。
- 穿刺器具により穿刺して得られた生体試料を測定する生体試料測定装置であって、
生体試料を測定する生体試料測定手段と、
前記生体試料測定手段が、測定開始準備完了になったとき、前記穿刺器具に対し穿刺を許可する穿刺許可信号を送信する無線通信手段と、
を備える生体試料測定装置。 - 穿刺器具と、前記穿刺器具により穿刺して得られた生体試料を測定する生体試料測定装置とを備える生体試料測定システムであって、
前記穿刺器具は、
穿刺針を作動させる穿刺機構と、
前記穿刺機構の穿刺動作の実行/禁止を制御する穿刺機構制御手段と、
前記生体試料測定装置から無線信号を受信する無線通信手段と、
前記無線通信手段により所定の無線信号を受信した時、前記穿刺機構制御手段の穿刺禁止制限を解除する制御手段とを備え、
前記生体試料測定装置は、
生体試料を測定する生体試料測定手段と、
前記生体試料測定手段が、測定開始準備完了になったとき、前記穿刺器具に対し穿刺を許可する穿刺許可信号を送信する無線通信手段と、
