本発明は、水などの液体によって濡れた人体の部位を乾燥する人体乾燥装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、用便後に洗浄を行うことで濡れた状態となった人体局部の乾燥を行うこの種の人体乾燥装置としては例えば図6に示すように、電気ヒータで加熱した温風を被乾燥部に当てて乾燥するものがある。

同図において1は便器、2は温水洗浄便座であり、暖房便座3、便蓋4、洗浄装置を内蔵する本体5および便器1内に突出して人体6の局部洗浄を行う洗浄ノズル7より構成されている。また、8は本体5に内蔵される乾燥装置で、送風機9、加熱ヒータ10、送風ダクト11から構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の人体乾燥装置では、洗浄後の水滴が人体皮膚に付着したままの状態で温風を当て、乾燥を行う方式であるため、乾燥に要する時間は非常に長いものであり、なんの刺激もない温風が臀部をなでるだけという使用時の単調感に対し、使用者がいらいらしたり苦痛を感じるといった課題があった。

また、最近では皮膚表面の水分が多いままで無理に温度を上げ水分を蒸発させて乾燥を行うため、皮膚が過乾燥状態となり、皮膚のかゆみ、かぶれ等が生じるといった課題も見受けられる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するため、洗浄水供給手段と、前記洗浄水供給手段から供給される洗浄水を人体被洗浄部に向けて噴出する洗浄ノズルと、圧縮気体を吹き付けて前記人体被洗浄部に付着した水滴を除去する水滴除去手段と、前記人体被乾燥部に対して温風を供給可能な温風供給手段と、前記水滴除去手段と前記温風供給手段を制御する制御部とを備え、前記制御部は、前記水滴除去手段の動作開始と同時に前記温風供給手段の動作を開始させ、前記水滴除去手段は、吹き付ける気体を、前記洗浄ノズルを介して人体被洗浄部に向けて噴出する構成としたものである。

図1は本発明の実施例1における人体乾燥装置を備えた温水洗浄便座の概観を示す斜視図、図2はリモコン17の概観図、図3は水滴除去手段15および温風供給手段16の構成を示すブロック図、図4は圧力容器26内における圧力変動を表すグラフである。

図2を用いてリモコン17の詳細を説明する。リモコン17には使用者が用便後のおしり洗浄を行うおしりスイッチ18、女性が小用後主に使用するビデスイッチ19、洗浄後に局部の乾燥を行う乾燥スイッチ20、それぞれの動作を停止させる停止スイッチ21他のスイッチ類が設けてある。また、洗浄時の水勢調節および乾燥時の風量調節は強弱スイッチ22で、洗浄水温度調節および乾燥使用時の乾燥温度の調節は高低スイッチ23で、洗浄位置および乾燥位置の調節は前後スイッチ24を操作することでなされる。

温風供給手段16はシロッコ型の送風ファン32とその吹出し口近傍に設けたニクロム線タイプの加熱ヒータ33、加熱ヒータ33を包含する形で設けたエアダクト34から構成されている。なお、エアダクト34は十分な風速を得るため、絞り気味の形状をしており、また送風ファン32はこのエアダクト34での圧力損失を考慮してここでは圧力損失が高くても風量の得られるシロッコ型としている。また、エアポンプ25、電磁弁29、ステッピングモータ31、送風ファン32、加熱ヒータ33の動作はマイクロコンピュータを内蔵した制御部35によって制御される。

以上のように構成された人体乾燥装置について、以下その動作、作用を説明する。まず、使用者が便座13に着座して用を足した後、リモコン17にあるおしりスイッチ18を操作すると、洗浄水が所定の条件で噴出し、肛門部の洗浄がなされる。この洗浄動作の途中で使用者が強弱スイッチ22を操作すると、洗浄水の水勢が変更され、また前後スイッチ24を操作すると洗浄水の当たる位置を可変することできる。使用者が好みに応じて洗浄を行ったあと、停止スイッチ21を押してさらに乾燥スイッチ20を押すか、直接乾燥スイッチ20を押すことで、洗浄水で濡れた部位を乾燥させるための動作が開始される。

この動作は制御部35によってその制御がなされるが、まず制御部35は、エアポンプ25を駆動し、圧力容器26内に空気を送り込む。このとき、電磁弁29は閉止させてあるので、圧力容器26内の圧力はエアポンプ25の能力に応じた閉止圧力まで上昇する。また、制御部35はこの動作開始とほぼ同時に加熱ヒータ33への通電を開始するとともに送風ファン32を駆動し、エアダクト34から温風を吹き出させる。この温風は図1からわかるように人体の臀部に向けて吹き出される。

しているので、圧力容器内26内の圧力は空気の噴出により一旦低下するものの、電磁弁29が閉止している1.5秒の間にもとの閉止圧力まで上昇する。

ここで、圧力容器26内における圧力変動の様子は図4に示すとおりで、図4において縦軸は圧力容器26内の圧力、横軸は時間を表す。まず、「開始」のタイミングでエアポンプ25が稼働し始めると、圧力容器26内の圧力は閉止圧力Pcまで上昇する。この状態でToのタイミングにおいて電磁弁29が開成されると、圧力は一気に低下し、電磁弁29が閉止されるTcのタイミングにおいて開放圧力Poとなる。ここで電磁弁29は閉止されるため、エアポンプ25からの空気の供給により、圧力容器26内の圧力は再度閉止圧力Pcまで上昇する。この繰り返しにより、圧力容器26内における閉止圧力PcおよびPoは常にほぼ一定であるため、ここで生じる圧力変動も当然ながら常にほぼ一定である。

また、この水切り動作を行う際、制御部35はステッピングモータ31を連続的に正逆回転させ、エアノズル28を人体前後方向に往復動させる。この動作により、広範囲にわたって付着している水滴も確実に吹き飛ばすことが可能になるとともに、噴出される高圧空気の持つ運動エネルギーがさらに増し、水切り性能が向上する。この水切りの動作が行われている間、エアダクト34からは温風が肛門を中心とする臀部に温風が吹き付けられているため、水滴を吹き飛ばした後にも残っている水分は蒸発によって取り除かれる。なお、この乾燥動作が行われている最中、強弱スイッチ22で噴出孔30から噴出される空気の勢いが、高低スイッチ23でエアダクト34から吹き出される温風の温度が、また前後スイッチ24で噴出孔30から噴出される空気の当たる位置が、使用者の操作によって可変できる構成としてある。

図5は本発明の実施例2における水回路および水滴除去手段15、温風供給手段16の構成を示すブロック図である。図5において実施例1と異なる点は洗浄水供給手段としての止水電磁弁36、洗浄水の流量を検知する流量センサ37、洗浄水を連続して加熱可能な瞬間型の熱交換器38、洗浄水の温度を検知するサーミスタ39、洗浄ノズルとしてのおしり洗浄ノズル40、ビデ洗浄ノズル41、流路の切換と流量の調節を行う洗浄水供給手段としての流量調節弁42、供給される洗浄水が逆流することを防止する逆止弁43を設けた点と、制御部35の動作が一部追加されている点である。
