前記集熱パネルが、膨出部を有する第1の集熱板と、平板状の第2の集熱板とが積層一体化されて構成されており、前記太陽電池パネル側に凹凸面及び前記断熱部側に平坦面を有するとともに、前記第1の集熱板の膨出部と前記第2の集熱板との間に熱媒を流通させる内部通路を有する太陽光発電集熱ユニットである。

Claims (2)
- 太陽光を受ける表面側から順に、
複数の太陽電池セルが配設された太陽電池パネルと、
高熱伝導性材料が充填された伝熱部と、
集熱パネルと、
断熱部とを有する太陽光発電集熱ユニットであって、
前記集熱パネルは、膨出部を有する第1の集熱板と、平板状の第2の集熱板とが積層一体化されており、前記太陽電池パネル側に凹凸面及び前記断熱部側に平坦面を有するとともに、前記第1の集熱板の膨出部と前記第2の集熱板との間に熱媒を流通させる内部通路を有する太陽光発電集熱ユニット。 - 前記断熱部は、真空断熱材からなる請求項1に記載の太陽光発電集熱ユニット。
