Description
The present invention relates to a liquid supply apparatus and an electrospinning apparatus. More specifically, a liquid supply device that can supply a liquid while monitoring the supply state of the liquid even if the electric flow meter is easily damaged, and an electrostatic spinning device including the liquid supply device About.
If the fiber diameter of the fibers that make up the nonwoven fabric is small, the fiber diameter of the fibers that make up the nonwoven fabric is excellent because it has excellent performance such as separation performance, liquid retention performance, wiping performance, concealment performance, insulation performance, or flexibility. Is preferably small. As a method for producing a nonwoven fabric composed of fibers having such a small fiber diameter, a spinning stock solution is supplied to the spinning space, and an electric field is applied to the supplied spinning stock solution to fiberize the spinning stock solution, which is then drawn to draw a fiber having a small fiber diameter. A so-called electrospinning method is known in which a non-woven fabric is directly collected after forming.
As an apparatus capable of producing a nonwoven fabric by such an electrospinning method, for example, “an apparatus for electrostatically processing a polymer compound, which is operable to continuously eject an electrostatic material containing a polymer compound” An input stage; an integration stage disposed at a distance from the input stage; and a power supply device operable to generate an electric field for depositing the electrostatic processing material ejected from the input stage on the integration stage; And a pickup stage including a pick-up device arranged so as to continuously take out the electrostatic processing material from the integration stage ”has been proposed (Patent Document 1). In this input stage, it is disclosed that the polymer blend is supplied from the source to the channel of the input device, preferably with at least one pump between the source and the channel.
A method for monitoring the flow rate of the spinning dope in the flow path (for example, supply pipe) of the spinning dope as a method for managing the amount of the spinning dope (polymer blend) ejected when the nonwoven fabric is produced by the electrostatic spinning method. Was considered. That is, as long as the spinning dope does not leak in the flow path or the like, if the flow rate in the flow path is the same, it can be determined that the ejection amount of the spinning dope is the same. If the flow rate changes remarkably, for example, a pump abnormality is suspected, and the countermeasure can be taken promptly.
Therefore, the present inventors installed an electric flow meter so that the flow rate in the flow path of the spinning dope can be actually measured. However, as described above, since the electrostatic spinning method applies a voltage to the spinning dope to apply an electric field to the spinning dope, the voltage causes dielectric breakdown and damages the electric flow meter. It was difficult to install.
Therefore, the present inventors installed an analog type flow meter. However, in order to quickly detect a change in the flow rate, it is necessary for the operator to constantly monitor the flow rate, and the burden on the operator is large, and the flow rate is changed at regular intervals. There was a problem that monitoring abnormalities slowed down the detection of abnormalities.
Such a problem is not limited to the electrostatic spinning method, and the same problem may occur in the case of a liquid that easily corrodes an electric flow meter, or in the case of a liquid that tends to explode due to electrical stimulation and requires explosion-proofing. There was sex.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and a liquid supply apparatus capable of monitoring the liquid consumption state even when it is difficult to use an electric flow meter, and the same It aims at providing the electrospinning apparatus containing this.

The invention according to claim 4 of the present invention is characterized by further comprising a control means for controlling the supply amount by the liquid supply means and / or the moving speed of the collector according to the basis weight of the fiber web. The electrostatic spinning device according to claim 3.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the amount of liquid consumption can be displayed and monitored by a signal from an electric weighing device that is electrically insulated from the liquid. Therefore, when a significant change occurs in the liquid consumption, measures can be taken promptly.
In the invention according to claim 2 of the present invention, since the liquid consumption can be considered as the supply amount of the spinning dope, a continuously web-spun fiber web is manufactured while monitoring the supply amount of the spinning dope. be able to.
The invention according to claim 3 of the present invention can display the basis weight of the fiber web accumulated on the collector, which is calculated from the supply amount of the spinning dope and the moving speed of the collector, so that there is a significant change in the basis weight of the fiber web. If this happens, you can take immediate action.
Since the invention according to claim 4 of the present invention is provided with a control means for controlling the supply amount by the liquid supply means and / or the moving speed of the collector, the fiber web having a desired basis weight is manufactured by correcting it instantaneously. Can do.
The liquid supply apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 which is a conceptual diagram showing the arrangement state of each apparatus in an electrostatic spinning apparatus including the liquid supply apparatus of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the electrospinning apparatus of the present invention includes a spinning stock solution storage device 1, a spinning stock solution discharge device 2, a spinning stock solution discharge device path 3, a spinning stock solution supply unit 4, an
(1) The spinning dope storage device 1 is for storing the spinning dope, and is not particularly limited. For example, the spinning dope storage device 1 may be a plastic or stainless steel tank or bag. Can be mentioned.
In addition, when used for other than the electrostatic spinning device, it corresponds to a liquid storage device for storing a desired liquid, and can store even a liquid that damages the electric flow meter by contacting with the electric flow meter. . For example, it is possible to store liquids that easily corrode electric flowmeters, liquids that easily explode due to electrical stimulation, and that need to be explosion-proof. Even liquid that does not damage the electric flow meter can be stored.
(2) The spinning solution discharge device 2 is a device that can discharge and supply the spinning solution into a gas. For example, an apparatus provided with a nozzle and an apparatus provided with a tube having a hole can be exemplified. It is only necessary to supply the spinning dope into the gas, and it is not necessary to discharge the spinning dope.
In addition, when using other than an electrostatic spinning apparatus, it corresponds to a liquid consuming apparatus, and the liquid consuming apparatus consumes liquid and is not particularly limited. For example, a device for individually enclosing a liquid in a bottle can be used. Thus, “consumption” means using a liquid, such as converting the liquid into a fiber or enclosing the liquid, and it is not necessary to extinguish the liquid.
(3) The spinning dope discharging device path 3 is a flow path for the spinning dope connecting the spinning dope storage device 1 and the spinning dope discharging device 2. The spinning dope discharging device path 3 is constituted by, for example, a pipe, a tube, a pipe, and the like.
In addition, when used for other than the electrostatic spinning device, it corresponds to a consumption device path, and is a liquid flow path connecting the liquid storage device and the liquid consumption device, and similarly configured from pipes, tubes, tubes, etc. Is done.
(4) The spinning stock solution supply means 4 exhibits a driving force for supplying the spinning stock solution of the spinning stock solution storage device 1 to the spinning stock solution discharge device 2. For example, it is preferable to use a rotary pump that can continuously supply a predetermined volume of spinning dope. More specifically, it is preferable to use a gear pump (gear pump), a vane pump, or a screw pump. In FIG. 1, the spinning solution supply means 4 is connected in the middle of the spinning solution discharge device path 3, but is connected to the spinning solution storage device 1 and is a valve or the like that can supply gas to the spinning solution storage device 1. You can also. Also in this case, the motive force for supplying the spinning dope from the spinning dope storage device 1 to the spinning dope discharging device 2 is exhibited.
In addition, when used other than the electrostatic spinning device, it corresponds to a liquid supply means, and exhibits a driving force to be supplied from the liquid storage device to the liquid consuming device, and includes a rotary pump (for example, a gear pump (gear pump), Vane pumps, screw pumps) are preferably used.
(5) The
(6) The insulating means 6 electrically insulates the electric weighing
Similarly, when used for other than the electrostatic spinning device, even if the liquid storage device stores the charged liquid, the liquid storage device does not cause dielectric breakdown, so measure the mass of the liquid storage device. Can do. In this case, the same insulating means as described above can be used.
(7) The
Similarly, when used for other than the electrospinning apparatus, by displaying and monitoring the amount of consumption of the liquid storage device, the operator can detect abnormalities early and / or make various adjustments to achieve the desired consumption. It can be carried out. It is also possible to record consumption for post processing.
(8) The voltage application device 8 can apply a voltage to the spinning dope. Therefore, an electric field can be formed between the spinning dope discharging device 2 and the
(9) The
(10) The measuring
(11) The supply amount control means 11a can control the supply amount by the liquid supply means according to the basis weight of the fiber web. For example, when the basis weight of the fiber web is lower than the desired basis weight, a signal from the
(12) The moving speed control means 11b can control the moving speed of the
Since the electrostatic spinning device of the present invention as shown in FIG. 1 has the above-described configuration, the supply amount of the spinning stock solution to the spinning stock solution discharge device 2, that is, spinning, even though the spinning stock solution is charged. The discharge amount from the stock solution discharge device 2 can be monitored over time. In other words, the spinning dope is supplied and discharged from the spinning dope storage device 1 to the spinning dope discharging device 2 through the spinning dope discharging device path 3 by the action of the spinning dope supplying means 4. A voltage is applied to the spinning dope by the voltage applying device 8 and the
In addition, in FIG. 1, although the measuring
The above description based on FIG. 1 basically relates to an electrostatic spinning device, but the liquid supply device used in addition to the electrostatic spinning device is exactly the same as the liquid corrodes the electric flow meter. Even if the liquid is easy to explode due to electrical stimulation or needs to be explosion-proof, the supply amount of the liquid to the liquid consuming device can be monitored. That is, the liquid is supplied from the liquid storage device to the liquid consuming device through the consuming device path and consumed by the action of the liquid supply means. On the other hand, since the liquid storage device is placed on the electric weighing device via the insulating means, the mass of the liquid storage device can be stably measured. This measured mass signal is sent to the display device at regular intervals, and by the calculation by the display device, the amount of decrease in the mass of the liquid storage device, that is, the supply / consumption amount of the liquid to the liquid consumption device is displayed. Monitor liquid consumption.
