Description
The present invention relates to a structure of a vehicular antenna unit that is mounted inside a vehicle exterior product.
Many receiving devices such as a radio, a television, and a radio are mounted on the vehicle, and an antenna corresponding to the frequency of each of these receiving devices is mounted on the vehicle. In general passenger cars, receiving these radio waves by installing an antenna outside the vehicle is not desirable from the viewpoint of aesthetics and space, and the internal space of resin exterior products such as air spoilers and vehicle bumpers attached to the vehicle An antenna is installed on the door to share the space and improve the appearance of the vehicle (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Patent Document 1 describes a method in which a plurality of film-like antenna elements are attached to an interior of a vehicle air spoiler with an adhesive or the like to install the antenna elements. Further, Patent Document 1 proposes a method in which two flat antenna elements corresponding to a plurality of frequency bands are installed on the left and right sides of the vehicle so as to constitute a diversity one by one.
Each of the antenna element installation methods described in Patent Document 1 is a method of attaching a plurality of antenna elements one by one to a predetermined position of the air spoiler. The more the number of antenna elements increases, the more time is required to install the antenna elements. It will increase.
On the other hand, in recent years, it has been required to receive various types of reception media, such as terrestrial digital broadcasting, with a vehicle. Since such a radio wave has directionality, if the antenna is configured with a single antenna element like a conventional radio antenna, reception characteristics may deteriorate due to the radio wave directionality. For this reason, with respect to directional radio waves, diversity reception is often performed by a plurality of antenna elements, and the number of antenna elements increases.
In addition, when diversity reception is performed by a plurality of antenna elements, the position of each antenna element has a great influence on the characteristics, and therefore, the accuracy of the mounting position of the antenna element is required. In this case, if the plurality of antenna elements are attached to the predetermined positions with high accuracy one by one, there is a problem that it takes much more time to attach the antenna elements, combined with the stratification of the number of antenna elements.
In order to shorten the mounting time of the antenna element, there is a method in which a plurality of antenna elements are assembled in advance into a predetermined shape of the antenna unit, and the antenna unit is integrally mounted inside the exterior product. In the case of this method, the mounting time of the antenna element is shortened, but the positions of the plurality of antenna elements with respect to the vehicular exterior product must be determined at the same time, which makes mounting difficult. In other words, there is a manufacturing error due to resin molding in the dimensions of a vehicle exterior product such as an air spoiler, while the antenna unit also has an assembly dimension error in assembling. When the mounting positions are matched, there is a problem that the mounting position of the other antenna element with respect to the vehicle exterior product does not become a predetermined position. And if the attachment position of each antenna element shifts, the antenna performance for performing diversity reception may deteriorate.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to easily align each antenna element and a vehicle exterior product and ensure antenna performance in a vehicle antenna unit.

In the vehicle antenna unit of the present invention, the height of the boss provided on one antenna element substrate is higher than the thickness of the other antenna element substrate, and is attached to the end surface of the boss opposite to the one antenna element substrate. A washer and a second elastic member sandwiched between the washer and the other antenna element substrate, and the total thickness of the other antenna element substrate, the first elastic member, and the second elastic member is a boss. In the vehicle antenna unit of the present invention, the hinge of the connecting member is an elastic hinge connecting the antenna element substrates to which the antenna elements are attached, and the elastic hinge is made of a resin material having a hardness lower than that of the antenna element substrate. It is suitable also as being comprised.
The vehicle antenna unit of the present invention is a vehicle antenna unit that is attached to a hollow vehicle exterior product by connecting a bracket for taking out a signal line from the antenna element and an antenna assembly to which the antenna element is attached with a movable hinge. The present invention has an effect that in an antenna unit for a vehicle, it is possible to easily align each antenna element and a vehicle exterior product and to ensure antenna performance.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, an
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the analog
As shown in FIG. 2, the right digital
As shown in FIG. 2, a left digital
As shown in FIG. 3, the analog
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The height of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the analog
The attachment procedure when attaching the
In the present embodiment, in the state of the
In the present embodiment described above, the position of the analog
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The
A procedure for attaching the
