Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン(13)であって、
前記ガスタービンエンジン内に配置される軸対称構造体を備え、該軸対称構造体は、半径方向外側面から延びる複数の取付けブッシング(114)と、該軸対称構造体を取り囲むケーシング(116)と、を備え、
前記ガスタービンエンジン内に前記軸対称構造体を固定しやすくするために、各取付けブッシング内に少なくとも部分的に挿入され、前記ケーシング(116)に固定される第1の個数の固定されたピン(200)と、
第2の個数の組立時浮動型ピン(210)と
を備え、
前記組立時浮動型ピン(210)は、前記軸対称構造体を前記ガスタービンエンジン内に取り付ける際に、該ガスタービンエンジンの中心線軸(34)に対して軸方向及び接線方向の両方に各組立時浮動型ピン(210)が可動するように、各取付けブッシング内に少なくとも部分的に挿入される
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジン(13)。 - 前記各組立時浮動型ピン(210)は、各該組立時浮動型ピンが前記軸対称構造体に軸方向及び接線方向の両方の支持を提供するように、各取付けブッシング(114)内に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるクラウン面を備える請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 前記軸対称構造体は、燃焼器(4)であり、各前記組立時浮動型ピン(210)は、各該組立時浮動型ピンが燃焼器に軸方向及び接線方向の両方の支持を提供するように、各燃焼器の取付けブッシング(114)内に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるクラウン面を備える請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 組立時浮動型ピン(210)の前記第2の個数は、固定されたピン(200)の前記第1の個数よりも多い請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 各前記固定されたピン(200)は、隣接する固定されたピンから約120度離されている請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 各前記固定されたピン(200)は、隣接する固定されたピンから約180度離されている請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 前記固定されたピン(200)により前記燃焼器(4)の前記ケーシング(116)に対する初期の位置合わせがなされた後に、前記燃焼器の前記ケーシングに各前記組立時浮動型ピン(210)を固定するのに用いられるねじ山付き留め具をさらに備える請求項3に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 各前記組立時浮動型ピン(210)は、肩部(164)を備え、各前記組立時浮動型ピンは、前記ねじ山付き留め具が前記ケーシング(116)に設けられたねじ山付きブッシング(112)に対して前記肩部を固定するように、前記燃焼器の外側ライナ(40)に固定される請求項7に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 各前記組立時浮動型ピン(210)の一部が第1の直径(160)を有し、前記ねじ山付きブッシング(112)は、第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径(162)を有する請求項8に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
- 各前記組立時浮動型ピン(210)は、前記ケーシング(116)に取り付けられたねじ山付きブッシング(112)に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるヘッド部(220)を備え、各前記組立時浮動型ピンは、前記軸対称構造体を前記ガスタービンエンジン内に取り付ける際には前記ヘッド部が前記ねじ山付きブッシング内でガスタービンエンジンの中心線軸(34)に対して軸方向及び接線方向の両方に可動となるように、ねじ山付きプラグを用いて前記ねじ山付きブッシングに固定される請求項3に記載のガスタービンエンジン(13)。
