BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a powder and particle mixing device, and more particularly to a continuous powder and particle mixing device capable of continuously performing powder particle mixing processing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional mixing apparatus employs a batch type in which operations of storing, mixing, and dropping are repeated. In the mixing process performed by the batch method, it is necessary to separately provide a powder supply time and a discharge time before and after the mixing time. For example, when processing 3 tons per hour, if the capacity of the mixing apparatus is 1 ton per batch, the processing time is 20 minutes per batch. When considering the time distribution of each treatment, it is necessary to retain the powder particles during mixing to some extent, so the mixing time needs to be relatively long, so if the mixing time is 10 minutes, In order to process one batch, it is necessary to execute the supply time at 5 minutes and the discharge time at 5 minutes. If the supply is performed in 5 minutes, it is necessary to supply 1 ton in 5 minutes, and if it is converted into an hour unit, the capacity of 12 tons (12 t / h) is required in 1 hour. Similarly, in the case of discharging, if it is not discharged at a pace of 12 tons per hour, it will not be in time, and in order to mix 3 tons of powder particles in one hour, a capacity of 12 t / h is required for supply and discharge respectively. .
This is a shortcoming of the batch type, and the production capacity is 3 t / h. However, since it is a batch type, it is not in time unless the supply capacity and the discharge capacity are improved. In short, it is sufficient to supply and discharge at 3 t / h for a continuous type, but in the case of a batch type, a total capacity of 3 t / h is required unless the supply capacity and discharge capacity are set to 12 tons / h. The processing efficiency is very poor.
In addition, with regard to the discharge, for example, a method of fully opening the bottom of the mixing device and dropping 1 ton in an instant can be considered, but when it is dropped in an instant, the next batch comes after 15 minutes. After all, it is necessary to discharge 1 ton in 15 minutes. In addition, in this case, an extra 1 ton tank is required under the mixing device, and the equipment becomes large.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional batch-type mixing apparatus has poor processing efficiency, resulting in an increase in equipment cost and an increase in equipment size. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the various problems of the conventional techniques as described above, and the object is to achieve high processing efficiency, reduce equipment costs, and downsize equipment. Another object of the present invention is to provide a continuous powder mixing apparatus. Furthermore, it aims at enabling the uniform mixing process of the granular material and granular material which were conventionally considered difficult by the continuous type.

In this way, by adopting the powder upper discharge gate using a sliding gate valve at the powder outlet of the powder mixing chamber, the discharge amount of the powder during the mixing process can be freely adjusted Thus, it is possible to perform a continuous powder mixing process without stopping the rotation of the paddle. You may add the means to adjust the quantity of the granular material supplied to the said granular material mixing chamber from the said granular material input port.
[0009]
CommunicatingThe secondary powder mixing device is provided with a plurality of powder outlets in the powder mixing chamber, and adopts a powder lower discharge gate using a sliding gate valve in one of the powder outlets. It is characterized by. Thus, by providing the powder lower discharge gate at the powder outlet at the bottom of the powder mixing chamber, the powder remaining in the powder mixing chamber can be easily removed. It becomes possible.
[0010]
CommunicatingThe continuous powder and particle mixing apparatus is characterized in that a screw feeder or a rotary valve having quantitativeness is connected to the discharge hopper. In this way, by installing a discharge device having quantitativeness, even if it is discharged from the powder and particle mixing device in a non-quantitative state, the screw feeder or rotary valve maintains quantitativeness. It becomes possible.
