【発明が解決しようとする課題】
タイムレコーダを用いて勤務日数及び勤務時間の集計処理を行う事業所においては、担当者がタイムカードを一枚づつチェックし、タイムカードに出勤時刻或いは退出時刻の欠落を発見した場合は、該当者に問合せて確認した後に打ち忘れた時刻データの入力や集計結果の訂正を行っている。したがって、毎月或いは毎週のカードのチェックやデータ修正に時間と手間がかかるとともに、打ち忘れを見落すことも起こり得るという問題がある。

そこで、時間集計機能を備えたタイムレコーダの記録データから直接打ち忘れを検出できるようにして人手によるタイムカードのチェックを不要とし、時間集計の誤りの防止ならびに事務処理能率を向上するために解決すべき技術的課題が生じてくるのであり、本発明は上記課題を解決することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、上記目的を達成するために提案するものであり、時間集計機能を有する電子タイムレコーダと、時間集計プログラムを格納したコンピュータとからなり、
電子タイムレコーダの時間集計データをコンピュータに取込み、
コンピュータが時間集計プログラムにより時間集計データから就業時間ならびに給与計算等の集計処理を実行し、
時計集計データ中の各タイムカードにおける一日の打刻回数をチェックし、一日の打刻回数が奇数回のときはモニター画面上の該当日の欄に打ち忘れを示すマークを表示する制御手段を設けたタイムレコーダシステムであって、
前記制御手段は時間集計データ中の全てのタイムカードをチェックして打ち忘れがある日付の打刻欄を抽出し、
抽出した打ち忘れのある打刻欄を一覧表示し、
一覧表示から打ち忘れ箇所を一括して修正するタイムレコーダシステムを提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の一形態を図に従って詳述する。図１はタイムレコーダシステムの構成を示し、1は電子タイムレコーダ、2はコンピュータである。電子タイムレコーダ1は、日付と出勤時刻と退出時刻等の時間データを個人別に記憶する公知の時間集計機能を備えており、コンピュータ2には時間集計アプリケーションプログラムがインストールされている。

電子タイムレコーダは、一日に最大六回の打刻ができるものであって、出勤時刻或いは退出時刻のいずれか一方を打ち忘れた場合は一日の打刻回数が１または３または５になることから、これらのように打刻回数が奇数の場合は★マークを表示することによりオペレータは一目で打ち忘れを認識することができる。そして、打ち忘れて空欄となっているセルに正しい時刻データを入力し、「更新」タブをクリックすることにより、時間集計結果及び給与計算結果に修正結果が反映される。

尚、上記手順で正しい時刻データを入力した後、修正済みであることを示す例えば☆マークなどを前記★マークに代えて表示するようにしても良い。
画面上の「進む」タブまたは「戻る」タブをクリックすると、次のタイムカードデータまたは前のタイムカードデータに表示が切換わり、各タイムカードの打ち忘れ検査及び修正が行える。タイムカードデータの表示順はカード番号順、あいうえお順、シフト順等にソートすることができ、個人名を指定して検索することもできる。また、「打ち忘れチェック一覧」タブをクリックすることにより、図３に示すように、打ち忘れ一覧表が表示され、この画面上で全ての打ち忘れ個所を一括して修正することができる。

修正作業終了後に「集計」タブをクリックすると、勤務時間の詳細集計データや給与合計などが演算されて、図４に示すようにタイムカードデータの表と集計結果の表とが表示される。また、図示は省略するが、「集計結果一覧表示」タブをクリックすると各人の集計結果が連続する集計結果一覧表示画面に切換わる。これらのタイムカードデータや集計結果データは、Ｅメールに添付して送信することができるので、複数の事業所を有する企業では全社員の就業データを計算事務センターなどで一元管理することができる。
