Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle body rear structure.
A pair of left and right rear side frames that extend in the front-rear direction are joined to the lower surface of the floor panel, particularly the lower surface near the rear end, and a cross member that connects the pair of left and right rear side frames. Is generally joined.
Further, in order to slide and guide the seat in the front-rear direction, a seat slide rail extending in the front-rear direction is generally fixed to the upper surface of the floor panel. As often seen in 1-box cars, 1.5-box cars, and even wagon cars, the rear-seat seat is located behind the driver's seat, and is placed in front of the rearmost seat and the rearmost seat. Many have a front seat and are arranged in three rows in the front-rear direction as a whole. In Patent Document 1, a pair of left and right seat slide rails arranged on the upper surface of a floor panel is extended sufficiently long rearward to the vicinity of the rear end of the passenger compartment. A sheet that is also used as a guide for both the front seat and the front seat is disclosed.
On the other hand, a storage recess that protrudes downward and opens upward is often formed between the pair of left and right rear side frames at the rear end of the floor panel. However, storing a battery is also considered.
By the way, when a battery is mounted on the rear part of the vehicle body, it is important that the battery and the vehicle body be electrically and reliably cut off at the time of a rear collision (rear collision). In the thing of the
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a simple structure for electrically disconnecting the battery and the vehicle body at the time of rear collision when the battery is stored in the rear part of the vehicle body. An object of the present invention is to provide a rear structure of a vehicle body that can be realized.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, basically, a floor recess is formed between the pair of left and right rear side frames so as to protrude downward and open upward. The battery is fixed to the bottom surface of the recess. At the time of a rear impact, the amount of forward displacement of the bottom surface of the housing recess is increased, while the amount of forward displacement of the side wall portion of the housing recess located near the rear side frame, which is a strength member, is small. Thus, by effectively utilizing the difference in the forward mechanical displacement amount between the bottom surface and the side wall portion of the storage recess, the connection terminal for the battery is separated in the front-rear direction. Specifically, as described in claim 1 in the claims,
A pair of left and right rear side frames extending in the front-rear direction are joined to the lower surface of the floor panel,
Between the pair of left and right rear side frames of the floor panel, a storage recess that protrudes downward and opens upward is formed,
A battery is fixed to the bottom of the storage recess,
A connection terminal connected to the electrode of the battery is a fixed terminal fixed to the electrode, and a detachment terminal which is detached from the fixed terminal when a harness is connected and a large tensile force is applied in the front-rear direction. And consists of
A portion in the vicinity of the detachment terminal of the detachment terminal or harness is locked so as not to move forward with respect to the side wall of the storage recess.
It is like that.
According to the above solution, at the time of a rear collision, the bottom surface portion to which the battery is fixed among the storage recesses is displaced relatively larger forward than the side wall portion. For this reason, the fixed terminal is displaced relatively forward relative to the terminal for detachment, and the connection relationship between the terminal for detachment and the fixed terminal is released, so that the battery and the vehicle body are electrically and reliably connected. Will be interrupted.
A preferred mode based on the above solution is as described in
A bracket having rigidity that extends toward the upper side of the battery is fixed to the side wall of the storage recess,
In the bracket, a portion in the vicinity of the detachment terminal of the detachment terminal or harness is fixed.
(Corresponding to claim 2). In this case, using the bracket, the detachment terminal or the harness in the vicinity thereof can be reliably locked to the side wall portion of the storage recess. In addition, since the bracket extends toward the upper side of the battery, that is, the side wall portion of the housing recess that has a relatively small amount of forward displacement at the time of rear-end collision is substantially extended to the upper side of the battery, so that the fixed terminal It is preferable to cut down the electrical connection relationship as close as possible to the electrode of the battery while miniaturizing the connection terminal itself composed of the terminal for disconnection and the terminal for detachment.
The bracket is also fixed to a flange portion of the rear side frame that is a joint portion to the floor panel (corresponding to claim 3). In this case, by fixing the bracket to the rear side frame, which is superior in strength and greatly reduces the amount of forward displacement at the time of rear impact, the amount of forward displacement of the bracket at the time of rear impact is further reduced. This is preferable in order to more reliably cut off the connection relationship.
The detachment terminal is positioned after the fixed terminal;
The detachment terminal and the fixed terminal are connected by being fitted from the front-rear direction.
(Corresponding to claim 4). In this case, it is possible to secure the connection relationship with a very simple form in which the fixed terminal and the terminal for detachment are fitted in the front-rear direction, and it is preferable for easily and surely performing the detachment at the time of rear collision. It becomes.
On the upper surface of the floor panel, a pair of left and right outer seat slide rails extending in the front-rear direction so as to be positioned on the left and right of the storage recess are fixed,
Each outer seat slide rail is disposed at a position near the outer end in the vehicle width direction so as to overlap with each rear side frame in plan view.
(Corresponding to claim 5). In this case, the rear side frame is reinforced with the outer seat slide rail, that is, the outer force at the time of the rear impact is effectively received also by the outer seat slide rail, and the amount of displacement is increased to the front of the storage recess side wall at the time of the rear impact. Further reduction is preferable in order to more reliably electrically cut off the battery and the vehicle body at the time of rear collision.
The bracket extends long in the vehicle width direction, and its left and right ends are connected to the left and right side walls of the storage recess, respectively (corresponding to claim 7). In this case, normally, the rigidity (particularly torsional rigidity) in the vicinity of the housing recess is greatly improved by the reinforcing action of the bracket, which is preferable in reducing NVH and the like. Further, at the time of a rear collision, the amount of forward displacement of the bracket is made smaller, which is preferable in order to more reliably electrically cut off the battery and the vehicle body.
According to the present invention, when the battery is housed in the rear part of the vehicle body, the battery and the vehicle body can be electrically and reliably disconnected at the time of a rear collision with a simple configuration.
The vehicle V has three rows of
The details of the structure of the rear portion of the floor panel 1 where the second and third rows of
The floor panel 1 is formed with a large storage recess 6 that protrudes downward and opens upward between the rear side frames 10 (see FIGS. 3, 4, and 5). As will be described later, the storage recess 6 stores a battery. In the case of a vehicle model that does not store a battery, a spare tire can be selectively stored (the battery is not shown in FIG. 5). For this reason, the shape of the front end portion of the storage recess 6 is substantially arc-shaped, and the radius thereof is set to be slightly larger than the radius of the spare tire. The storage recess 6 is also opened toward the rear end of the floor panel.
As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of left and right rear side frames 10 are connected by a plurality of first to

As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of left and right outer seat slide rails 20 extending in the front-rear direction and a pair of left and right inner seat slide rails 30 are disposed on the upper surface of the floor panel 1. The pair of left and right outer seat slide rails 20 guides the
The inner
Two adjusters, a
The pair of left and right outer seat slide rails 20 are connected to each other by a connecting
The inner
The pair of left and right outer seat slide rails 20 and inner seat slide rails 30 are fixed to the floor panel 1 at a plurality of locations in the front-rear direction (three locations in the embodiment). That is, the outer
As shown in FIG. 5, a
The
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the
The terminal 84B for detachment has a
The
The
In the above configuration, at the time of a rear collision, each part of the rear part of the vehicle body is deformed toward the front. When looking at the storage recess 6, this deformation has a large forward displacement amount on the

FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The same components as those of the above-mentioned embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted (this is the following). The same applies to the third embodiment). In the present embodiment, a
FIG. 11 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, a
In the embodiment of FIG. 11, the rigidity (particularly torsional rigidity) in the vicinity of the storage recess 6 is greatly improved by the reinforcing action of the
Although the embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and can be appropriately changed within the scope described in the scope of claims. For example, the invention includes the following cases. . The seat may be a two-row seat as a whole (particularly in the case of a vehicle having a small overall length). In this case, the outer
The electrode for which the
The portion fixed to the
