The present invention relates to a supercharging system control device.
As this type of apparatus, for example, JP-A-7-4252, JP-A-8-4543, JP-A-2002-276382, JP-A-2007-224857, JP-A-2009-2278, and JP-A-2009-2278 are disclosed. Those disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-24619, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-62851, and the like are known. These devices control the supercharging state by adjusting the exhaust gas flow state according to the engine operating state.
In this type of apparatus, a large fluctuation (hunting) may occur in the exhaust pressure with the supercharging state control. Such large fluctuations in exhaust pressure cause large fluctuations in output torque and EGR rate. Drivability deteriorates due to large fluctuations in the output torque. Further, the emission may be deteriorated due to a large fluctuation of the EGR rate.
The present invention has been made to cope with such a problem. That is, an object of the present invention is to suppress as much as possible a large fluctuation (hunting) of the exhaust pressure accompanying supercharging state control.

The turbocharger is interposed in the intake passage and the exhaust passage, and is configured to be driven by exhaust. For example, the supercharging system can be configured as a multistage supercharging system. That is, the supercharging system may include a first turbocharger and a second turbocharger.
The first turbocharger includes a first turbine and a first compressor. The first turbine is interposed in the exhaust passage. The first turbine is configured to be rotationally driven by exhaust. The first compressor is interposed in the intake passage, and is configured to pressurize the supply air by being rotationally driven by the rotation of the first turbine.
The second turbocharger includes a second turbine and a second compressor. The second turbine is interposed in the exhaust passage. The second turbine is configured to be rotationally driven by exhaust. The second compressor is interposed in the intake passage, and is configured to pressurize supply air by being driven to rotate as the second turbine rotates.
In the multistage supercharging system, the first turbocharger and the second turbocharger may be arranged in series. That is, the second turbine may be provided on the downstream side in the exhaust flow direction with respect to the first turbine, and the second compressor may be provided on the upstream side in the supply air flow direction with respect to the first compressor.
The exhaust gas flow state adjusting unit is provided to adjust the flow state of the exhaust gas in the exhaust passage. Specifically, for example, the exhaust gas flow state adjusting unit may be configured to adjust a supply state of exhaust gas to the first turbine and / or the second turbine.
The supercharging system control apparatus of this invention controls the said supercharging system provided with the above structures, Comprising: The exhaust-pressure acquisition part and the control part are provided. The exhaust pressure acquisition unit acquires exhaust pressure. The exhaust pressure acquisition unit may be provided to acquire an exhaust pressure upstream of the turbocharger (the first turbine and the second turbine) in the exhaust flow direction. The control unit is configured to control the operation of the exhaust gas flow state adjusting unit so as to suppress fluctuations in the exhaust pressure in accordance with the exhaust pressure acquired by the exhaust pressure acquisition unit.
For example, the control unit can suppress fluctuations in the exhaust pressure by maintaining the state of the exhaust flow state adjusting unit in a predetermined state.
Or the said control part can suppress the fluctuation | variation of exhaust pressure by adjusting the operating speed of the said exhaust gas flow condition adjustment part according to the exhaust pressure acquired by the said exhaust pressure acquisition part.
Or the said control part can suppress the fluctuation | variation of exhaust pressure by adjusting the gain in the feedback control of the said exhaust gas flow condition adjustment part.
Or the said control part can suppress the fluctuation | variation of exhaust pressure by controlling the operation | movement of the said exhaust gas flow condition adjustment part according to the fluctuation | variation state of the exhaust pressure acquired by the said exhaust pressure acquisition part. Specifically, the control unit may control the operation of the exhaust gas flow state adjusting unit so as to cancel the fluctuation of the exhaust pressure acquired by the exhaust pressure acquisition unit. At this time, the control unit can learn a frequency band of the fluctuation of the exhaust pressure when the exhaust flow state adjustment unit operates so as to cancel the fluctuation of the exhaust pressure.
In the supercharging system control apparatus of the present invention having such a configuration, the exhaust pressure acquisition unit acquires the exhaust pressure. In accordance with the acquired exhaust pressure (or its fluctuation state), the control unit controls the operation of the exhaust gas flow state adjusting unit so as to suppress the fluctuation of the exhaust pressure. Therefore, according to the present invention, a large fluctuation (hunting) of the exhaust pressure accompanying the supercharging state control can be suppressed as much as possible.

<構成>
<動作>
例えば、図2ないし図7における各ステップにおける「ECV」は、「EBV(低圧タービンバイパス弁36)」や「VN(可変ベーンノズル41)」等に置き換えられ得る。
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention (embodiments that the applicant considers best at the time of filing of the present application) will be described with reference to the drawings. The processing returns to Step 520 through the frequency change (learning) processing.
