Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an article storage device, particularly in a vehicle compartment, attached to a console, a seat, a door lining, etc., such as accessories, beverage containers, mobile phones, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “articles”). It is related with the article | item accommodation apparatus suitable for putting or holding.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 9 shows three examples of conventional article storage devices that are particularly attached to the door lining. The device (a) (No. 62-33335) includes a housing portion 51 having a substantially L-shaped cross section provided at an upper corner portion of the armrest portion 50 and a reverse L-shaped cross section corresponding to the housing portion 51. Door 52. The door 52 is rotatably assembled to the lower edge of the accommodating portion 51 on the indoor side via the pivot 53, and when the container K and the like are taken in and out of the accommodating portion 51, the door 52 is closed with the pivot 53 serving as a fulcrum. Then, it is switched to an open position that is rotated indoors and is in use. In the devices (b) and (c), the accommodating portions 54 and 57 are provided in a concave shape on the upper surface of the armrest portion 50, and the container K and the like are placed in the concave shape from directly above the accommodating portions 54 and 57. In common. In (b), the door 55 is rotatably assembled to the upper opening edge of the accommodating portion 54 via a pivot 56, and the door 56 is closed with the pivot 56 serving as a fulcrum to close the upper opening. It is switched to the open position to be rotated. In (c), the door 58 is rotatably assembled to the upper opening edge of the accommodating portion 54 via the pivot 59 and the biasing spring 60, and the door 58 is closed with the pivot 59 serving as a fulcrum to block the upper opening of the accommodating portion 57. From the position, it is rotated inward against the spring force of the biasing spring 60 and switched to the open position. In addition, the accommodating parts 51, 54, and 57 can be used as storage parts for articles other than containers.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional structures described above are both simple and simple in that articles are taken in and out and the container K is held. 9 (b) and (c) is superior to FIG. 9 (a) in that the doors 55 and 58 do not protrude indoors, and the structure of FIG. 9 (c) is in the open position as shown in FIG. 9 (b). The door 55 is excellent in that it does not get in the way when the article or container K is taken out. However, in the conventional structure, the depth in the housing portion must be increased to some extent in order to ensure article storage property, container holding property, etc., and as the depth in the storage portion increases, for example, the article can be taken in and out. It gets worse, and the door opening and closing operations get worse. Further, in the case where the installation portion 51, 54, 57 is the upright wall 61a of the door lining 61 as schematically shown in FIG. 9 (c), There are also problems such as being contaminated by the standing wall 61a and being greatly overhanging on the indoor side so that the safety and appearance are easily impaired.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems. Specifically, it is possible to improve the loading / unloading property and stable holding property of the article, and at the same time, it is versatile for use, that is, for holding a relatively long object such as a plastic bottle, etc. To improve product value. Other objects will be clarified in the contents described below.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, as illustrated in the drawings, is an article storage device 1 provided in a vehicle compartment, which includes a storage section 2 for storing articles and a shutter 10 for opening and closing the opening of the storage section 2. The housing portion 2 is divided into two sides (which may be any of 3b, 4b or 5), a back surface (3a, 4a) and an inner bottom surface (21), and the protruding edges 5a on both sides. A guide groove 6 that is provided along the shutter and slidably assembled with the shutter, and a bottomed cylindrical holding portion 7 that is provided on the inner bottom surface and holds a beverage container as the article. The shutter (10) can be bent in the sliding direction and can be held at any position of the guide groove, and the holding portion (7) is substantially horizontal on the inner bottom surface side of the bottomed cylindrical shape. A first bottom support that is provided and holds the beverage container substantially vertically. A portion (25) and a diameter larger than the first bottom receiving portion and inclined downward from the back side toward the front side which is the door side, and the beverage container is inclined toward the front side of the opening of the storage portion It has the 2nd bottom receiving part (26) hold | maintained in the state, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0006]
In the apparatus structure described above, first, the accommodating portion 2 is substantially partitioned by both side surfaces, the back surface, and the inner bottom surface, and the upper and front sides (inner side) are opened, and the openings are formed on the protruding edge portions 5a on both sides. It is opened and closed by a shutter 10 that slides along the provided guide groove 6. This is because, for example, assuming that the container 2 is installed on the indoor wall, the housing portion 2 is open on the top and front sides. In addition, since it can be taken in and out from the horizontal direction, it is easy to put in and out, and it is easy to provide a holding function even for large and small containers, cans and bottles as in the embodiment. Further, since the shutter 10 is slid along the guide grooves 6 provided on the protruding edge portions 5a on both sides, the shutter 10 does not protrude into the vehicle compartment even at the maximum open position, and it is easy to maintain safety and appearance.
[0007]
Also, adjusting the open position of the shutter 10 according to the size or length of the fit shutter 10 is has can be held at an arbitrary position on the guide groove 6, retract and to articles, i.e. to slide from the closed position By stopping at an arbitrary position before reaching the maximum open position, an opening state suitable for the article as the container 2 can be obtained. In addition, since the housing portion 2 opens on the upper side and the front side on both side surfaces, the back surface and the inner bottom surface, and the opening is opened and closed by the shutter 10, the position of the inner bottom surface 21 is set at a substantially upper and lower position as in the embodiment. Even if the bottomed cylindrical holding portion 7 is simply attached, it is easy to maintain the appearance by making the shutter 10 invisible, and the beverage containers having different heights can be adjusted by adjusting the open position of the shutter 10 as described above. Ru can be more stable hold the. Further, the holding portion 7 includes a substantially horizontal first bottom receiving portion 25 provided on the inner bottom surface side of the bottomed cylindrical shape, and a diameter larger than the first bottom receiving portion 25 and the shutter from the back side. order to have a second bottom receiving portion 26 which is inclined so as to be downward toward the front side is a side, a paper cup K1 and small cans K2 as in the example of FIG. 7 with respect to the first bottom receiving section 25 By holding in a vertical state and holding the large cans K3 and the bottle K4 in a state inclined to the vehicle compartment side with respect to the second bottom receiving portion 26, the holding property and the taking in and out are improved.
More preferably, the above-described article storage device is embodied as in claims 2 to 3.
First, the shutter 10 is slid from a closed position where the tip is in contact with the corresponding part on the back surface to a maximum open position where the stopper 11c provided on the inner surface is in contact with the inner bottom surface 21 and is regulated. This is a configuration. This is the one in which the sliding range of the shutter 10 is specified for confirmation, and it is only necessary to add the stopper 11c as a configuration for restricting the shutter 10 at the open position, and simplification can be achieved.
Secondly , the shutter 10 includes a main body 11 bent through a plurality of thin portions 12, a large number of protrusions 13 provided on both sides of the main body, and a cavity provided in the protrusions or a thinned elasticity. And the projection 13 and the elastic portion 15 are fitted into the guide groove 6 and held at an arbitrary position via the elastic portion 15. This is devised because the sliding characteristics deteriorate when the degree of fitting between the guide groove 6 and the protrusion 13 is made strong and can be held at an arbitrary position, and the presence of the hollow or underfilled elastic portion 15 is devised. This makes it easy to achieve while maintaining sliding characteristics.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the lower half 4 includes a lower back surface portion 4a disposed below the upper back surface portion 3a, a lower side surface portion 4b disposed below the upper side surface portion 3b, and an upper back surface portion. 4a and the holding portion 7 provided below the lower side surface portion 4b are integrally formed. The holding part 7 includes a flat wall 21 that forms the inner bottom surface of the housing part 2, two bottomed cylindrical cylindrical parts 22 that are open to the flat wall 21, and both sides of the flat wall 21. The side wall 23 and the like are provided below. The flat wall 21 is provided in a state where the front side is displaced slightly below the back side. Each cylindrical portion 22 has a cylindrical shape and a depth of about 5 to 8 cm. The two cylindrical portions 22 communicate with each other through a notch portion. Three attachment grooves 24 extending downward from the flat wall 21 are provided on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 22, and the option groove 24 or the attachment groove 24 and the cutout portion are used for the option. Products can be retrofitted as needed. As shown in FIG. 4B, first and second bottom receiving portions 25 and 26 are provided on the lower side in the cylinder of each cylindrical portion 22. The first bottom receiving portion 25 has a circular shape smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 22 and forms the lowermost surface in the cylinder, that is, a horizontal receiving surface. The second bottom receiving portion 26 is provided in a state of being substantially the same circular shape as the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 22 and being inclined downward from the back side toward the front side. That is, the second bottom receiving portion 26 is formed as an inclined end surface that is high on the back side and low on the front side so as to approach the first bottom receiving portion 25. Two mounting holes and positioning ribs 27 are provided on the outer surfaces of the side walls 23.
[0012]
Both side plate portions 5 have a symmetrical shape, are elongated in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 4 and have a curved shape on the front and lower sides, and a guide groove 6 is integrally formed on the protruding edge portion 5a. Yes. In the protruding edge portion 5a, a substantially middle portion between the upper and lower sides protrudes most forward. The vertical dimension of each side wall part 5 is set to a length extending below the corresponding part of the upper and lower halves 3 and 4 connected to the upper and lower sides. On the outer surface of each side plate portion 5, positioning holes 5 b and through holes 5 c corresponding to the positioning ribs and mounting ribs of the upper half 3 described above, and positioning ribs 27 and mounting holes corresponding to the positioning ribs 27 and mounting holes of the lower half 4 are provided. The guide groove 6 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, is curved according to the protruding edge 5a, has an upper end extending to the back side, an upper groove end closed by a regulating wall 6a, a lower end side extending to the back side, and a lower groove end Is open. In the guide groove 6, a restricting convex portion 6 b is provided in a state protruding slightly into the groove just before the restricting wall 6 a.
[0013]
(Assembly) For example, each of the above-described members is formed by contacting the upper half of the lower half 4 with respect to the upper half 3 with the lower edge 4a and the upper edge of the lower side 4b against the flange 3d. Is positioned through the engagement of the positioning rib 27 and the positioning hole 5d, and the screw 9b is locked to the mounting rib and mounting hole from the through holes 5c and 5e in this state. In the assembled state, the upper and lower halves 3 and 4 and the side wall portion 5 are continuous in shape, and the housing portion 2 having the upper and front sides opened is formed. In this assembly, the shutter 10 is assembled.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the shutter 10 is provided on a main body 11 bent in a sliding direction via a thin portion 12, a large number of protrusions 13 provided on both sides of the main body 11, and on the front and back of the protrusion 13. The elastic part 15 and the arc part 16 and the small convex part 17 provided on the protrusion end face are integrally formed. The main body 11 can be bent through a plurality of thin portions 12 provided in the plate width direction, and has a length dimension that substantially covers the cylindrical portion 22 from the upper side of the side plate portions 5 as shown in FIG. In addition, the plate width is set slightly smaller than the dimension between the two guide grooves 16. The main body 11 includes a knob 11a that protrudes one step toward the outer surface on the distal end side, a reinforcing rib 11b that protrudes to a position corresponding to the protrusions 13 on the inner surface side, and one step on the opposite side of the knob 11a. A protruding stopper 11c and the like are provided. The protrusions 13 are provided on both sides of the main body 11 and between the thin portions 12. Each projection 13 is positioned on the lower side with respect to an amount corresponding body 11 a substantially L-shaped, which is connected to the inner surface of the main body 11, corresponds to the L-shaped vertical portion 1 5a. The L-shaped horizontal portion 15 b is provided with a groove 14, and the tip side of the groove 14 is a portion that fits into the guide groove 6. In this portion, an elastic portion 15 of an internal cavity is provided on the outer surface (upper surface in FIG. 6), an arc portion 16 is provided on the inner surface (lower surface in FIG. 6), and a small convex portion 17 is provided on the end surface. . When each protrusion 13 is fitted and disposed in the U-shaped groove of the guide groove 16 via the semicircular elastic portion 15 and the circular arc portion 16, the small convex portion 17 is formed on the U-shaped intermediate inner surface of the guide groove 16. It comes to be point-contacted. The protrusions 13 are provided at substantially equal intervals except for the protrusion 13 on the left side of FIG. 5, but two protrusions 13 are tongue-like standing wall portions 18 instead of the protrusions 13. A mounting hole is provided in the standing wall portion 18. Reinforcing shafts 19 are attached to the standing wall portions 18 on both sides. However, the standing wall portion 18 and the shaft 19 may be omitted.
[0015]
For example, the shutter 10 is arranged such that the tip end side on the gripping part 11a side is disposed at the open lower groove end of the guide grooves 6 on both sides described above, and the protrusion 13 on the tip end side is fitted into the corresponding guide groove 6. After that, it is slid along the guide groove 6 from below to above. At the time of this sliding, the stopper 11c hits the front side of the flat wall 21 (see FIG. 7) from below, so that one side of the side plate portion 5 is slightly separated from the corresponding portion of the upper and lower halves 3 and 4 by loosening the screw 9b. In this state, the stopper 11 c gets over the flat wall 21 and the shutter 10 can slide upward along the guide groove 6 via the protrusion 13. Of course, this is an example, and in the production line, the shutter 10 is also assembled at the time of assembling the above-mentioned members.
[0016]
(Usage example and operation) In the apparatus 1 described above, the housing portion 2 is opened and closed by a sliding operation of the shutter 10. The shutter 10 is slid from the maximum open position (that is fully opened) to the closed position of FIG. 3A as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 7A, and FIG. 7B. As described above, it can be held at an arbitrary position (arbitrary position) between the maximum open position and the closed position. That is, in the maximum open position, the stopper 11c abuts against the flat wall 21 to restrict the downward movement of the shutter 10. Further, the shutter 10 is elastically contacted to the U-shaped opposing surface by the elastic portion 15 and the circular arc portion 16 of each projection 23 with respect to the guide groove 6 and is also point-contacted by the small convex portion 17 to the U-shaped intermediate inner surface. Even if the guide groove 6 is curved, it is slid smoothly with the bending action of the thin portion 12 and the deformation action of the elastic portion 15 and is not rattled by vibration. In this case, the shutter 10 has the elastic portion 15 and the arc portion 16 on the U-shaped opposing surfaces even if the occupant slides the grip portion 11a to an arbitrary position and then releases the hand from the grip portion 11a. It is elastically held in the guide groove 6 because it is elastically contacted and the elastic portion 15 is formed in the internal cavity or internal thin wall and is rich in elastic displacement. When the shutter 10 is slid further upward than in FIG. 7B, the corresponding protrusion 23 (protrusion 23 on the front end side of the shutter 10) passes through the restricting convex portion 6 b of the guide groove 6 while being elastically displaced. After that, it hits against the regulation wall 6a and is locked, and is held in a closed position in which the opening of the accommodating portion 2 is completely closed. Since the holding force acts together with the elastic force of the elastic portion 15 together with the restricting convex portion 6b, the shutter 10 is surely prevented from inadvertently moving downward even under excessive vibration.
[0017]
Therefore, in the apparatus of the embodiment, the following usage mode is realized. First, it is an aspect in which small items such as cocoons and cards are stored in the storage unit 2. In this aspect, when the occupant opens and closes the shutter 10, small items can be easily put in and out of the accommodating portion 2 from the horizontal or horizontal direction. In this case, it is also possible to put small items in the cylindrical portion 22 forming the holding portion 7 and place a relatively bulky article on the flat wall 21. Moreover, there is also a convenience that the shutter 10 can be taken out easily at any time by setting the shutter 10 to an arbitrary position or the maximum open position and putting a mobile phone or the like in the cylindrical portion 22. 2ndly, it is an aspect which puts various drink containers in the cylinder part 22, and is hold | maintained. In this embodiment, a paper cup K1, a small can K2, etc. are placed on the first bottom receiving portion 25 as shown in FIG. 7A, or a large can K3, a bottle K4, etc. as shown in FIG. 7B. Is placed on the second bottom receiving portion 26. In this case, in the former, the paper cup K1 and cans K2 are held substantially vertically, and in the latter, the cans K3 and bottle K4 are held in a state inclined to the front side of the opening, that is, in a state where the passengers can easily take out. If the shutter 10 is slid slightly upward as in the example of FIG. 7B, the lower periphery is only supported by the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 22 in the tall cans K3 and the bottle K4. Instead, the upper periphery is supported by the tip edge of the shutter 10 and is held in a more stable state. The insertion / removal is easier and easier to use than the conventional apparatus having an upper opening in FIG. Third, an optional item such as an ashtray described above is added to the mounting groove 24 or the mounting groove 24 and the cutout portion to add value. The optional product is not limited to an ashtray, but may be a dedicated holder for an article such as a mobile phone, or a bottom receiving member as described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-237574.
[0018]
(Modification) FIG. 8 shows an example of a modification of the apparatus 1 described above. The apparatus 1A in the figure is the same as the above embodiment except that the lower shape of the side plate portion 5A and the corresponding lower shape of the guide groove 6A are changed. For this reason, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member and site | part as the said form, and only a changed part is demonstrated. That is, in this structure, the lower side of the side wall portion 5A is formed with a smaller width than the side plate portion 5, and the lower side of the guide groove 6A is curved with a curvature closer to the arc correspondingly. This is an example in which the lower side of the apparatus 1A is made slim, and is changed in relation to the installation location such as a vehicle interior wall or a door lining in which the apparatus 1A is installed. Other than this, the present invention can be formed integrally by resin molding, configured by a resin molding, a rear member and a side member, or the like according to the installation location, overall size, cost, etc. It can be appropriately changed, such as deformation.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the article storage device of the present invention is a vertically arranged type, so that various articles, beverage containers, and the like can be taken in and out from the storage part from both the horizontal and horizontal directions, so that the inside and outside of the storage part are greatly exposed. Therefore, even small potatoes can be stored, and since the shutter is slid along the guide groove, it is excellent in safety and has a function of supporting bottles and the like. As a result, the product of the present invention can improve safety, appearance characteristics, versatility, and usability with respect to conventional devices.
