Description
Claims (2)
- 骨折部位を間に挟んだ二つの骨片のうちの第一骨片に対して超音波を送受波する複数の振動子を備え、これら複数の振動子が二次元的に配列された第一プローブと、
前記二つの骨片のうちの第二骨片に対して超音波を送受波する複数の振動子を備え、これら複数の振動子が二次元的に配列された第二プローブと、
前記第一プローブの複数の振動子から各振動子ごとにエコー信号を取得し、さらに、前記第二プローブの複数の振動子から各振動子ごとにエコー信号を取得する送受信部と、
前記第一骨片および第二骨片の各々について、前記各エコー信号ごとに骨の表面に対応した表面ポイントを特定する表面ポイント特定部と、
前記第一プローブの複数の振動子のエコー信号から二次元的に得られる複数の表面ポイントに基づいて前記第一骨片の表面の形態データを生成し、さらに、前記第二プローブの複数の振動子のエコー信号から二次元的に得られる複数の表面ポイントに基づいて前記第二骨片の表面の形態データを生成する形態情報生成部と、
を有し、
前記第一プローブおよび第二プローブは互いに固定され、
前記形態情報生成部は、前記二つの骨片を剛体とし前記骨折部位を粘弾性体とする複合モデルを利用し、前記形態データとして、前記第一骨片の表面の総体的な位置を示す第一位置データと前記第一骨片の表面の方向を示す第一方向データ、および、前記第二骨片の表面の総体的な位置を示す第二位置データと前記第二骨片の表面の方向を示す第二方向データを生成し、第一位置データと第二位置データの比較データおよび第一方向データと第二方向データの比較データを生成し、
前記二つの骨片に対して外的作用が加えられ、
前記形態情報生成部は、外的作用に伴う前記第一位置データの変化を示す第一位置変位データと前記第一方向データの変化を示す第一方向変位データ、および、外的作用に伴う前記第二位置データの変化を示す第二位置変位データと前記第二方向データの変化を示す第二方向変位データを生成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記形態情報生成部は、前記第一位置変位データと前記第二位置変位データとを比較することによって位置変位比較データを生成し、前記第一方向変位データと前記第二方向変位データとを比較することによって方向変位比較データを生成する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
