Description

The present invention relates to a paper box for storing snacks and foods, and more specifically, it is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape from a single blank board, and after opening, the volume can be reduced and reclosed in accordance with the contents whose capacity decreases. For possible reduced capacity storage cartons.

Conventionally, as this type of paper box, depending on the remaining amount of articles stored in the packaging box, part of the packaging box is cut out, bent or separated, and the volume is reduced by forming a lid at the remaining part. An invention relating to a packaging box characterized by the above is proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and in the specification relating to the patent application, as Example 4, “paragraph 0015” is shown in FIG. As shown, there is a method of simply excising and switching to a small box as it is. "In FIG. 8, one small edge of the rectangular parallelepiped packaging box is opened, and the back plate has an insertion plate. A so-called plug-in type carton-like packaging box is shown with a cover plate extended and ear pieces on each side plate, and a part of the original packaging box described in FIG. And the remaining part is proposed as having the above structure. To have.
JP 2005-162234 A

However, according to the specification and the description of the drawings, the packaging box according to the invention disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a relatively flat rectangular cylindrical body, and both ends are extended from the body. It consists of a so-called sealed-end carton-type paper box that is closed by bending and sticking the end plate. The longitudinal direction of the paper box-like packaging box is partially cut and bent according to the remaining amount of the stored articles. Alternatively, the packaging box is characterized in that the volume is reduced by forming a lid with a part of the remaining part and reducing the volume. It is not described in detail, and particularly with respect to Example 4, as described above, only “˜, simply cut as shown in FIG. 8 and switch to a small box as it is” is described. For this reason, in order to obtain the configuration shown in FIG. 8, which component part of the original packaging box of the so-called sealed end carton type paper box shape of FIG. 1 is cut, bent or separated, It was not clearly disclosed how to reduce the volume by forming a lid on a portion of the remaining portion of the configuration.
Further, for example, if it is excised by the “perforation” shown in the specification to form the shape configuration shown in FIG. 8, it takes complicated operation and time for excision and separation. It was also predicted that the function of reducing the volume and reclosing the product could be impaired by damaging the stored articles or damaging the packaging box itself.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem, and in a carton for storing snacks, foods, etc., it is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape from a single blank plate, and the contents are obtained by use after opening. Provided is a carton that is relatively thin and contains almost half of the goods to be stored as the volume of the product is reduced. There is.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention described in claim 1 includes a body portion formed by a continuous side plate, a front plate, a side plate, a rear plate, and a sticking plate, and extending from both ends of the body portion. A carton that is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by closing the ear piece, the top plate, the ear piece, and the top part of the polymerized top plate, and the bottom part of the ear piece, the bottom plate, the ear piece, and the polymerized bottom plate. The rear plate includes a folding line that crosses the rear plate and the side plate adjacent to the rear plate at a position that substantially bisects the distance in the trunk top and bottom direction, and a distance corresponding to the width of the side plate from the folding line. A fold line parallel to the fold line at the position and crossing the back plate, a horizontal break line having a hypotenuse line on the both sides that are perforated at a predetermined width and cross the back plate, and the back plate The side plate adjacent to the rear plate and the rear plate between the adhesive plate and the side plate adjacent to the rear plate. To between fold line and the hypotenuse, respectively between broken lines continuous in drilled vertical broken line and the vertical broken line U-shaped fracture initiation cut line, the cover plate and the insertion plate each are partitioned and formed, the front plate The side plate adjacent to the front plate adjacent to the front plate and the side plate adjacent to the rear plate is continuous with a fold line crossing the side plate adjacent to the rear plate and the rupture starts from a position continuous with the fold line. A horizontal hook-shaped break line continuously drilled to the hypotenuse-shaped break line reaching the lower end of the cut line, and a front plate and both sides from a position parallel to the horizontal hook-shaped break line and continuing to the upper end of the break starting cut line A zipper part defined by a horizontal hook-like break line drilled across the plate is formed so as to be able to be cut across the front plate and both side plates , and the vertical break line is broken following the zipper cut. it from the configuration folded plate is foldably formed by It is a reduced-capacity storage carton according to claim.

In the invention of claim 2, the direction in which the individual packaging bag having a wide seal portion heat-sealed on the upper and lower ends faces the top plate and the bottom plate and the direction in which the upper and lower end seal portions of the individual packaging face each other is as follows. A plurality of cartons that are accommodated in the same direction, and a fold line that crosses the rear plate provided on the rear plate and a side plate adjacent to the rear plate is at least the same as the upper and lower end dimensions of the individual bag. Alternatively, a plurality of individual packages provided in a large position and stored in a direction in which the top plate and the bottom plate face each other are stored by overlapping the adjacent seal portions . It is a reduced capacity storage carton.

The paper box of the present invention is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape from a single blank plate, and a zipper portion is formed by a horizontal hook-like break line parallel to the central portion of the trunk top and bottom direction across the front plate and both side plates adjacent to the front plate. Therefore, unsealing can be performed all at once over three surfaces, and the operation starting point of the wide zipper part is a narrow breaking start cutting line, and the hypotenuse-like breaking line extending from the lower end to the horizontal hooking breaking line Since it is pierced, it is easy to pick and the pulling force is accurately transmitted to the breaking line and does not deviate from other than the part to be broken, so that the stored article is not damaged or the carton itself is not damaged. Subsequent breaking and separation operations of the rear plate portion are also performed by inserting a horizontal breaking line for insertion forming having a hypotenuse breaking line for insertion forming on both side ends and respective vertical breaking lines drilled vertically from both side ends. Since it can be performed only by the breaking operation, it is easy and excellent in operability.
By breaking and separating a part of the carton by the above operation, the remaining part becomes a reduced capacity storage carton, and when reclosing, the lid plate and the insertion plate formed on the rear plate are simply inserted by bending operation. It can be done by simple operation.
The effect of the volume reduction is that the carton can be stored and stored after opening, for example, it can be efficiently stored in the refrigerator, or the space for carrying and transporting can be reduced. Damage to stored items such as confectionery due to swinging in a large carton that cannot be transformed can be prevented by suppressing the swinging by repackaging tightly.

In addition, in the carton in which individual packaging bags having a wide seal portion heat-sealed on the upper and lower ends are stacked and stored in the upper and lower portions, the rear plate provided on the rear plate and the rear plate By providing the position of the fold line crossing the adjacent side plates, that is, the position of the lid plate provided on the rear plate, at least at the same or larger position as the upper and lower end dimensions of the individual bag, the individual bag is tight or has a slight margin. Since it can be held and reclosed, the stored article can be prevented from being damaged.

FIG. 7A is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line XX for explaining the state of the housed article in FIG. 2 in which the housed article is an individual bag having seal portions at the upper and lower ends, and FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the line XX showing the state of the stored article in FIG. 4 in an individual bag having seal portions at the upper and lower ends, and a snack confectionery or food normally stored in a carton such as a paper box In particular, since product deterioration due to humidity is disliked, a product packaged in a bag using a thermoplastic resin film having a moisture-proof function or a film made of a laminate of a thermoplastic resin is housed. In recent years, in order to reduce the deterioration of flavor and quality deterioration after opening, in particular, the contents packaged in a bag body, there are many cases of individual packaging for packaging a smaller amount of contents. The form of the bag used for this kind of individual packaging is made into a cylindrical shape with a back seal from the viewpoint of productivity, etc., and a bag called a pillow type that encloses the contents and seals the upper and lower ends flatly, or a storage having a thickness. In the case of an article, a bag called a gusset pillow is often used, which is also formed into a cylindrical shape with a back seal, encloses the contents, and folds the upper and lower ends inward and then seals flatly. In these forms, as shown in the figure, there are blank portions above and below the storage portion of the stored item. Therefore, in order to reduce the surplus space for storing in the carton, a seal portion that is a blank portion may be laminated. It is done.
On the other hand, the sealed portion may be used as a buffer portion for preventing the stored item from directly hitting the carton when the stored item is a product that is likely to be cracked or chipped, such as snack snacks.

In FIG. 7A, two individual bags Q are stored in a row in a carton before opening, and the seal portions are overlapped at the center portion of the trunk portion, and the seal portions are raised at the top and bottom portions. Shows the inscribed state. By setting this storage state, as described above, in the middle portion of the trunk portion in the carton, the individual packaging bags Q are overlapped with each other to reduce the top and bottom dimensions of the assembled state, thereby reducing the excess space. In the top-and-bottom part in the carton, the seal part of each individual bag Q rises and functions as a buffer part where the stored items do not directly hit the carton.
FIG. 7B shows a state in which one individual bag Q is stored in a volume-reduced carton, and the top and bottom seals are standing and inscribed, and the inside of the carton before opening As with the top and bottom portions, the seal portion of each individual bag Q rises and functions as a buffer portion where the stored items do not directly hit the carton.

In the carton before opening, the vertical dimension m shown in FIG. 1 is obtained by removing the vertical seal width dimension q2 of the individual packaging Q from the two vertical dimensions q1 of the individual packaging Q in the carton before opening. Desirably, the size of the carton to be reduced in volume after opening is preferably set to the vertical size q1 of the individual bag Q. In FIG. It is shown that it is the distance n between L25.
