Description
In order to form a foundation in which a sheath tube for inserting an anchor member is embedded in a predetermined position, the present invention is attached to a foundation forming mold into which concrete is placed, and the inside of the foundation forming mold The present invention relates to a sheath tube holding jig for holding the sheath tube at a predetermined position.
Conventionally, a unit type building formed by combining a plurality of building units manufactured in a factory at a construction site is used. The building unit includes a pillar having a prescribed dimension (for example, 910 mm) as one module, columns arranged at four corners in a plane space surrounded by a module core defined by a dimension based on the module, and beams connecting these pillars. A plane rectangular frame-shaped framework is constructed, and floor materials, wall materials, and other necessary equipment members are previously attached to the framework at a factory. The module core is a reference line in a building unit, and is a line (partition line) indicating a boundary position when a plurality of building units are combined. According to such a unit-type building, since flooring materials and the like are previously attached to the building unit, the unit-type building can be shortened for a short period of time by placing the building unit at a predetermined position by a lifting machine or the like at the construction site. Therefore, there is an advantage that the construction period at the construction site can be greatly shortened.
To fix the building unit to the foundation, an anchor planting hole is provided on the upper surface of the foundation, and after grout material is filled inside the anchor planting hole, the anchor planting hole is inserted into the anchor planting hole from the lower surface of the column of the building unit. This is done by inserting a protruding anchor and solidifying the aforementioned grout material. This anchor planting hole is formed by embedding a sheath tube, which is an anchor planting hole forming jig, at the time of forming the foundation (see
Here, when the sheath tube is embedded in the foundation, the sheath tube must be fixedly arranged at a predetermined position where the anchor is inserted. Therefore, the operation is first performed from the work of accurately specifying the position of the sheath tube.
However, in order to specify the position of the sheath tube, since the position of the sheath tube is deviated from the position of the module core, it is necessary to first determine the position from the module core while adjusting and comparing with the drawing. There is a problem that is complicated.
An object of the present invention is to provide a sheath tube holding jig that facilitates the positioning operation of the sheath tube.
In the present invention, in order to form a foundation in which a sheath tube into which an anchor member is inserted is embedded at a predetermined position, concrete is attached to a foundation forming form in which the concrete is placed, a sheath tube holding jig for holding said sheath tube at a predetermined position, are mounted have a site for aligning relative stringlines indicating the position of the module core of the building to the underlying forming formwork A base member, and a sheath tube mounting member that can be attached to and detached from the base member and can hold the sheath tube, and the base member is prepared according to the planar shape of the foundation forming mold The base member is selected and used from a plurality of types of patterns, and the base member is at least three types of patterns for one corner portion, two unit joint portions, and four unit joint portions. The sheath tube mounting member is selected and used from a plurality of types of patterns prepared according to the installation conditions of the sheath tube, and the base member includes a flat plate portion covering the upper surface of the foundation forming formwork and A protruding piece projecting upward from the peripheral edge of the flat plate portion, and the sheath tube mounting member is a flat plate contact portion that contacts the base member, and a sheath tube connecting portion that protrudes from the contact portion and is connected to the sheath tube A sheath tube holder , wherein the base member and the sheath tube mounting portion are attached by bolts and nuts that pass through a plurality of insertion holes formed in the contact portion and the flat plate portion, respectively. jig.
Here, it is preferable that the position where the alignment is performed is provided so as to be performed for each of the two water yarns arranged in an intersecting manner .
A sheath tube holding jig related to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
31C-31F and 41C-41F are provided.
According to this, since the marker provided in the sheath tube holding jig is aligned with the position of the module core, it is necessary to determine the position from the module core with a drawing or the like as in the case of directly aligning the sheath tube. There is no need to directly align the marker with a reference line such as a water thread representing the module core. Since the attachment position of the sheath tube with respect to the sheath tube holding jig is accurately set, the sheath tube can be accurately aligned only by aligning the sheath tube holding jig. Therefore, the alignment operation of the sheath tube can be easily performed. In addition, the sheath tube holding jig can hold a plurality of sheath tubes. In this case, it is not necessary to perform the alignment operation for each sheath tube, and the sheath tube holding jig is aligned. For example, since the alignment of the plurality of sheath tubes is automatically performed, the alignment operation of the sheath tubes can be performed more efficiently.
It is preferable that the marker is formed so as to indicate a position to be matched with the crossing position of the module core. With such a configuration, since the marker can be directly aligned with the crossing position of the module core, the position of the sheath tube holding jig can be easily specified. In addition, since it is only necessary to form one marker for each sheath tube holding jig as long as it is a marker indicating the crossing position, manufacturing is simple and the cost can be reduced.
The sheath tube holding jig is attached to each
The base member is selected and used from a plurality of types of patterns prepared in accordance with the planar shape of the foundation forming form that is arranged, and the sheath tube mounting member is selected according to the installation conditions of the sheath tube. It is preferable to select and use from a plurality of types of prepared patterns. At this time, the plurality of types of patterns prepared as the base member have at least three types of 11A for the corner part single pillar, 11C for the unit joint part two pillars, and 11B for the unit joint part four pillars. Is preferred. Moreover, it is preferable that the plurality of types of patterns prepared as the sheath tube attachment member are patterns corresponding to the distance from the base top end to the base member. In this case, since the base member and the sheath tube mounting member that form the holding jig are separate, when preparing a base by preparing a plurality of types each assuming the base member and the sheath tube mounting member, In addition, by combining these with each other, it is possible to cope with any basic shape, the number of sheath tubes to be arranged, and the like. Therefore, compared with the case of manufacturing an integral sheath tube holding jig corresponding to each shape of the foundation, since it is a separate body, its type can be reduced. Therefore, the manufacturing cost and management cost of the holding jig can be reduced.
The base members 11 </ b> A to 11 </ b> C are formed in a flat plate shape that covers the upper surface of the foundation forming form, and the sheath tube mounting member 12 </ b> A includes a flat
The sheath
Furthermore, it is preferable that the base member is fixed to the foundation forming form with clamp means (for example, clamp 6). In this way, the workability of the alignment work is improved because it is easier than fixing with bolts. The clamp means may be integrated with the base member, or may be prepared separately from the base member.
The sheath tube holding
The pointer is preferably formed of a
The positioning method of the sheath tube holding jig for specifying the installation position of the sheath tube holding jig is to measure the diagonal distance of the crossing positions of the module cores in the four sheath tube holding jigs arranged in a rectangle on the foundation. Thus, the positions of the four sheath tube holding jigs are specified. At this time, it is preferable that the position of the sheath tube holding jig is specified by matching the aforementioned pointer with the crossing position of each module core. In this way, since the accuracy of the relative position between the sheath tube holding jigs is improved, alignment can be performed easily.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a
Of these

Since the sheath
As with the
In addition, this unit joint part four
Further, in embedding the two
Since the sheath

Next, as shown in FIG. 10, a

Next, the procedure for attaching the sheath
First,
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when all the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12, for example, when the
Note that the
After the sheath tube holding jigs 10 </ b> A to 10 </ b> C are placed in this manner, the
Subsequently, the
In addition, about the sheath tube holding jig by other combinations of the
According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. That is, on the upper surfaces of the
Further, since the
In addition, since the
Furthermore, since the

According to this embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but includes modifications and improvements as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved.
In the embodiment, the notch portion is provided as a marker on the base member. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIGS. 15A, 15 </ b> B, and 15 </ b> C, each base member 11 </ b> F to 11 </ b> G is provided. The triangular marks (Δ) 21G to 21J, 31G to 31, 41G to 41J may be used as markers.
Further, the marker indicating the crossing position of each module core is not limited to the cross-shaped mark (+) as in the second embodiment, and may be, for example, a hole or a recess through which the pointer does not pass.
In the above embodiment, the clamp is used to fix the base member. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, if the base member is firmly connected to the foundation forming form with bolts and nuts, the clamp may be omitted. Good.
In the second embodiment, the mounting hole has a size that allows the sheath tube connecting portion to be fitted and detachable. However, the mounting hole is not limited thereto, and the mounting hole is, for example, a bolt insertion hole. There may be. If it does in this way, a sheath pipe connection part can be easily attached to a base member with a bolt via a mounting hole by forming a screw hole in a position according to a bolt insertion hole in a sheath pipe connection part. .
In addition, the sheath tube attachment member is not limited to the contact portion having a planar quadrangular shape. For example, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the sheath tube having the
Furthermore, in the said 1st Embodiment, although the contact part, the adjustment member, and the adjustment plate were each a separate body, it is not restricted to this, For example, as FIG. 17 shows, it is formed in planar Y shape. A
Further, the types of the base member and the sheath tube attachment member are not limited to three types and two types, respectively. For example, five types or one type may be used, and may be appropriately prepared according to the foundation to be formed. .
In the present embodiment, the main body of the positioning jig of the sheath holding jig is a string, but is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a rod-shaped member or a plate, as long as the length can be specified.
Further, the body of the positioning jig of the sheath tube holding jig, for example, a string can be wound up or a plate can be folded, so that it can be made compact and can be stored conveniently.
The pointer of the positioning jig of the sheath tube holding jig may not be divided into the reference pointer and the selection pointer. For example, as shown in FIG. 18, the distance between the
Further, the pointer is not limited to the three types for the
In this embodiment, the water thread is used to show the module core, but it may be shown by other methods such as a laser.
As described above, the sheath tube holding jig of the present embodiment has the following effects.
In other words, according to the sheath tube holding jig, since the marker provided on the sheath tube holding jig is aligned with the position of the module core, the position from the module core is adjusted as in the case of directly aligning the sheath tube. Since it is only necessary to directly align the marker with a reference line such as a water thread representing the module core, it is possible to easily perform the positioning operation of the sheath tube holding jig, that is, the sheath tube.
According to the sheath tube holding jig, it is possible to directly specify the position of the sheath tube holding jig because it is directly aligned with the crossing position of the module core.
According to the sheath tube holding jig, since the marker is provided on the upper surface of the base member, positioning can be easily performed while comparing and adjusting the module core and the marker from above, so that the foundation can be easily formed. It becomes.
According to the sheath tube holding jig, since the base member and the sheath tube mounting member that form the holding jig are separate bodies, a plurality of types each assuming the base member and the sheath tube mounting member are prepared, and the foundation is When forming these, by combining them with each other, it becomes possible to cope with any shape of the foundation, the number of sheath tubes to be arranged, and the like. Therefore, compared with the case of manufacturing an integral sheath tube holding jig corresponding to each shape of the foundation, since it is a separate body, its type can be reduced. Therefore, the cost of manufacturing the holding jig can be reduced.
According to the sheath tube holding jig, since the base member and the contact portion are formed in a flat plate shape, for example, a bolt insertion hole is provided in the base member and the contact portion, and the opposing surfaces are brought into contact with each other while matching the holes. Then, by inserting a bolt into the bolt insertion hole and screwing it into the nut, it becomes possible to easily connect the base member and the sheath tube mounting member. As a result, the assembling work of the holding jig, and thus the foundation forming work is facilitated.
According to the sheath tube holding jig, if the mounting hole is a bolt insertion hole, the sheath tube connection portion is formed in the base member by forming a screw hole at a position corresponding to the bolt insertion hole in the sheath tube connection portion. It can be easily attached with a bolt through the mounting hole. On the other hand, if the mounting hole is formed in a size that allows the sheath tube connecting portion to be fitted, the sheath tube connecting portion can be attached to the base member simply by fitting the sheath tube connecting portion into the mounting hole. Therefore, also from these points, the base member and the sheath tube mounting member can be easily connected to each other, so that the foundation forming operation is facilitated.
Since the sheath tube holding jig is easier than fixing with a bolt, the workability of the alignment work is improved.
According to the positioning jig of the sheath tube holding jig, a pointer with a desired interval is selected, and one end of the pointer is set to a position where the module core of the sheath tube holding jig is crossed. Is installed at a position crossing the module core, the position of the sheath tube holding jig positioned diagonally can be specified. Therefore, the position of the sheath tube holding jig can be easily specified, and the foundation can be easily formed.
According to the positioning jig of the sheath tube holding jig, it is possible to simultaneously set a plurality of selection pointers at desired positions after aligning the reference pointer with the position where the module cores intersect in the specified sheath tube holding jig. The position can be specified efficiently without moving the reference pointer, and the foundation can be easily formed. In addition, since the role of each pointer becomes clear, it can be used easily.
According to the positioning method of the sheath tube holding jig that specifies the installation position of the sheath tube holding jig, the accuracy of the relative position between the sheath tube holding jigs is improved, so that the alignment can be easily performed.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a sheath tube holder attached to a foundation forming form in which concrete is placed in order to form a foundation in which a sheath tube into which an anchor member is inserted is embedded at a predetermined position.
