本発明の目止めテープは、基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの一方の面に積層された織物と、前記基材フィルムの他方の面に積層された接着剤層とを有する目止めテープであって、下記式によって算出される前記織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値(CFtotal)が、500〜1400であることを特徴とする。

まず、本発明で使用する基材フィルムに積層される織物について説明する。本発明で使用する織物は、織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のそれぞれについて、上記式によって算出されるカバーファクターの合計値(CFtotal)が、500以上、より好ましくは700以上、さらに好ましくは900以上であって、1400以下、より好ましくは1300以下、さらに好ましくは1200以下である。ここで、カバーファクターとは、織物の目の粗さを表すものであり、数字が大きい程繊維間の隙間が小さくなり、数字が小さい程繊維間の隙間が大きくなる。
次に、本発明で使用する基材フィルムについて説明する。前記基材フィルムの素材は特に制限されないが、目止めテープの接着剤層に、後述するホットメルト接着剤を使用する場合は、ホットメルト接着剤の軟化点よりも高い耐熱性を有していることが好ましい。通常、ホットメルト接着剤の軟化点は、約140℃未満であることから、軟化点が140℃以上であって、140℃未満の温度で著しい変形をしない耐熱性を有する基材フィルムを使用することが好ましく、軟化点が170℃以上であって、170℃未満の温度で著しい変形をしない耐熱性を有する基材フィルムを使用することがさらに好ましい。

次に、本発明の目止めテープに積層される接着剤層について説明する。前記接着剤層に使用される接着剤としては、目止め処理時に繊維製品の縫目や継目などの接合部に生じた空隙を充填して目止め効果を発現するものであれば、特に制限されないが、熱風や超音波、高周波などの手段により加熱溶融して接着力を発現するホットメルト接着剤が、目止め加工時の取扱い性が良好なため好ましい。前記ホットメルト接着剤としては、ポリエチレン樹脂またはそのコポリマー樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ブチラール樹脂、ポリ酢酸ビニル樹脂またはその共重合体樹脂、セルロース誘導体樹脂、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂、ポリビニルエーテル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂などの各種樹脂を、単独あるいは2種以上の混合物として適宜用いることができる。
次に、本発明の目止めテープの製造方法について説明する。
第一工程では、基材フィルムと上述した織物とを積層し、第一の積層体を得る。基材フィルムと上述した織物との積層は、接着や融着などの方法が適宜用いられるが、織物の素材に、ポリアミド繊維やポリエステル繊維などの融着加工が難しい素材を用いる場合は、基材フィルムと上述した織物とを接着剤を用いて接着することが好ましい。
第二工程では、第一工程で得られた第一積層体の基材フィルム側に接着剤をコーティングして第二の積層体を得る。ここでは、接着剤としてホットメルト接着剤を用いる場合について説明する。前記ホットメルト接着剤の形態としては、塊状、ペレット状、粉体状、ビード状、フレーク状などがあるが、適宜用いることができる。第一工程で得られた第一積層体へのホットメルト接着剤のコーティング方法としては、例えば、溶剤法、熱溶融法、押出法などを用いることができるが、品質、コストなどの点で、押出法が好ましく用いられる。前記押出法は、ホットメルト接着剤をエクストルーダーにて加熱溶融してダイスへ圧送し、ダイスから溶融したホットメルト接着剤を第一積層体の基材フィルム上に流出させてコーティングし、それを冷却ロール上で冷却し、第二の積層体を得る。
第二工程で得られた第二積層体は、目止めテープとして使用するため、適切な幅にスリット加工する。スリット加工は、公知の方法にて行うことができ、雄刃雌刃(スリット刃)によるスリット加工などを適宜用いることができる。スリット幅は、テープに必要な幅に合わせて適宜選定できるが、5mm以上、より好ましくは8mm以上であって、50mm以下、より好ましくは25mm以下であることが望ましい。5mmより狭い幅では、目止め部をテープでカバーする際の目止め代が狭すぎ、目止め効果が損なわれる虞がある。一方50mm以上の幅ではシワやパッカリングが起こりやすくなり、製品の外観が悪くなる。
本発明には、繊維積層体を縫製加工して得られる繊維製品であって、縫製部分の少なくとも一部が、本発明の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理されていることを特徴とする繊維製品、および、繊維積層体を融着加工して得られる繊維製品であって、融着部分の少なくとも一部が、本発明の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理されていることを特徴とする繊維製品が含まれる。繊維積層体を本発明の目止めテープを用いて繊維製品に加工することによって、目止め効果に優れる繊維製品が得られる。前記縫製部分もしくは融着部分は、その少なくとも一部が、本発明の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理されていればよく、縫製部分もしくは融着部分の全部が、本発明の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理されていてもよい。

本発明の繊維製品に好適に使用される繊維積層体に積層されている織物について説明する。前記織物は、織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のそれぞれについて、上記式によって算出されるカバーファクターの合計値(CFtotal)が、700以上、より好ましくは800以上、さらに好ましくは900以上であって、1400以下、より好ましくは1300以下、さらに好ましくは1200以下である。前記織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のそれぞれについて、上記式によって算出されるカバーファクターの合計値(CFtotal)を700以上とするのは、使用する織物の強度を確保してハンドリング性や加工性を向上するとともに、必要最低限の外観や触感を維持するためである。前記カバーファクターの合計値が700を下回ると、得られる繊維積層体の物理的強度(摩耗耐久性など)が実用上不十分となるとともに、外観や触感が劣ったものとなる。得られる繊維積層体の外観は、外部に露出した面の見た目によって決まるが、前記カバーファクターの合計値が700を下回ると、前記織物の繊維間の隙間から可撓性フィルムが透けて見える程度が大きくなり、繊維製品に一般的に求められる品格を満足できなくなる。得られる繊維積層体の触感とは、繊維積層体に人体が接触した際に感じる感覚(肌触り)であるが、前記カバーファクターの合計値が700を下回ると、ざらざらとした肌触りとなってしまう。一方、目止めテープの接着剤の前記織物への含浸性を確保するため、繊維積層体で使用する織物は、目がある程度粗いことが必要である。そのため、前記織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値は、1400以下とするのが好ましい。前記カバーファクターの合計値が1400を超えると、目止めテープの接着剤の、前記織物を形成する繊維間の隙間への含浸が不十分となり、目止め部のシール性を確保できなくなるとともに、得られる繊維積層体の風合いが硬くなり、また軽量化が困難となる。
次に、前記繊維積層体に使用する可撓性フィルムについて説明する。
で表されるフルオロアルキルアクリレートおよび/またはフルオロアルキルメタクリレートを重合して得られる含フッ素側鎖を有するポリマー(フッ素化アルキル部分は4〜16の炭素原子を有することが好ましい)を好ましく用いることができる。このポリマーを用いて多孔質フィルムの細孔内を被覆するには、このポリマーの水性マイクロエマルジョン(平均粒径0.01〜0.5μm)を含フッ素界面活性剤(例、アンモニウムパーフルオロオクタネート)を用いて作製し、これを多孔質フィルムの細孔内に含浸させた後、加熱する。この加熱によって、水と含フッ素界面活性剤が除去されるとともに、含フッ素側鎖を有するポリマーが溶融して多孔質フィルムの細孔内表面を連続気孔が維持された状態で被覆し、撥水性・撥油性の優れた疎水性多孔質フィルムが得られる。
本発明で好適に使用する繊維積層体は、前記可撓性フィルムの一方の面に上述した織物が積層され、他方の面には、布帛が積層されている。他方の面に布帛を積層することによって、得られる繊維積層体の物理的強度や意匠性が高まるからである。前記布帛としては、特に限定されず、例えば、織布、編布、ネット、不織布、フェルト、合成皮革、天然皮革などを挙げることができる。また、布帛を構成する材料としては、綿、麻、獣毛などの天然繊維、合成繊維、金属繊維、セラミックス繊維などを挙げることができ、繊維積層体が使用される用途に応じて適宜選択することができる。例えば、本発明の繊維積層体をアウトドア用の製品に利用する場合には、しなやかさ、強度、耐久性、コスト、軽量性などの観点から、ポリアミド繊維、ポリエステル繊維などから構成された織布を使用することが好ましい。また、前記布帛には、必要に応じて、従来公知の撥水処理、柔軟処理、制電処理などを施すことができる。
本発明で好適に使用される繊維積層体、および、繊維製品の製造方法について説明する。
1.目止めテープの目付測定
実験例にて作製した目止めテープ(22mm幅)を長さ1mに切り、その質量を0.01gまで測定可能な電子秤で計測し、下一桁を四捨五入して単位長さあたりの質量とした。
テクロック社製1/1000mmダイヤルシックネスゲージを用い、本体バネ荷重以外の荷重をかけない状態で測定し、下一桁を四捨五入して厚さとした。
実験例にて作製した3層構造の積層体を幅10mm、長さ100mmの大きさに切り出し、引張試験を行った。引張試験は、島津製作所社製オートグラフAGS−100Aにて、チャック間距離50mm、引張速度50mm/分の条件にて行い、試料が破壊され始めたときの破断強度を測定した。また、10%伸長した段階での引張強度を10%モジュラスとした。なお、引張強度試験は、目止めテープの長さ方向および幅方向の両方について行った。
実験例にて作製した目止めテープについて、生地(織物またはニット)を積層した側の摩耗耐久性の評価を行った。JIS L 0849に記載される摩擦試験機II形の摩擦子に面ファスナーのフック側(YKK社製「クイックロン 1QN−N20」)を、試験片台には、試験片をそれぞれ装着した。面ファスナーは、フック側を試験片側に向けて摩擦子に取り付けた。試験片は、目止めテープの生地(織物またはニット)を積層した側を上面(摩擦子側)に向けて試験片台に取り付けた。この状態で摩擦子には2Nの荷重をかけ、100回摩擦し、試験片の摩擦された部位の状態を観察した。試験片に何らかの損傷があるものについては異常あり、損傷が確認されないものについては異常なしとした。
目止め部の耐水度試験は、JIS L 1096(低水圧法)に記載の耐水度試験装置(大栄科学精機製作所社製「ショッパー型耐水度試験機 WR−DMタイプ」)を用いて、初期と洗濯20回処理後の試験片について行った。試験片の目止め処理した部位(クロス部)に、目止め処理を施した側から20kPaの水圧を加えて1分間保持した後に、該試験片の水圧を加えた側と反対側の表面に水が現れている場合には、耐水性が不良として不合格と判定し、水が全く観察されない場合には合格と判定した。
目止め部の引張強度試験は、インストロン社製材料試験装置「3365」を用いて行った。引張試験の試験条件は、チャック間距離100mm、チャックサイズ25mm×25mm、引張り速度50mm/minとした。試料が破壊され始めたときの強度を破断強度として測定した。
JIS L 1096に基づき、織物の経糸、緯糸の繊度(dtex)を測定した。経糸および緯糸を構成するフィラメントの繊度は、経糸または緯糸の繊度を、経糸または緯糸を構成するフィラメントの本数で除することによって算出する。
JIS L 1096に基づき、織物の経糸の密度、緯糸の密度(本/2.54cm)をそれぞれ測定した。
実験例1(実施例)
基材フィルムとして、単位面積当りの質量が33g/m2の多孔質PTFEフィルム(ジャパンゴアテックス社製、空孔率80%、最大細孔径0.2μm、平均厚さ30μm)を用いた。次に親水性ポリウレタン樹脂(ダウケミカル社製「ハイポール2000」)にNCO/OHの当量比が1/0.9になる割合でエチレングリコールを加え、混合攪拌しポリウレタンプレポリマーの塗布液を作製した。このポリウレタンプレポリマーの塗布液を前記多孔質PTFEフィルムの片面にロールコーターで塗布(フィルム表面の一部に含浸)した。この時の塗布量は10g/m2であった。次いで温度80℃、湿度80%RHに調整したオーブンに1時間入れて水分との反応により硬化させ、多孔質PTFEフィルムの片面に親水性ポリウレタン樹脂層を形成した基材フィルムを作製した。
実験例1における織物Aの代りに、経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値が1275である市販のナイロン6製平織組織の織物B(経糸、緯糸ともに繊度が33dtexの仮撚り加工糸、フィラメント数が経糸6本、緯糸10本、フィラメントの繊度が経糸5.5dtex、緯糸3.3dtex、密度が経糸:121本/2.54cm、緯糸:101本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量25g/m2)を用いた以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例1における織物Aの代りに、経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値が660である市販のナイロン66製平織組織の織物C(経糸、緯糸ともに繊度が17dtexの仮撚り加工糸、フィラメント数が経糸、緯糸ともに5本、経糸、緯糸ともにフィラメントの繊度が3.4dtex、密度が経糸:95本/2.54cm、緯糸:65本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量7g/m2)を、また、基材フィルムとして、無孔質ポリエステルフィルム(オー・ジー社製フレクロンフィルムタイプM、厚さ15μm)を用い、親水性ポリウレタン樹脂層を形成しなかったこと以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例1におけるポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤層の厚さを150μmとした以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例1における織物Aの代りに、ナイロン66繊維からなる市販のトリコットニットD(ウェール、コースともに繊度22dtexで、ウェール密度36本/2.54cm、コース密度50本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量33g/m2)を、また、ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤層の厚さを150μmとし、スリット加工時の張力を65N/mとした以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例5におけるポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤層の厚さを100μmとし、スリット加工時の張力を65N/mとした以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例1にける織物Aの代りに、経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値が1526である市販のナイロン66製平織組織の織物E(経糸、緯糸ともに繊度が17dtexの仮撚り加工糸、フィラメント数が経糸、緯糸ともに5本、経糸、緯糸ともにフィラメントの繊度が3.4dtex、密度が経糸:178本/2.54cm、緯糸:192本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量27g/m2)を、また、基材フィルムとして、無孔質ポリエステルフィルム(オー・ジー社製フレクロンフィルムタイプM、厚さ15μm)を用い、親水性ポリウレタン樹脂層を形成しなかったこと以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例1にける織物Aの代りに、経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値が1436である市販のナイロン6製平織組織の織物F(経糸、緯糸ともに繊度が33dtexの仮撚り加工糸、フィラメント数が経糸6本、緯糸10本、フィラメントの繊度が経糸5.5dtex、緯糸3.3dtex、密度が経糸:126本/2.54cm、緯糸:124本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量28g/m2)を用いた以外は実験例1と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止めテープを得た。
実験例1にける織物Aの代りに、経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値が491である市販のナイロン66製平織組織の織物G(経糸、緯糸の繊度がともに17dtexの仮撚り加工糸、フィラメント数が経糸、緯糸ともに5本、密度が経糸:65本/2.54cm、緯糸:54本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量5g/m2)を用いて多孔質PTFEフィルムとの積層を試みたところ、織物Gのコシがなく、積層加工するための取扱いが不可能であったため、積層体を得ることができなかった。
表2から明らかなように、トリコットニットを用いた実験例5および6のテープは、ホットメルト接着剤層の厚さが同じ本発明の目止めテープ(実験例1〜4)と比較して質量が大きい。従って、本発明の目止めテープは、軽量性に優れていることが分かる。
トリコットニットを用いた実験例5および6のテープは、他のものと比較して厚さが厚い。この結果より、本発明の目止めテープは、携帯性が要求される着衣製品に好適に適用できることが分かる。
本発明の目止めテープの10%モジュラスおよび引張強度は、トリコットニットを積層した実験例5および6の目止めテープの10%モジュラスおよび引張強度に比べて優れている。この結果より、本発明の目止めテープは、トリコットニットを積層して得られる従来の目止めテープに比べて、スリット加工時や目止め加工時にネッキングを起こしにくく、生産性、テープ幅の安定性に優れ、且つ繊維製品の接合部分の強度を高めることができると考えられる。
表2から明らかなように、本発明の目止めテープ(実験例1〜4)はいずれも異常が見られず、優れた摩耗耐久性を示している。一方、トリコットニットを積層した実験例5および6は、傷が発生しており、防水性の低下につながるため、着衣製品にベルクロファスナーを用いた場合、着衣製品の防水性が損なわれる虞がある。
繊維積層体を実験例1〜8で作製した目止めテープを用いて繊維製品に加工し、目止めテープの性能を試験した。
1−1.繊維積層体AHの製造
可撓性の防水透湿性フィルムとして、単位面積当りの質量が33g/m2の多孔質PTFEフィルム(ジャパンゴアテックス社製、空孔率80%、最大細孔径0.2μm、平均厚さ30μm)を用い、繊維製品に加工する際に目止め処理が施される側に積層される織物として、経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値が1117であるナイロン66製平織組織の市販の織物A(経糸、緯糸ともに繊度が17dtexの仮撚り加工糸、フィラメント数が経糸、緯糸ともに5本、経糸、緯糸ともにフィラメントの繊度が3.4dtex、密度が経糸:138本/2.54cm、緯糸:133本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量19g/m2)を用い、他方の側に積層される布帛として、ナイロン66製平織組織の市販の織物H(経糸、緯糸ともに17dtexの仮撚り加工糸、密度が経糸165本/2.54cm、緯糸194本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量27g/m2)を用いた。また、多孔質PTFEフィルムに含浸処理する親水性樹脂として、親水性ポリウレタン樹脂(ダウケミカル社製「ハイポール2000」)にNCO/OHの当量比が1/0.9になる割合でエチレングリコールを加え、混合攪拌しポリウレタンプレポリマーの塗布液を作製した。
前記積層体AHにおける目止め処理が施される側に積層される織物Aの代わりに、ナイロン66繊維からなる市販のトリコットニットD(ウェール、コースともに繊度22dtexで、ウェール密度36本/2.54cm、コース密度50本/2.54cm、単位面積あたりの質量33g/m2)を使用し、積層の際の接着剤転写量を8g/m2とした以外は繊維積層体AHと同じ条件で加工を行い、3層構造の繊維積層体DHを得た。
2−1.縫製(ミシン)による接合構造
<目止め部耐水度試験用>
繊維積層体AHおよびDHをそれぞれ、300mm×300mmに裁断し、さらにその生地を中心で十字に切断して同一寸法の正方形の試験片を4枚作製した。これらを互いに元の形となるよう、ポリエステルミシン糸(50番手)を用いて縫代の幅を7mmとし、縫い代を倒した上に、縫目の端部に並行してダブルステッチ処理を行い、十字形の縫目(縫製部分)が中心にある試験片を作製した(図6(a))。
繊維積層体AHおよびDHをそれぞれ用いて、幅100mm、長さ200mmの大きさの試験片であって、長さ方向の中央部に直線状の縫製部分を設けた試験片を作製した。
<目止め部耐水度試験用>
繊維積層体AHおよびDHをそれぞれ、300mm×300mmに裁断し、さらにその生地を中心で十字に切断して同一寸法の正方形の試験片を4枚作製した。これらを互いに元の形となるように融着して、接合部として融着部分を有する試験片を作製した(図7(a))。
目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片としては、幅100mm、長さ200mmの大きさの試験片であって、長さ方向の中央部に直線状の融着部分を設けた試験片を作製した。
これらの試験片の接合部(縫製部分および融着部分)を覆うように、目止めテープを載置して、ホットエアシーラ(W.L.GORE & ASSOCIATES社製「5000E」)を用いて、設定温度700℃、加工速度4m/分の条件で目止め処理を行った。
前記繊維積層体AHで作製した試験片の生地A側の縫製部分および融着部分をそれぞれ実験例1の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験用の試験片を作製した。目止め処理は、ホットエアシーラ(W.L.GORE ASSOCIATES社製「5000E」)を用いて、設定温度700℃、加工速度4m/分の条件で行った。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例2にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例3にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例4にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例5にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例6にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例7にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例10における目止めテープを実験例8にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例10と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
前記繊維積層体DHで作製した試験片の生地D側の縫製部分および融着部分をそれぞれ実験例1の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験用の試験片を作製した。目止め処理は、ホットエアシーラ(W.L.GORE ASSOCIATES社製「5000E」)を用いて、設定温度700℃、加工速度4m/分の条件で行った。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例2にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例3にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例4にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例5にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例6にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例7にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
実験例18における目止めテープを実験例8にて作製した目止めテープとした以外は実験例18と同じ加工条件で加工を行い、目止め部耐水度試験および目止め部引張強度試験に供する試験片を作製した。
表4から明らかなように、基材フィルムに積層されている織物のカバーファクターが500〜1400である目止めテープを用いた実験例10〜13では、初期および20回洗濯後において、繊維積層体AHに対しては、いずれもクロス部の耐水度が良好であり、防水性に優れていることが分かる。
目止め部引張強度の結果を見ると、ミシンによる縫製をおこなった場合は、いずれの実験例でも良好な強度を保持していることが分かる。一方、超音波融着による接合を行ったものでは、目止めテープの違いによりその強度が大きく異なる。トリコットニットを積層した目止めテープを用いた実験例14〜15、および、22〜23では、その引張強度は60N程度となり、着衣製品には適用しにくい強度と言える。一方、本発明による目止めテープを用いた実験例10〜13、および、実験例18から21では、いずれの引張強度も100Nを越えており、トリコットニットを積層した目止めテープと比較して十分に高い強度を保持することが可能である。100Nという値は、従来のミシンによる縫製方法と比較して高い値ではないが、軽量性を追求した着衣製品での用途や、一般的な衣料品には十分適用できる強度である。
目止め処理を施した接合サンプルについて、実験例10〜25の目止め処理側の外観を観察したところ、実験例10〜13は繊維積層体の裏地面(生地A側)と目止めテープの境目が目立ちにくい状態で美しい外観であった。
繊維積層体AHと、実験例1および実験例5の目止めテープをそれぞれ組み合わせてアウトドア用ジャケットを作製した。目止めテープは1着あたり、15mが必要であった。本発明の目止めテープ(実験例1)を用いたアウトドア用ジャケットは、実験例5の目止めテープを用いて作製したアウトドア用ジャケットより、26g軽くなった。また目止めテープも目立ちにくく良好な外観であった。
Claims (23)
- 基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの一方の面に積層された織物と、前記基材フィルムの他方の面に積層された接着剤層とを有する目止めテープであって、下記式によって算出される前記織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値(CFtotal)が、500〜1400であることを特徴とする目止めテープ。

- 前記織物を構成する経糸または緯糸の少なくとも一方が、2本以上のフィラメントで構成されているものである請求項1または2に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記フィラメントの繊度が、12dtex以下である請求項3に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記織物を構成する経糸または緯糸の少なくとも一方が、長繊維である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記織物を構成する経糸または緯糸の少なくとも一方が、加工糸である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記織物を構成する経糸および緯糸の繊度が、55dtex以下である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記織物が、平織組織からなるものである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記基材フィルムが、防水性を有するフィルムである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記防水性を有するフィルムが、疎水性樹脂からなる多孔質フィルムである請求項9に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記疎水性樹脂からなる多孔質フィルムが、多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンフィルムである請求項10に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記疎水性樹脂からなる多孔質フィルムは、前記接着剤層が積層される側に、親水性樹脂層を有するものである請求項10または11に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記接着剤層の接着剤が、ホットメルト接着剤である請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記ホットメルト接着剤がポリウレタン樹脂である請求項13に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記接着剤層の厚さが120μm以下である請求項13に記載の目止めテープ。
- 前記目止めテープの長さ方向の10%モジュラスが10〜50N/cmである請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープ。
- 繊維積層体を縫製加工して得られる繊維製品であって、縫製部分の少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 繊維積層体を融着加工して得られる繊維製品であって、融着部分の少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の目止めテープを用いて目止め処理されていることを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 前記繊維積層体は、可撓性フィルムと、前記可撓性フィルムの一方の面に積層された織物と、前記可撓性フィルムの他方の面に積層された布帛とを有し、下記式によって算出される前記織物を構成する経糸および緯糸のカバーファクターの合計値(CFtotal)が700〜1400であって、前記繊維積層体の前記織物側が目止め処理されているものである請求項17または18に記載の繊維製品。
