Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for inserting a capsule into a living body.
In recent years, with the diversification of medical technology, various new medical methods have been proposed. As one of them, reagent capsules, drug capsules, capsules with devices such as endoscopes, etc., are placed at desired positions in the living body, and are examined, tested, and treated. The technique etc. which perform etc. are considered.
Conventionally, however, such capsules and the like have been inserted into the living body using forceps, so that it is difficult to insert the forceps into the living body with the capsule sandwiched between them. It was necessary. In particular, since such a forceps has a movable part or the like at the tip, there is a possibility that when the movable part is moved in the living body, the living body is pinched or caught and damaged. In addition, since the forceps has a portion for holding the capsule, etc., it is made of a material having a certain degree of strength such as metal and has a lot of irregularities on the surface, so that it is a strong foreign object when inserted into a living body. There was a fear of giving a feeling. For this reason, it was necessary to apply anesthesia or the like when inserting the capsule.
Thus, conventionally, there has been a problem that the capsule cannot be easily and safely inserted into the living body.

In this figure, the size ratio between the injection device and the capsule insertion device is different from the actual device.

The capsule insertion device 1 in the present embodiment is a device for inserting the
The capsule insertion device 1 includes a
The
The
The
The holding
In the capsule insertion device 1, as shown in FIG. 4, the
The
The
The
Next, the operation of the capsule insertion device will be described. Here, as an example, a case where the capsule is disposed in the bladder will be described as an example. Here, it is assumed that the

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the capsule insertion device 1 is pulled out from the
When the
As described above, in the present embodiment, after the
Moreover, the
In addition, when the capsule is disposed, a part of the
Further, in the present embodiment, unlike the forceps, a movable portion for holding the
Further, when inserting the
Further, since the capsule insertion device according to the present embodiment does not have a movable part like a forceps, the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In addition, in the said embodiment, although the capsule insertion apparatus 1 using the holding
FIG. 10A and FIG. 10B are diagrams for explaining a first modification of the holding
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 11, in the sealing
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible, and it goes without saying that these are also included in the scope of the present invention.
As described above, the capsule insertion device according to the present invention is suitable as a device for inserting a capsule into a living body, and in particular, as a device for inserting a capsule provided with a linear member for placement outside the living body.
