Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a speaker device, and more particularly to a speaker device that realizes bass reproduction in a small cabinet.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, along with digitalization of audio devices, players that play music sources are becoming smaller and more portable. However, in a speaker device that finally reproduces sound, a large cabinet is required in order to sufficiently reproduce low-frequency sounds included in the music source. For this reason, in the above-described speaker device mounted on a miniaturized or portable player, the cabinet volume is small and the acoustic stiffness exhibited by the cabinet is large, so that it has been difficult to achieve sufficient bass reproduction.
Thus, a speaker device is disclosed in which the bass reproduction limit determined by the cabinet volume is improved (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Hereinafter, the speaker device will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 16 is a sectional view of the speaker device.
In FIG. 16, the conventional speaker device generally includes a
In FIG. 16, the
However, the conventional speaker device shown in FIG. 16 has a mechanism for generating a force that reduces the acoustic stiffness acting on the cone-
When stationary (no signal), the
Here, in the conventional speaker device disclosed in
On the other hand, when the thickness of the fixed
Further, as a method of generating a larger negative stiffness, a method of increasing the magnetic force of both magnets by increasing the inner diameter of the fixed
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a speaker device capable of further expanding the bass reproduction band.

A fifteenth aspect of the present invention is the bass enhancement device, wherein the bass enhancement device is disposed inside the speaker device, the housing, and the adsorbent that is disposed inside the housing and physically adsorbs the gas inside the housing. And a negative stiffness generating mechanism that is disposed in an opening formed in the casing and reduces acoustic stiffness inside the casing.
In a sixteenth aspect based on the fifteenth aspect, the negative stiffness generating mechanism includes a drone cone disposed in the opening and an outer periphery fixed to the opening so that the drone cone can vibrate relative to the housing. The suspension includes a suspension to be supported, and a separation force generator that applies a separation force to the drone cone in a direction away from the equilibrium position with reference to the equilibrium position in the vibration direction of the drone cone.
A seventeenth invention is a vehicle, comprising the speaker device according to any one of the first to fourteenth inventions, and a vehicle body in which the speaker device is arranged.
An eighteenth aspect of the invention is a video equipment comprising the speaker device according to any one of the first to fourteenth aspects, and a device housing in which the speaker device is disposed.
A nineteenth aspect of the invention is a portable information processing apparatus, comprising the speaker device according to any one of the first to fourteenth aspects, and a device housing in which the speaker device is disposed.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the acoustic stiffness inside the housing is reduced by the physical adsorption effect of the adsorbent and the negative stiffness generation mechanism, so that the low frequency range of the reproduction band is expanded. That is, the expansion of the bass reproduction band is realized by the adsorbent and the negative stiffness generating mechanism. As a result, the magnitude of the negative stiffness to be generated in the negative stiffness generating mechanism can be smaller than that of a conventional speaker device configured only with the negative stiffness generating mechanism. In other words, the burden on the negative stiffness generation mechanism is reduced compared to the conventional case, so that the size of the magnet used in the negative stiffness generation mechanism increases, the cost of the magnet increases, the maximum sound pressure of the reproduced sound decreases, and the reproduced sound Can be suppressed, and the bass reproduction band can be further expanded.
According to the second aspect, it is possible to increase the bass reproduction band by equivalently increasing the volume of the housing.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the non-magnet member receives a separation force in a direction away from the equilibrium position in the gap by the magnetic field formed in the gap by the first and second magnetic circuits. That is, the diaphragm provided with at least a part of the non-magnet member vibrates by receiving a force in a direction in which the amplitude increases. As a result, the acoustic stiffness inside the housing is reduced, so that the bass reproduction band can be expanded. Further, the separation force received by the non-magnet member is generated by a magnetic field formed in the air gap by the first and second magnetic circuits. That is, even if the thickness of the non-magnet member is reduced to some extent, a sufficient separation force is generated by the magnetic field formed in the gap by the first and second magnetic circuits. Therefore, the non-magnet member can be made thin while maintaining the above separating force, and the weight of the vibration part can be reduced. As a result, a decrease in the output sound pressure level of the speaker device can be suppressed. The first and second magnetic circuits play a role of giving a separation force to the non-magnet member by a magnetic field formed by themselves and a role of giving a driving force to the voice coil by forming a magnetic gap. Can do. That is, according to the third aspect of the invention, the magnet for applying the separating force to the non-magnet member and the magnet for applying the driving force to the voice coil can be realized with one magnet. The number of parts of the speaker device can be reduced.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, by correcting the bias of the displacement of the vibration unit, the center of the amplitude of the non-magnet member is set as the equilibrium position regardless of changes in the ambient environment of the speaker device (for example, temperature change). Therefore, it is possible to provide a high-quality speaker device with reduced efficiency and less distortion. In addition, due to the effect of the adsorbent, the negative stiffness generated by the negative stiffness generation mechanism may be smaller than in the conventional case. Thereby, since the force which corrects the deviation of the displacement of the vibration part can be reduced, the control signal to be sent to the voice coil becomes small and the control becomes easy. Further, it is advantageous in terms of the cost of the control circuit element including the amplifier circuit. In addition, since heat generation in the voice coil due to the control signal is suppressed , the possibility of voice coil disconnection due to heat is reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce the weight of the vibration system by using a voice coil having a thinner wire diameter than before, and it is also possible to improve the efficiency of the speaker device.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the negative stiffness generating mechanism disposed inside the casing, the casing acting on the diaphragm is imparted to the drone cone with a separating force in a direction in which the separating force generating section moves away from the equilibrium position. The acoustic stiffness throughout the body can be reduced. As a result, the bass reproduction band can be expanded.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the non-magnetic member of the drone cone receives the attractive force alternately from the magnets that are fixedly arranged, so that the separating force can be applied to the drone cone, and negative stiffness is generated. be able to.
According to the seventh aspect of the invention, the magnet of the drone cone receives the attractive force alternately from the non-magnet member that is fixedly arranged, so that the separating force can be applied to the drone cone, and negative stiffness is generated. be able to.
According to the eighth aspect, the separation force in the vibration direction is applied to the movable magnet in the direction away from the equilibrium position, so that the acoustic stiffness inside the housing is reduced and the bass reproduction band can be expanded. it can. In addition, according to the present invention, the movable magnet and the fixed magnet are structured so as not to collide with each other in the vibration direction, and thus are useful as a large-input speaker device having a large amplitude.
According to the ninth aspect of the invention, by correcting the deviation of the displacement of the vibration part, the center of the amplitude of the movable magnet is set to the equilibrium position regardless of the change in the ambient environment of the speaker device (for example, temperature change). A stable operation is possible, and a high-quality speaker device with less distortion can be provided.
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, in the speaker device using the piezoelectric transducer, the bass reproduction band can be expanded.
According to the eleventh aspect of the invention, it is possible to perform a stable operation with the center of the amplitude of the non-magnet member as an equilibrium position regardless of a change in the ambient environment of the speaker device (for example, a change in temperature). A sound quality speaker device can be provided.
According to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, in the speaker device using the electrostatic transducer, the bass reproduction band can be expanded.
According to the thirteenth aspect of the invention, by correcting the bias of the displacement of the vibration part, the center of the amplitude of the non-magnet member is regarded as the equilibrium position regardless of the change in the ambient environment of the speaker device (for example, temperature change) Thus, it is possible to provide a high-quality speaker device with less distortion. In addition, due to the effect of the adsorbent, the negative stiffness generated by the negative stiffness generation mechanism may be smaller than in the conventional case. Thereby, since the force which correct | amends the deviation of the displacement of the said vibration part can be made small, control becomes easy. As a result, the operational stability of the speaker device is improved.
According to the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the particles and fibers of the adsorbent from coming into contact with the vibrating portion, the driving portion, and the negative stiffness generating mechanism member. As a result, malfunction such as abnormal noise can be prevented.
According to the fifteenth aspect of the present invention, by arranging the bass enhancement device inside the conventional speaker device, the reproduction limit of the bass range of the speaker device can be easily expanded. That is, the bass enhancement for the existing speaker system can be achieved only by arranging the bass enhancement device of the present invention inside the speaker device owned by the user.
According to the sixteenth aspect of the invention, since the separating force generating section applies the separating force in the direction in which the drone cone is separated from the equilibrium position, the amplitude of the drone cone is increased by the separating force, and the acoustic stiffness inside the housing is increased. Can be reduced.

Here, the second magnet 9 passes its magnetic flux through the magnetic plate 8 through the magnetic gap. Further, since the second magnet 9 is magnetized in a direction repelling the first magnet 7, the magnetic flux of the first magnet 7 acts more concentrated and passes through the magnetic gap.
Here, the magnetization direction of the second magnet 9 and the
The
Next, the operation of the speaker device according to the present embodiment will be described. When an electrical signal is applied to the
On the other hand, the
Here, the acoustic stiffness of the internal vacant space of the cabinet 1a partitioned by the cabinet 1a, the
Thus, the acoustic stiffness of the cabinet 1a is reduced by both the effects of reducing the acoustic stiffness of the adsorbent 140 and the negative stiffness generated by the negative stiffness generation mechanism. And the acoustic volume is reduced, so that the internal volume of the cabinet 1a is equivalently expanded. Thereby, the
Here, a specific setting method for expanding the reproduction band to a desired low sound range will be described. As described above, the bass reproduction band is expanded by the volume expansion effect of the adsorbent 140 and the negative stiffness generating mechanism. Therefore, when setting a desired low frequency range, it is only necessary to consider the volume expansion effects of the adsorbent 140 and the negative stiffness generating mechanism. Hereinafter, a case where the volume expansion effect when a desired low frequency range is obtained is N (N> 1) times the actual volume.
The above contents will be described below with specific numerical examples. For example, when designing to obtain a volume expansion effect of 6 times, the required amount of reduction in acoustic stiffness is 5/6 * S1 by substituting N = 6 in equation (6). Here, if the volume expansion effect by the adsorbent 140 is obtained three times, the reduction amount of the acoustic stiffness by the adsorbent 140 is 2/3 * S1 by substituting M = 3 in the equation (7). Therefore, from equation (9), the amount by which the acoustic stiffness is reduced in the negative stiffness generation mechanism is 1/6 * S1. That is, the negative stiffness required in the negative stiffness generation mechanism is 1/6 * S1. Thus, in order to obtain a volume expansion effect of 6 times only by the negative stiffness generating mechanism, it is necessary to generate a negative stiffness of 5/6 * S1. However, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the volume of the cabinet 1a is equivalently expanded by both actions of the adsorbent 140 and the negative stiffness generating mechanism, and the reproduction limit of the low sound range can be increased. That is, the expansion of the bass reproduction band is realized by both stiffness reduction effects of the adsorbent 140 and the negative stiffness generation mechanism. Thereby, the magnitude of the negative stiffness required in the negative stiffness generating mechanism can be smaller than that of the conventional speaker device constituted only by the negative stiffness generating mechanism. In this way, since the burden on the negative stiffness generation mechanism is reduced compared to the conventional case, the size of the magnet used for the negative stiffness generation mechanism is increased, the cost of the magnet is increased, the maximum sound pressure of the reproduced sound is reduced, and Generation of distortion of reproduced sound can be suppressed, and the bass reproduction band can be further expanded in a small speaker device. As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to further expand the bass reproduction band, which has been impossible in the past. Specifically, when the desired bass reproduction band is expanded, the magnitude of the negative stiffness required in the negative stiffness generating mechanism can be reduced by the amount of the action of the adsorbent 140 compared to the conventional case. As a result, the size of the magnet used for the negative stiffness generation mechanism, the cost of the magnet, the decrease in the maximum sound pressure of the reproduced sound, and the distortion of the reproduced sound can be suppressed. The bass reproduction band can be further expanded. When expanding the bass reproduction band by the same amount as in the past, it is possible to suppress the reduction of the maximum sound pressure of the reproduced sound and the occurrence of distortion of the reproduced sound compared to the conventional case, and further increase the speaker device. It is also possible to reduce the size.
The above contents will be described with specific examples. FIG. 2A shows the first
FIG. 2B is a diagram showing a result of analyzing the relationship between the displacement of the
In the magnetic circuit shown in FIG. 2A, the relationship between the displacement of the
The negative stiffness generating mechanism has a structure in which the

If the negative stiffness generated by the negative stiffness generating mechanism is excessively increased, the
(Negative stiffness of the negative stiffness generation mechanism) ≦ (acoustic stiffness of the cabinet 1a) + (support system stiffness) − (decrease in acoustic stiffness by the adsorbent 140)

In the above description, the first and second voice coils 19 and 21 are used, but either one of the voice coils may be omitted. In this case, the magnetic circuit (the first

(Second Embodiment)
The speaker device according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The speaker device according to the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in that a laser displacement meter and a control circuit are newly provided. Hereinafter, different points will be mainly described. FIG. 3 is a structural cross-sectional view of the speaker device according to the second embodiment. FIG. 4 is a circuit block diagram of the speaker device according to the second embodiment. In FIG. 3, the speaker device according to the present embodiment generally includes a cabinet 1 a, a
In FIG. 4, the
In FIG. 4, the
Here, the case where the temperature inside the cabinet 1a rises is considered. The first and second voice coils 19 and 21 generate heat when a current flows. When the temperature inside the cabinet 1a rises due to heat generated by the first and second voice coils 19 and 21, the air inside the cabinet 1a expands or contracts, and the internal pressure changes. Due to this pressure change, the
Also, in order to expand the bass reproduction band, it is necessary to make the magnets (second magnets 9 and 14) used for the negative stiffness generating mechanism stronger magnets and increase the separation force received by the
In addition, the said

5, the speaker device according to the present embodiment generally includes a cabinet 1b, a
The negative
The first
The
Next, the operation of the speaker device according to the present embodiment will be described. When an electric signal is applied to the
On the other hand, in the negative
As described above, in the present embodiment, the acoustic stiffness of the cabinet 1b is reduced by the actions of the adsorbent 140 and the negative
In the above-described separation force generating section, the vibration side is a non-magnet member (
In the above description, the
(Fourth embodiment)
A speaker device according to a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In the fourth embodiment, a bass enhancement device in which the negative
In FIG. 7, the speaker device according to the present embodiment generally includes a cabinet 1c, a
The
Next, the operation of the speaker device according to the present embodiment will be described. When an electric signal is applied to the
On the other hand, similarly to the third embodiment described above, the acoustic stiffness of the second empty room Wb4 is reduced by the negative
As described above, in this embodiment, the
(Fifth embodiment)
A speaker device according to a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The speaker device according to this embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in the configuration of the negative stiffness generation mechanism. Hereinafter, different points will be mainly described. FIG. 8 is a structural cross-sectional view of the speaker device according to the fifth embodiment. In FIG. 8, the speaker device generally includes a cabinet 1a, a
The
In FIG. 8, the
In FIG. 8, the
Next, the operation of the speaker device according to the present embodiment will be described. When an electrical signal is applied to the
The
As described above, in the present embodiment, the acoustic stiffness of the cabinet 1 a is reduced by the actions of the attracting
In this embodiment, the
In the above description, the
(Sixth embodiment)
A speaker device according to a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The speaker device according to the present embodiment is a speaker device using a piezoelectric transducer as a transducer (driving unit) that drives a diaphragm (vibrating unit). FIG. 9 is a structural cross-sectional view of the speaker device according to the sixth embodiment. FIG. 9 shows a sealed speaker device. In FIG. 9, the speaker device includes a
In FIG. 9, the outer shape of the speaker device is, for example, a circular shape. The
The first
Next, the operation of the speaker device according to the present embodiment will be described. When electrical signals having opposite signs are applied to the
On the other hand, the
As described above, in this embodiment, the piezoelectric speaker device can exhibit the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above. Note that piezoelectric speaker devices are often used as thin speakers. When used as a thin speaker, it is thin, so it is difficult to ensure the amplitude of the diaphragm. Then, the magnet and the diaphragm of the negative stiffness generating mechanism are arranged closer to each other. In this case, in the negative stiffness generated in the negative stiffness generating mechanism, a portion that changes nonlinearly with respect to the displacement of the diaphragm becomes large. Therefore, it has been difficult for the speaker device configured only with the conventional negative stiffness generating mechanism to fully exhibit the effect of expanding the low sound range. However, according to the present embodiment, by arranging the
In the above description, the external shape of the speaker device is, for example, a circular shape, but is not limited thereto. For example, the shape may be an elliptical shape, a rectangular shape, a track shape, or the like. In addition, the rectangular shape may be, for example, an elongated shape whose horizontal side is longer than the vertical side. Further, in FIG. 9, a sealed speaker device is shown as the speaker device according to the present embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, other methods such as a bass reflex method and a drone cone method may be used.

A speaker device according to a seventh embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The speaker device according to this embodiment differs from the above-described sixth embodiment in that an electrostatic transducer is used as a transducer (drive unit) that drives a diaphragm (vibration unit). FIG. 10 is a structural cross-sectional view of the speaker device according to the seventh embodiment. FIG. 10 shows a sealed speaker device. In FIG. 10, the speaker device includes a frame 61, an adsorbent 140, a first magnet 62, a
In FIG. 10, the external shape of the speaker device is, for example, a circular shape. The frame 61 is a housing having an opening formed on the upper surface (the positive direction of the y-axis). The frame 61 is a casing that gives acoustic stiffness to a
Next, the operation of the speaker device according to the present embodiment will be described. First, a DC voltage is applied between the first and
On the other hand, the
As described above, in this embodiment, the electrostatic speaker device can exhibit the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above. In addition, the electrostatic speaker device is often used as a thin speaker as in the above-described sixth embodiment. And according to this embodiment, the same effect as a 6th embodiment mentioned above can be exhibited.
In FIG. 10, a sealed speaker device is shown as the speaker device according to the present embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, other methods such as a bass reflex method and a drone cone method may be used.
In addition, the speaker apparatus which concerns on the 1st-7th embodiment mentioned above is arrange | positioned inside the vehicle body of a motor vehicle as an example. For example, the vehicle body is mounted on a door of an automobile. FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the speaker unit is mounted on a door of an automobile. The door of the automobile includes a
In FIG. 11, the
As described above, by applying the speaker device according to the first to seventh embodiments to a door of an automobile, it is possible to provide an in-vehicle listening environment in which a low-frequency reproduction band is expanded. Moreover, since the window glass storage unit, the window glass automatic opening / closing mechanism, the door lock, the wiring, the control circuit, and the like are mounted inside the door
As another example, the above-described speaker device according to the first to seventh embodiments may be a vehicle-mounted speaker device disposed inside the vehicle body. FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating an example of a speaker device installed inside a vehicle body of an automobile. In FIG. 12, the speaker device 75 is installed under a
As described above, by mounting the speaker device 75 on the vehicle, it is possible to provide an in-vehicle listening environment in which a low-frequency reproduction band is expanded. Further, according to the first to seventh embodiments, it is possible to further expand the low-frequency reproduction band as compared with the conventional speaker device. Therefore, when aiming at low-frequency sound reproduction at the same level as the prior art, the cabinet of the speaker apparatus 75 can be downsized as compared with the conventional. Then, by mounting the speaker device 75 in the interior of the automobile, a wider interior space is ensured. In addition, a low-frequency speaker device such as a subwoofer is particularly effective because a cabinet with a large volume is generally required.
As another example, the above-described speaker device according to the first to seventh embodiments may be a vehicle-mounted speaker device shown in FIG. FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating another example of the speaker device installed inside the vehicle body of the automobile. In FIG. 13, the speaker device includes a
In FIG. 13, the
As described above, by applying the speaker device according to the first to seventh embodiments to a vehicle-mounted speaker device, it is possible to provide an in-vehicle listening environment in which a low-frequency reproduction band is expanded. Further, according to the first to seventh embodiments, it is possible to further expand the low-frequency reproduction band as compared with the conventional speaker device. Therefore, when aiming at low-level sound reproduction at the same level as in the prior art , the
The speaker devices according to the first to seventh embodiments described above are mounted in, for example, an AV system.
FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating an example of a configuration in which the speaker device is mounted on a thin television. FIG. 14 shows a front view of the thin television and a side view partially showing a cross-sectional view along line OA. In FIG. 14, the thin television generally includes a thin television
In FIG. 14, the
As described above, by mounting the speaker devices according to the first to seventh embodiments on the thin TV

As described above, by mounting the speaker devices according to the first to seventh embodiments on the
The speaker device according to the present invention can further expand the bass reproduction band, and is also used for small speaker devices, speaker devices for liquid crystal televisions and plasma displays, audio devices, car audio devices, in-vehicle speakers, and the like.
