Abstract
Description
The present invention has a pair of inner fins in which a pair of elongate edges are provided on both edges in the width direction, and a plurality of oblique
As a conventional heat exchanger, what is described in the following
Next, in the conventional stacked heat exchanger described in
The inner fin of the former known invention has a large number of small holes between a large number of ribs and is displaced so that the ribs do not overlap each other, and the fluid mainly circulates between the small holes of the pair of inner fins. Thus, it is led from the communication hole at one end in the longitudinal direction to the other communication hole. Since this rib is formed in a mesh shape, this heat exchanger has a drawback in that the flow resistance of the internal fluid increases and the pressure applied for the flow must be increased.
In the latter invention, the internal fluid easily flows along the slits existing between the ribs, the fluid proceeds until it hits the slit tip, and tends to be guided in the fin stacking direction at the abutting portion. Therefore, a large amount of internal fluid may be concentrated at both ends in the width direction of the heat exchanger, and the amount of heat exchange in each portion of the plane may become uneven, resulting in a decrease in the total amount of heat exchange.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to solve the fault of each said heat exchanger.
The present invention according to
Between the two edges (1), a large number of elongated slanted strips (3) arranged obliquely with respect to the edge (1) are provided, and a slit (2) is provided between each slanted strip (3). Each inclined strip (3) and the edge (1) are open and have at least a pair of identically shaped inner fins (8),
The pair of inner fins (8) are overlapped in the opposite direction, and the inclined strips (3) and slits (2) of each inner fin are arranged so as to intersect each other, and the inner fins (8) are Placed between a pair of plates (4) or in a tube (5),
In the heat exchanger in which the internal fluid flows between the pair of plates (4) or in the tube (5), and the external fluid flows on the outer surface side thereof,
Each slit (2) of the pair of inner fins (8) has a width W that gradually decreases from one edge to the other edge from the upstream side to the downstream side where the internal fluid flows. It is the heat exchanger characterized by being formed.
The present invention according to
In the inner fin (8), the edge portions (1) (1) are formed in a frame shape on all four sides, and space portions (7) for manifolds are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction, and the space portions (7) In the heat exchanger, the slit (2) is opened .
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect,
Each of the slits (2) of the pair of inner fins (8) is formed in a plane waveform, and each of the slits (2) has a width W from the upstream side through which the internal fluid flows to the downstream side. The heat exchanger is characterized in that it is formed so as to be gradually narrowed from the edge to the other edge .
The inner fin for a heat exchanger of the present invention has
That is, the fluid flow in the
In addition, since the adjacent inner fins are arranged in the opposite directions, the

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The heat exchanger of this embodiment includes a pair of

In FIG. 2, the internal fluid guided to the
