The present invention relates to a storage box that can safely hold stored contents, and more particularly, to a storage box that is suitably used for storing a disposable syringe prefilled with a chemical solution.

Conventionally, a disposable syringe (syringe) filled with a chemical solution in advance has been used. This syringe is called a prefilled syringe, and when it is transported from the manufacturing site to the medical site, a bag-filled syringe placed in a plastic bag is stored in a rectangular box, or a buffer function is provided at the bottom. A syringe is stored in a storage box provided with the.
JP 2003-40253 A

Among those described in the prior art, in a form in which a syringe in a bag made of a resin is put in a rectangular box, if an impact is applied by dropping it during transportation or handling, the syringe is affected by the impact. The tip of the pierced the bag, making it unusable. In addition, in the form using a storage box having a buffer function at the bottom as described in the above publication, the structure of the box is complicated and the assembly is troublesome, and it is difficult to use for a syringe of the type that is put in a bag. There's a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances and problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can be securely held by locking a stored bag-type syringe inside. There is to do.

The storage box according to the first aspect of the present invention is a storage box for storing a bag-filled syringe formed by sealing a syringe filled with a chemical solution in a bag, and a bottom portion is provided at one end of a rectangular tubular body. When the length from the tip of the syringe to the flange is a distance α, the portion is farther than the distance α from the bottom and is recessed in a V shape and protrudes inward in a state of circling the trunk. Thus, it has a bent portion for forming a locking portion which does not allow the flange of the syringe to pass therethrough.

A storage box according to a second aspect of the present invention is the storage box according to the first aspect , wherein a lid portion is provided on the opposite side of the bottom portion of the trunk portion.

In the storage box according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the bag-filled syringe is put into the body part from the tip side, and the body part is pressed from both sides of the bending part to be shrunk, the bending part is recessed in a V shape and the inside Since the locking part that does not pass through the flange of the syringe is formed, the syringe is held in the box with the tip not contacting the bottom by fixing the bent part in this contracted state. Thus, even if an impact is applied, the bag is not torn at the tip of the syringe and can be safely transported.

Since the storage box according to the second aspect of the present invention is provided with the lid on the opposite side of the body, in addition to the above effects, it is difficult for foreign matters such as dust to adhere to the outer surface of the bag even when handled alone. It has the effect of being hygienic and preferable.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a storage box according to the present invention together with a syringe in a bag, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of a blank forming the storage box of FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the storage box A is used to store a bag-filled syringe 3 formed by sealing the syringe 1 in a resin bag 2. The syringe 1 is a disposable one that is pre-filled with a chemical solution, and the resin bag 2 is, for example, a normal pillow bag, a three-side sealed bag, using a packaging material in which a barrier layer is laminated on a resin film as necessary, There are no particular restrictions on the type of packaging material or the form of the bag. In order to prevent the drug from being oxidized, the oxygen scavenger is placed together with the syringe 1 in the bag 2 made of a packaging material in which barrier layers having oxygen barrier properties are laminated.

The storage box A is assembled from the blank B shown in FIG. This blank B is obtained by punching out paperboard, and as shown in the drawing, the adhesive margin piece 11 and the side panels 12, 13, 14, and 15 are successively arranged via folding lines a, b, c, and d.

In the blank B, three folding lines e, f, and g are formed at predetermined equal intervals so as to cross all of the adhesive margin piece 11 and the side panels 12, 13, 14, and 15. These fold lines e, f, and g are made up of lead creases with a cut line in the middle of the push crease in the side panels 12, 13, 14, and 15 in consideration of the ease of bending. 11 is composed of two long cuts. Then, in the side panel 12 adjacent to the adhesive strip 11, openings 12a and 12b having isosceles triangles having a portion sandwiched between the fold lines e and g on the fold lines a and b as the base and an apex on the fold line f are provided. Similarly, in the side panel 14, isosceles triangular openings 14 a and 14 b with the bottoms of the parts sandwiched between the fold lines e and g on the fold lines c and d and the vertices on the fold line f, respectively. Are formed facing each other. In addition, semicircular cutouts 12c and 14c are provided on the upper sides of the side panels 12 and 14, respectively.

The above-mentioned three folding lines e, f, and g are for forming a bent portion that is recessed inwardly in the trunk portion of the storage box A, and in the packaging box A, there are restrictions on the portions for forming them. That is, if the length from the tip of the syringe 1 to the flange 1a is a distance α, the length X between the lower side of the side panels 12, 13, 14, 15 and the fold line g closest thereto is larger than the distance α. I try to get bigger.

Further, an outer folding piece 16 is continuously provided on the lower side of the side panel 12 via a folding line h, and an inner folding piece 17 is provided on the lower side of the side panel 13 via a folding line i. Is provided with an outer folding piece 18 connected via a folding line j, and an inner folding piece 19 connected to the lower side of the side panel 15 via a folding line k. A part of a triangular portion of the outer folding piece 16 is folded. A margin portion 16a that can be folded back by l is used, and a part of the triangular portion of the outer folding piece 18 is a glue margin portion 18a that can be folded by a folding line m. The broken lines l and m are lead rules.

The blank B is supplied with a sack. That is, the outer folded piece 16 is folded back to the back side of the side panel 12 along the fold line h, the inner folded piece 17 is folded back to the back side of the side panel 13 along the fold line i, and the outer folded piece 18 is folded to the back side of the side panel 14 along the fold line j. The inner folding piece 19 is folded back to the back side of the side panel 15 along the fold line k. Then, the margin portion 16a of the outer folding piece 16 is folded outward at the folding line l, and the margin margin portion 18a of the outer folding piece 18 is folded outward at the folding line m.

Next, the side panel 12 is folded back to the back side of the side panel 13 along the fold line b, the side panel 15 is folded back to the back side of the side panel 14 along the fold line d, and the adhesive margin piece 11 and the back side of the side edge of the side panel 15 Paste together. At the same time, the margin portion 16a of the outer folding piece 16 and the inner folding piece 17 are bonded together, and the margin portion 18a of the outer folding piece 18 and the inner folding piece 19 are bonded together. In this way, the blank B is folded and put in a sack-attached state, and is supplied to a boxing process for storing the bag-filled syringe in this folded state.

In the boxing process, the folded blank B is raised, but since the bottom is auto-locked, the storage box A is automatically formed at the bottom as shown in FIG. Become. Thus, the syringe 3 with a bag is put into the elongated storage box A having a bottom at one end of the rectangular tube-shaped body. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, the syringe 1 is placed in the box from the distal end side. Next, when the syringe 3 in the bag is put in the box in this way and then the body is pushed from both sides of the bent portion to be contracted, the bent portion is V-shaped at the broken lines e, f and g as shown in FIG. The locking portion S that functions as a stopper that does not pass through the flange 1a of the syringe 1 is formed by being recessed in the shape and protruding inward. At this time, since the folding lines e, f, and g are used as lead rules, they can be easily folded only by being compressed from both sides.

Then, the storage box A in a contracted state is stored in the outer box. In this case, a plurality are stored side by side in an outer box of a size that maintains the contracted state. By storing in the outer box in this manner, the syringe 1 is held in the storage box A in a state in which the tip does not contact the bottom by the locking portion S, and the bag 2 can be held even if an impact is applied. There is no tearing at the tip of the syringe 1. And when it takes out from an outer case at the time of use, since a bending part expands naturally and the latching | locking part S is cancelled | released, the inside syringe 3 with a bag can be taken out easily. When the take-out syringe 3 in the storage box A is taken out from the outside, the bent portion is stopped with tape from the outside or hot bent or glue is applied to the folded portion so that the bent portion does not extend. It is also possible to pull out with force.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another example of a storage box according to the present invention together with a bag syringe, and FIG. 5 is a plan view of a blank forming the storage box of FIG.

This storage box A ′ is used to store a bag-filled syringe 3 formed by sealing the syringe 1 in a resin bag 2 as described above, and is opposite to the bottom of the trunk. The only difference is that a lid is provided.

Therefore, the blank B ′ forming the storage box A ′ is basically different in that the upper sides of the side panels 12, 13, 14, 15 are different in order to provide a lid on the opposite side of the bottom of the trunk. Is the same as blank B in FIG. That is, the notches 12a and 14a are eliminated from the upper sides of the side panels 12 and 14, and instead, the upper sides of the side panels 13, 14, and 15 are respectively connected to the flap panel 20, the lid panel 21, and the flap via the fold lines n, o, and p. The panel 22 is provided continuously, and the insertion panel 23 is provided continuously at the tip of the lid panel 21 via the broken line q. In addition, since the structure of other than that is the same, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same site | part.

This blank B 'is also supplied with a sack, and is supplied to a boxing process for storing the syringe in a bag in a folded state. In the boxing process, the bag-type syringe 3 is stored in the same procedure. And after putting the bag-injected syringe 3 in the storage box A ′, it is folded inside both the flap panels 20, 22, and then the lid panel 21 is folded, and the insertion flap 23 at the tip thereof is connected to the back side of the tip of the side panel 12. Insert the lid and cover. After covering in this way, the body is pushed from both sides of the bent portion to shrink, and as shown in FIG. 6, the bent portion is recessed in a V shape at the fold lines e, f and g and protrudes inward. Thereby, the latching | locking part S which does not let the flange 1a of the syringe 1 pass is formed.

Then, a plurality of the storage boxes A 'in such a contracted state may be stored in the outer box or may be handled alone. When the container is stored in an outer box of a size that maintains a contracted state, the syringe 1 is held in the storage box A ′ without the tip being in contact with the bottom, and the bag 2 remains in the syringe even when an impact is applied. There is no tearing at the tip of 1. And when it takes out from an outer case at the time of use, since a bending part expands naturally, the lid | cover panel 21 can be opened and the inside bag-containing syringe 3 can be taken out. When taking out the syringe 3 in the bag, the bent portion in the storage box A ′ is taped from the outside, or the bent portion is not stretched by applying hot melt or glue to the folded portion. It is also possible to apply a little force after the lid panel 21 is opened and pull it out.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above. However, the storage box according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Needless to say.

For example, in the above example, one bent portion is provided, but two or more bent portions may be provided side by side.

Further, the fold line for forming the bent portion is not limited to the lead rule, but may be a simple fold rule as long as it can be recessed in a V shape.

Furthermore, the bottom portion is not limited to auto-locking, and may be in any form as long as it can be covered like a sack lid or a glue pasting lid.

Furthermore, when the lid is provided at the top, it is not limited to a sack lid, but a zipper opening type, or the top is provided with a zipper that is connected to at least three side panels in the body portion near the top as a glue pasting lid, etc. Any form can be adopted as long as it can be opened and the syringe can be easily taken out.
