Description

The present invention includes an illumination panel that uses EL (Electro Luminescence) such as organic EL and inorganic EL, an illumination panel power supply device that supplies power to the illumination panel, and an illumination panel and illumination panel power supply device. The present invention relates to a lighting device.

Illumination devices that use point light sources such as light emitting diodes (LEDs) and illumination devices that use surface light emitting elements such as organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) as illumination devices intended for use in fields that require a long life Etc. have been proposed. For example, a solid-state illumination device using an organic light-emitting diode has been proposed that includes a surface illumination light source and a socket that detachably holds the surface illumination light source (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).

In such a socket-type lighting device, if the socket is attached to the wall surface or the like where the lighting device is installed, the electrical wiring work can be performed simply by attaching and connecting the electrode portion of the surface lighting source to the socket. This is convenient because it is unnecessary. However, this socket type illumination device cannot avoid wearing or damaging the electrode portion when the space surface illumination light source is attached to or detached from the socket, and is not suitable for long-term use. Further, since the electrode portion attached to the socket is provided around the lighting device, it is not easy to secure the space, and it is difficult to make the entire lighting device the light emitting surface. In particular, it is not easy to form a continuous large light emitting surface by arranging a plurality of lighting devices.

Further, in the case of using organic EL, etc., the organic EL itself is not resistant to moisture, and therefore the structure of the electrode portion must be taken into consideration for the sealing process.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a lighting device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The lighting device includes a power supply device 1 embedded in an installation surface such as a ceiling surface 100 and a wall surface, and the power supply device 1. And a lighting panel 2 that is detachably attached to the power supply device 1 with an appropriate fitting or screw for engagement (not shown).

The power supply device 1 includes a power supply unit 11 that supplies power to the lighting panel 2 and is connected to an external power source such as a commercial power source by a connection cord (not shown) drawn from the power supply unit 11. ing. The power supply unit 11 includes an external winding 111 connected to an external power supply, and an external core member 112 that forms an external magnetic path wound around the external winding 111 and opened to the outside. The core member 112 is disposed so as to form a closed magnetic path with the core member 232 described later of the lighting panel 2 when the lighting panel 2 is installed.

The illumination panel 2 has a configuration in which an organic EL is used as an illumination source. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the light transmitting substrate 21, the light emitting unit 22, and the light emitting unit 22 are supplied with power for light emission. A light-emitting power supply unit 23 to be supplied, a sealing member 24 that seals the light-emitting unit 22 and the light-emitting power supply unit 23, and a drive circuit 25 (see FIG. 6B) are provided.

The translucent substrate 21 is for emitting light emitted from the light emitting unit 22 to the outside, and is formed of a transparent member or a translucent member having translucency. In the present embodiment, the light emitting unit 22 is fixed to the surface of the translucent substrate 21 opposite to the exit surface from which the light from the light emitting unit 22 is emitted (a surface on the sealed space side described later).

The light emitting unit 22 is laminated on a surface of the translucent substrate 21 which will be described later, and the outer surface is sealed with a sealing layer 224. The light emitting unit 22 is formed by laminating at least three layers of a pair of electrodes, that is, an ITO electrode 221 and a metal electrode 222 and an EL light emitting layer 223 disposed between the ITO electrode 221 and the metal electrode 222. The EL light-emitting layer 223 is configured to emit light when holes (holes) and electrons generated inside are combined, and this light is used as illumination light. In the present embodiment, an organic EL element is used for the light emitting unit 22, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto, and an inorganic EL element may be used for the light emitting unit. Further, the driving of the organic EL element may be DC voltage driving or AC voltage driving.

As shown in FIG. 4, the light-emitting power supply unit 23 includes an induction winding 231 for inductively coupling with the external winding 111, and a ferrite that forms the magnetic path opened to the outside by winding the induction winding 231. And a core member 232 formed of the like.

The core member 232 is disposed such that one surface is open and the open side is in a direction opposite to the surface of the light emitting unit 22 facing the translucent substrate 21. Therefore, the magnetic path formed in the core member 232 is released in a direction intersecting with the emission surface of the translucent substrate 21 from which light from the light emitting unit 22 is emitted, and in a direction opposite to the emission surface side. As shown in FIG. 4, the induction winding 231 of the present embodiment is aligned and wound around the outer periphery of the bobbin 233, and the core portion of the core member 232 is inserted into the center of the bobbin 233. The core member 232 may be fixed to the sealing member 24 as shown in FIG. 5 (A), or may be fixed to the light emitting portion 22 as shown in FIG. 5 (B).

The sealing member 24 is fixed to one surface of the translucent substrate 21. In particular, a space formed between the translucent substrate 21 and the sealing member 24 (this is referred to as “sealing space”). ) In an airtight state so that moisture does not flow in from the outside.

Next, power supply of the lighting device will be described with reference to FIG. The power supply device 1 includes a rectifying diode bridge D1 and a smoothing capacitor C1, which are connected to a commercial power source V via a first switch SW1, an AC generating inverter I, and an external winding constituting a primary coil. A line 111 and a second switch SW2 are provided. The first switch SW1 is a hand switch that is attached to a wall surface to connect / disconnect the electrical connection between the lighting device and the commercial power source, and the second switch SW2 is a hand switch that is connected / disconnected by pulling. In addition, when the light emission part 22 of the illumination panel 2 is comprised by the several thing, you may comprise so that some light emission parts 22 may be connected / disconnected by operation of this 2nd switch SW2.

The induction winding 231 of the lighting panel 2 constitutes a secondary coil that is disposed opposite to the primary coil (external winding 111) in a close state and generates electromotive force by electromagnetic induction, and is induced by the induction winding 231. The applied voltage is applied to the light emitting unit 22, and the light emitting unit 22 emits light.

The lighting panel 2 may be provided with a drive circuit 25 that rectifies and smoothes the voltage induced in the induction winding 231 as shown in FIG. The drive circuit 25 includes a rectifying diode D2 and a smoothing capacitor C2.

Next, the attachment method of the illuminating device of this embodiment is demonstrated. When the lighting device of this embodiment is installed on an installation surface (for example, the ceiling surface 100), when a building or the like to which the lighting device is attached is constructed, a recess 100A is formed in advance on the ceiling surface 100 side where the lighting device is installed. In addition, in order to supply power to the lighting device from a commercial power source, the power supply device 1 is embedded in advance in the recess 100A in a state where the commercial power source and the power supply device 1 are electrically connected.
And the illumination panel 2 which the user who uses this illuminating device can attach according to the power supply device 1 is prepared, and it attaches so that the sealing member 24 may face the power supply device 1 of a ceiling surface. In other words, the lighting panel 2 is attached to the power supply device 1 or a mounting bracket (not shown) provided on the ceiling surface 100 by being engaged or screwed with the translucent substrate 21 facing the room.

As described above, since the lighting panel 2 can be attached without being electrically connected, the attachment can be easily performed. Further, the portion protruding from the ceiling surface is only the lighting panel 1, and the lighting panel 2 can be significantly reduced in thickness by using the organic EL for the light emitting portion 22, so that the appearance is also excellent. Good installation is possible.

It is installed. In addition, the lighting panel 2 of the present embodiment is provided with the same number of light emitting power supply units 23 to supply power to the light emitting units 22 corresponding to the light emitting units 22, and the power supply device 1. The same number of power supply units 11 (in the case of the present embodiment, consisting of four power supply units 11A to 11D) are installed in the parts corresponding to the light emission power supply unit 23.

The power supply unit 11, the light emitting power source unit 23, and the light emitting unit 22 may be connected in series as shown in FIG. 8A, for example, or may be connected in parallel as shown in FIG.
