Description
The present invention relates to a drive control device for an oil pump for a transmission, which includes an oil pump driven by an engine and an oil pump driven by an electric motor as a hydraulic source.
この制御油圧及び潤滑油圧は、自動変速機内を循環するATF(AutomaticTransmissionFluid)で賄われている。 As is well known, the engine is automatically stopped, for example, an idle stop vehicle that automatically stops the engine while the vehicle is stopped, or a hybrid vehicle that automatically stops the engine and travels with an electric motor while the vehicle is traveling at a low load. In a vehicle having a function (hereinafter, referred to as an “engine automatic stop vehicle”), even when the engine is stopped, a friction engagement element such as a control valve, a clutch element, or a brake element that performs shift control of the automatic transmission is operated. It is necessary to supply operating pressure to the hydraulic actuator and supply lubricating oil to the lubricating system of the transmission mechanism. The control hydraulic pressure and the lubricating hydraulic pressure are covered by an ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) that circulates in the automatic transmission.
In order to enable ATF to be supplied even when the engine is stopped, the engine automatic stop vehicle is provided with an electric oil pump driven by an electric motor in addition to a mechanical oil pump driven by the engine.
By the way, in the warm-up operation after the low temperature start, the coolant temperature rises relatively quickly, so that the warm-up operation can be completed early. However, since the ATF only circulates in the automatic transmission, It is difficult to raise the temperature.
Since the viscosity is high when the temperature of the ATF is low, the friction loss becomes large. Therefore, if it takes a long time to raise the temperature, the hydraulic pressure supply to the hydraulic actuator is likely to be delayed, and not only the drivability is impaired. There is an inconvenience that fuel consumption deteriorates.
As a countermeasure, a technique is known in which an ATF warmer is used, cooling water is guided to the ATF warmer, and the temperature of the ATF is raised quickly by the heat of the cooling water.
However, since the electric oil pump is driven while the engine is stopped instead of the engine-driven oil pump, the electric oil pump is supplied through the same path as the mechanical oil pump. Accordingly, the oil passage is long, and the circulation efficiency when the ATF is led to the ATF warmer is poor, and there is a limit to raising the temperature early.
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention can raise the operating oil at a low temperature early to improve the supply delay of the operating pressure to each hydraulic actuator provided in the speed change mechanism, and to obtain good drivability. An object of the present invention is to provide a drive control device for an oil pump for a transmission capable of achieving this and improving fuel consumption.
To achieve the above object, the present invention drives a transmission oil pump that supplies hydraulic oil to a control valve unit using a first oil pump driven by an engine and a second oil pump driven by an electric motor as a hydraulic source. In the control device, an oil temperature detecting means for detecting the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil, a hydraulic oil heating means for heating the hydraulic oil, which communicates with the downstream of the control valve unit via a downstream oil passage, (2) Oil path switching means that can selectively communicate with the upstream and downstream oil paths of the control valve unit, and control for controlling the switching operation of the oil path switching means and the operation of the motor. And the control unit operates the oil passage switching means to operate the second oil pump when the oil temperature is equal to or lower than a low oil temperature judgment value. Together to communicate with the road, characterized in that for driving the electric motor.
According to the present invention, when the hydraulic oil is at a low temperature, the second oil pump is driven and the oil passage switching means is operated to connect the second oil pump to the downstream oil passage. The hydraulic oil discharged from the pump can be directly guided to the hydraulic oil heating means without passing through the control valve unit. As a result, the operating oil at a low temperature can be quickly heated by the operating oil heating means, the delay in supplying the operating pressure to each hydraulic actuator of the transmission mechanism is improved, and good drivability can be obtained. . Further, by raising the temperature of the hydraulic oil at an early stage, friction loss can be improved at an early stage even in a low-temperature start-up and a warm-up operation after the start, and fuel efficiency can be improved accordingly.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration diagram of an engine control system.
For example, in a hybrid vehicle, when restarting, power from a battery is supplied to a motor / generator via an inverter, and the engine is started by motoring the engine with the motor / generator. On the other hand, during braking, the regenerative power generated by the motor / generator is charged to the battery via the inverter.

Further, a
Further, the
An
When the speed change mechanism is a multi-stage speed change mechanism using a planetary gear device or the like, an operating pressure is selectively supplied to each hydraulic actuator that operates a friction engagement element such as a clutch element or a brake element. Shift control is performed by selectively engaging or releasing the combined element.

The

On the other hand, the

In addition, a supply / discharge oil passage 51 communicates with the working chamber 46d, and this supply / discharge oil passage 51 is provided on the side of the

The supply and discharge of the working pressure to the working chamber 46d is controlled by the switching operation of the rotary three-

In the
This routine is executed every set calculation cycle after the ignition switch is turned on and the
First, in step S1, the engine speed Ne detected by the
If it is determined that the engine stop is Ne ≦ Neo, the process proceeds to step S3. If it is determined that the engine is Ne> Neo, the process branches to step S7.
First, control when the engine is stopped will be described. In step S3, a drive signal is output to the
Next, the process proceeds to step S4, where the oil temperature Toi is compared with a low oil temperature determination value Ti (for example, 60 [° C.]). When the low oil temperature satisfies Toi ≦ Ti, the process proceeds to step S5, where Toi> Ti When the oil temperature is reached, the process proceeds to step S6. In step S5, the

As a result, as shown in FIG. 2B, the discharge port 46b communicating with the main
Accordingly, the ATF discharged from the
When the

As a result, as shown in FIG. 2A, the inflow port 46 a formed in the
When the
Next, control during engine operation will be described. If it is determined in step S2 that Ne> Neo is in operation and the process branches to step S7, the oil temperature Toi is compared with a low oil temperature determination value Ti (for example, 60 [° C.]), and low oil with Toi ≦ Ti. When it is warm, the process proceeds to step S8, the
When the
When the
As a result, heat exchange with the cooling water flowing through the
On the other hand, since the
If it is determined in step S7 that the oil temperature is higher than Toi> Ti and the process branches to step S10, the
Then, the rotary three-
As described above, in this embodiment, the
By the way, in general, if the capacity of the
