Description
The present invention relates to an inertial load driving device capable of driving an electric motor by effectively utilizing regenerative power energy obtained when the inertial load is decelerated, and further reducing the capacity of a power supply facility.
By the way, in the inertial load driving device represented by the above-described vibration damping device, generally, power supply equipment having a power capacity corresponding to the maximum driving power (maximum load power) of the electric motor that accelerates and decelerates the inertial load is used. For this reason, in the vibration damping device incorporated in a structure such as a high-rise building, the electric power required for driving the motor is large, and it cannot be denied that the power supply facility becomes very large. Moreover, when the regenerative power energy obtained when the inertial load is decelerated is stored in a capacitor (storage battery) and reused for driving an electric motor as disclosed in Patent Document 1, the power supply equipment generally has the capacitor (storage battery) itself. Is often used as a power source. Therefore, after the electric energy supplied from the outside is once stored in the capacitor (storage battery) together with the regenerative electric power energy, the electric power is supplied from the capacitor (storage battery) to the electric motor. Therefore, depending on the state of charge of the capacitor (storage battery), the regenerative power energy may not be sufficiently recovered, and it is difficult to say that all of the regenerative power energy is effectively utilized.
Furthermore, since the electric power energy supplied from the outside fluctuates with the repetition cycle of the power running state and regenerative state of the motor, the power supply equipment must have a capacity to sufficiently supply the maximum power energy of the fluctuating power energy. Therefore, it could not be denied that the power supply facilities would become large-scale.
The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and the object thereof is to drive the motor by effectively utilizing the regenerative power energy obtained when the inertial load is decelerated, and to reduce the capacity of the power supply facility. It is an object of the present invention to provide an inertial load driving device capable of performing the above.
In order to achieve the above object, an inertial load driving device according to the present invention is obtained through an electric motor that accelerates and decelerates an inertial load, a converter that converts input AC power into DC to obtain DC power energy, and the converter. A capacitor for storing power energy, and DC power energy stored in the capacitor and / or DC power energy obtained via the converter and driving the motor, and regenerative power obtained via the motor An inverter for storing energy in the capacitor, a load energy applied to the motor, a vibration control unit for controlling the operation of the inverter based on the load energy, and a voltage detection unit for detecting a voltage value applied to the capacitor And the voltage value applied to the capacitor detected by the voltage detector A filter that removes and outputs a frequency component twice the natural frequency of the inertial load; an average voltage setting unit that holds an average voltage value of the capacitor based on a value obtained by smoothing the load energy; and the filter And a power supply control unit that controls the output current of the converter by comparing the voltage value output via the average voltage value held in the average voltage setting unit (Claim 1). ).
In particular, the vibration suppression control unit is configured to estimate the load energy from the torque and speed of the electric motor (claim 2).
The inverter is configured to store regenerative energy in the capacitor when the load energy amount is regenerative, and to use regenerative energy stored in the capacitor when the load energy amount is power running. (Claim 3).
According to the inertial load driving device having the above-described configuration, the fluctuation component of the load energy (electric power) of the accelerating / decelerating motor is covered by charging / discharging of the capacitor, and the fluctuation component, that is, fluctuation at a frequency twice the natural frequency of the inertial load. The power energy for driving the electric motor is substantially supplied from the converter by removing the component of the load energy to be removed by the notch filter, so that the power consumption can be reduced. In other words, the inertial load drive device described above, when the inertial load driven by the motor is decelerating, the energy obtained by the deceleration of the inertial load is regenerated and stored in the capacitor, while the inertial load is accelerated (powering) Since the motor is driven using the energy stored by the power regeneration and the power energy that substantially drives the motor is supplied from the converter, the motor is actively utilized the power energy accumulated in the capacitor. Can be driven, and the power consumption of the inertial load driving device can be reduced. Therefore, the inertial load driving device of the present invention can reduce the power supply capacity as the power supply equipment for driving the electric motor, and can reduce the capacity of the power supply equipment.
In addition, since the load energy is configured to be estimated from the torque and speed of the electric motor, it is possible to minimize the amount of power taken in from the outside (input AC power supply) via the converter. It has a great practical effect such as.
Hereinafter, an inertial load driving device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, taking as an example a vibration damping device that suppresses shaking of a structure or the like.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a vibration damping device according to this embodiment. 1 is an inertial load provided on a vibration damping (anti-vibration) object A such as a ship or a building (building). It is a movable mass. The movable mass (inertial load) 1 is composed of a heavy object that is supported by a linear guide and is horizontally movable, and is driven by a motor (electric motor) 2 (for example, a ball screw). The mechanism is reciprocated via 3. The movable mass 1 may be a pendulum type inertia load, or an inertia load that applies a braking force to the moving force by elastically supporting the movable mass 1 using a spring (not shown). It does not matter. Such a movable mass (inertial load) 1 is driven to move so as to generate an inertial force in the direction opposite to the external force that causes the vibration to be controlled in synchronization with the vibration of the vibration control object A, whereby the above-mentioned vibration suppression object. Plays the role of suppressing (vibrating) the shaking of A.
The power supply unit for driving the
On the other hand, the power
Incidentally, the voltage applied to the
The release and supply of regenerative electric power energy by the
For this reason, the voltage of the
The power
Further, the power
The inertial load driving device according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above substantially performs voltage fluctuation (transfer of regenerative power energy) due to the power running operation and the regenerative operation of the
On the other hand, the vibration damping
Alternatively, as shown in the schematic functional block diagram of FIG. 3, when the vibration control object A is a building, the value obtained by further integrating twice the acceleration (building acceleration) applied to the building in place of the above-described lateral shake angular velocity. The rotation angle designation (displacement command) may be obtained in combination.
In order to confirm the effect of the inertial load driving apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention having such characteristics, the inventors conducted a verification test for capturing a change in supplied power energy depending on the presence or absence of the
First, the output frequency of the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the electric power required by the
On the other hand, the inertial load driving device of the present invention provided with the
Furthermore, when the output frequency of the
As shown by these results, the power energy supplied from the input
Thus, according to the vibration damping device configured as described above, the voltage fluctuation component applied to the
Therefore, the regenerative power energy obtained through the
