Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe closing device, and in particular, when a pipe work is performed by temporarily closing a part of an active pipe in a pipe such as a gas conduit, gas is leaked due to insufficient closing. The present invention relates to a closure used to assist in closing the pipe line in a supplementary manner when there is a risk of failure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a gas conduit, blocking the gas flow in a wide range of conduits has a great impact on citizens' lives. Moreover, in order to resume the distribution of the gas once interrupted, it is necessary to confirm the distribution of gas from the interrupted location to the individual gas appliances at the end of each household, which requires a lot of labor.
[0003]
Therefore, when performing construction of the gas conduit, as shown in FIG. 1, through holes 2 are drilled in the wall surface of the conduit 1 on both sides of the construction section while ensuring gas circulation to the gas conduit. An

[0010]
This closure is slid in a state that a bag having a size capable of closing the inside of the pipe is folded into a rod shape inside a cylinder having a cylindrical tip part that fits a through hole formed in the wall surface of the pipe at the tip. When the need arises, it is accommodated freely, and a pressure fluid supply means is connected to the rear end of the bag, and the tube tip portion of the tube body is coupled to a through hole formed in the conduit. The bag in the cylindrical body is protruded into the pipeline and inflated with fluid pressure to reliably block the pipeline.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since this closing tool is used only in an emergency, it is necessary to be compact and not to interfere with normal work.
[0012]
In addition, the bag in this closure is normally folded in a rod shape and accommodated in a cylinder, and inflated in the pipeline in an emergency, close to the inner surface of the pipeline by internal pressure and shut off the gas flow Must be flexible enough.
[0013]
In addition, the bag is rapidly inflated by the fluid pressure in an emergency, and is pressed against the inner surface of the pipe line with a considerably high pressure. Therefore, the bag must have a considerably high pressure resistance.
[0014]
In addition, if burrs or scales are formed on the inner surface of the gas conduit, they must be resistant to damage so that they cannot be broken by them, and must be used in a state where the leaked gas is ignited. Considering cases that must be considered, it is required to have a high degree of heat resistance.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and when the conduit 1 is not sufficiently closed by the
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Thus, the closure of the present invention folds a bag having a size capable of closing the inside of a pipe into a rod-like shape in a cylinder having a cylinder tip that fits a through hole formed in the wall of the pipe at the tip. In a closing device for a pipe line that is slidably accommodated in a slanted state and connected with a pressure fluid supply means at the rear end of the bag, the bag is subjected to an airtight treatment on the cylindrical fabric, and the cylindrical fabric is As the warp yarn and / or the weft yarn, a composite yarn in which an elastic yarn having elasticity is used as a core yarn and is covered with a high-strength fiber yarn having good heat resistance is used.
[0017]
Further, in the present invention, the composite yarn is formed by using a stretchable elastic yarn as a core yarn, covering the periphery with the high-strength fiber yarn, and winding a crimped yarn around the outside. Preferably there is.

As another example of the composite yarn 22, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), a high-strength fiber yarn 21 is covered around the core yarn 20, and a crimped yarn 23 is wound around the outside. It is preferable to use a finished yarn.
[0026]
As the elastic yarn used as the core yarn 20, a polyurethane elastic yarn is generally used, but other elastic yarns having elasticity such as polyester can also be used.
[0027]
Further, as the high-strength fiber yarn 21 that covers the periphery of the core yarn 20, fibers having high strength and high elastic modulus and high heat resistance are used, and yarns such as aramid fiber, glass fiber, and carbon fiber are used. In particular, it is preferable to use polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole (PBO) fibers.
[0028]
Further, when the high-strength fiber yarn 21 is covered around the core yarn 20 and the crimped yarn 23 is wound on the outer side thereof, the crimped yarn 23 is a normal synthetic fiber such as polyester fiber or nylon fiber. Use a material that has been subjected to bulky crimping such as Woolley processing.
[0029]
Although the composite yarn 22 can be used for either the warp yarn 16 or the weft yarn 17 of the tubular fabric 18, it is most preferable that both the warp yarn 16 and the weft yarn 17 are the composite yarn 22.
[0030]
When the composite yarn 22 is used only for either the warp yarn 16 or the weft yarn 17, it is preferable to use a high-strength fiber yarn as the other yarn. High-strength fiber yarns and ordinary synthetic fibers can be mixed and used. In this case, the ratio of high-strength fiber yarns should be 50% or more.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when a part of the gas conduit 1 is closed and pipe work is performed on the closed portion, some trouble occurs in the closing of the gas conduit 1 and there is a risk of gas leaking. When necessary, the gas conduit 1 can be supplementarily closed at a necessary place quickly as necessary to prevent an unexpected situation from occurring due to gas leakage. Therefore, by preparing the closure 4 of the present invention, it is possible to safely perform the pipe work.
[0045]
