Description
The present invention is a lighting technique for display cases such as store showcases and museum material cases, and in particular, for irradiating light from a light source outside the display case to an exhibit in the display case through an irradiation lens system. The present invention relates to a lighting device.
When storing exhibits (materials and works) in this type of display case, the display case not only protects the display items from dust outside the case, but also ensures proper lighting while keeping the environment inside the case constant. It is hoped that The environment in the case to be managed includes temperature, humidity, and gas atmosphere (for example, nitrogen gas). Appropriate lighting is lighting that produces a production effect suitable for each exhibit, and may be positive for an observer to understand the individuality and characteristics of the exhibit.
In order to control the environment in such a case, conventionally, a method is generally employed in which a lighting device is arranged outside the display case and the display in the case is irradiated with light. In this general method, light irradiation can be controlled outside the case without putting a hand in the case. Therefore, the illumination from the outside of the case is excellent from the viewpoint of protecting the exhibits inside the case. However, when irradiating light from the outside of the case, since the light is irradiated through the case, not only is the presentation effect limited, but there is a problem that light is irregularly reflected at the case portion.
The inventors have studied various lighting methods suitable for the exhibit, particularly from the viewpoint of protection and presentation of the exhibit, taking into consideration the above-described conventional lighting technology. As a result, I was convinced that the following points were required for the lighting technology of the exhibits. First, do not pass through the case, not through the case from outside the case. Second, it is possible to perform control for changing the irradiation state (for example, changing the irradiation direction and the irradiation diameter) from the outside of the case without entering the case. Thirdly, in order to make the exhibit the main character, the lighting device is attached to the case, and light transmission means such as an optical fiber is not allowed to enter the case.
In order to prevent the light transmission means from entering the case without passing through the case, it is conceivable to provide a mounting hole in the case and arrange the lighting device in the hole portion. In that case, it is required to facilitate control and work for changing the irradiation state.
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide an illumination device for an exhibition case that can easily perform control and work for changing the irradiation state.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a structure that is advantageous for airtightness of the display case.
Still another object of the present invention will become apparent from the following description.
In the present invention, a housing including a spherical portion is used as a housing of the device, and the housing is supported by an attachment hole that penetrates the display case. That is, the lighting device of the present invention includes a housing that contains a light-transmitting optical component inside and includes a spherical portion in at least a part of the outer shell, and a hole that penetrates the display case. And a support means for supporting the housing located at the periphery of the hole. Here, the reason why the housing has a spherical portion is that the positional relationship between the outer periphery of the housing and the inner periphery of the mounting hole of the display case, even when the housing rotates and changes the irradiation direction on the inner periphery of the mounting hole This is to prevent the change. Further, the light-transmitting optical component housed in the housing generally means a single lens or a plurality of (for example, 2 or 3) lenses. The concept includes a combination of a lens system and a flat plate. Why not limited to lenses, since the optical fiber has a degree of light directivity, if EXHIBIT close, because it is also possible to light irradiation without passing through the lens.
In order to facilitate control and work for obtaining a predetermined irradiation state, the support means basically has the following technical features.
(A) The support means includes a first support member having a support portion closer to the display case, and a second support member having a support portion farther from the display case than the support portion of the first support member. The spherical member of the housing is supported by the support member.
(B) The first support member is always in contact with the spherical portion of the housing, whereas the second support member can adjust the gap distance with the spherical portion of the housing. Thus, a state in which the housing is rotatably supported and a state in which the housing is fixed are obtained.
(C) The frictional force associated with the contact between the second support member and the spherical portion of the housing is made smaller than the frictional force associated with the contact between the first support member and the spherical portion of the housing. Thereby, when the second support member is in a state of fixing the housing, unnecessary movement of the housing is prevented.
The preferred form of the invention comprises the following additional technical features.
(D) The first support member having the support portion in the vicinity of the display case holds the seal ring over the entire circumference, thereby achieving airtightness between the housing and the display case.
As a light source used in the present invention, in addition to an LED excellent as a point light source, an illuminant that outputs visible light such as an incandescent lamp, a halogen lamp, a metal halide lamp, a xenon lamp, or a fluorescent lamp can be used. Moreover, the light from such a direct light source can also be used as secondary light through an optical fiber. In any case, the light source is preferably arranged at a position that does not stand out of the display case.
The first and second support members support different portions of the spherical portion of the housing. Preferably, each of the support portions of the first and second support members has a spherical shape of the housing. It is good to arrange it so as to sandwich the great circle of the part. This is because the arrangement is the most stable support form.
Of the two support members, the first support member whose support portion is closer to the display case can take a form including a seal ring represented by an O-ring and a form not including a seal ring. In the case of a configuration including a seal ring, the seal ring effectively generates an airtight function by contact with the spherical shape portion of the housing, and also has a function of maintaining the housing in a predetermined posture by frictional force at the contact portion ( In other words, the posture maintenance function) is demonstrated well.
The first support member is always in contact with the spherical shape portion of the housing, while the other second support member is in contact with the spherical shape portion of the housing and in a state having a gap away from the spherical shape portion. Can take different states. Moreover, when the second support member comes into contact with the spherical portion of the housing, the frictional force associated with the contact is smaller than the frictional force associated with the contact on the first support member side. The difference in frictional force is adjusted by rotating the housing and adjusting the irradiation state, eliminating the gap between the second support member and the housing side, and moving the housing unnecessarily when fixing the housing. Don't be crazy. Therefore, it is preferable to increase the difference in frictional force in order to eliminate unnecessary movement of the housing. In order to increase the difference, the contact area of the contact surface of the second support member is reduced (for example, the contact portions are three places in the circumferential direction), or a material that is slippery on the contact surface, such as polytetrafluoroethylene You can affix the tape.
In this type of display case illumination device, as a mechanism attached to the housing, there are an adjustment mechanism for changing an irradiation direction and an irradiation diameter (changing an irradiation state) and a shutter mechanism for blocking irradiation light. In the present invention, the irradiation adjusting mechanism and the shutter mechanism can be operated from the outside of the display case. Therefore, a necessary operation can be performed without putting a hand in a case containing materials or works as exhibits. The operation from the outside is preferable from the viewpoint of efficient work and from the viewpoint of exhibition protection.

First, the positioning of the lighting device according to the present invention, that is, the relationship between the lighting device of the present invention, an exhibition case, and an exhibit will be clarified with reference to the schematic illumination diagram of FIG. The
In the
FIG. 2 clarifies the overall structure of the direct projection
When the inside of the stepped
The
Therefore, the light emitted from the end portions of the branch
The
The
Further, it is necessary to adjust the mounting angle of the
The
If the

An illumination device for irradiating light in a display case with light from a light source outside the display case through a light transmissive optical component,
A housing that contains the light-transmitting optical component inside and includes a spherical-shaped portion in at least a part of the outer shell, and a hole that penetrates the display case, so as to receive the housing so as to extend inside and outside the display case And a supporting means for supporting the housing located at the periphery of the hole,
An illumination device for an exhibition case whose support means has the following technical characteristics.
(A) The support means has a first support member having a support portion closer to the display case, and a support portion located farther from the display case than the support portion of the first support member. The spherical portion of the housing is supported by the second support member.
(B) The first support member is always in contact with the spherical portion of the housing, whereas the second support member is a gap distance with the spherical portion of the housing. Can be adjusted, thereby obtaining a state in which the housing is rotatably supported and a state in which the housing is fixed.
(C) The frictional force associated with the contact between the second support member and the spherical portion of the housing is made smaller than the frictional force associated with the contact between the first support member and the spherical portion of the housing. . Thereby, when the second support member is in a state of fixing the housing, unnecessary movement of the housing is prevented.
(D) The first support member has a pair of support pieces, the pair of support pieces are separated from each other, and have a mounting groove for a seal ring between them, and the mounting ring has a seal ring that goes around the circumference. And the airtightness between the housing and the display case is achieved, and the pair of support pieces cooperates with the inner peripheral portion of the seal ring, and their respective tips support the support portion. The first support member having the pair of support pieces is configured to generate a frictional force sufficient to maintain the housing in a predetermined posture by contact with the spherical portion of the housing. Combined with C, unnecessary movement of the housing is effectively prevented when the second support member is fixed to the housing.
