Claims (9)
- ほぼ水平の燃焼ガス流れ方向(x)に燃焼ガスが貫流される燃焼ガス通路(6)の中に蒸発器貫流伝熱面(8)が配置され、該蒸発器貫流伝熱面(8)が流れ媒体の貫流に対して並列接続された複数の蒸気発生管(12)を有し、流れ媒体側において幾本かの蒸気発生管(12)ごとにそれぞれ、後置接続された出口管寄せ(20)を備えているボイラ(1)において、
各出口管寄せ(20)がそれぞれ組入れ形の気水分離要素(28)を有し、それぞれの出口管寄せ(20)が前記気水分離要素(28)を介して流れ媒体側において、後置接続された過熱器伝熱面(10)の複数の過熱管(22)に接続されることにより、該ボイラ(1)の気水分離システムが分散配置されたものとし、
前記各出口管寄せ(20)がそれぞれほぼ円筒体(32)として形成され、該円筒体(32)が蒸気発生管(12)に接続されていない端部において排水管部材(38)に接続されることにより、前記出口管寄せ(20)が、慣性分離の原理に基づく水・蒸気分離装置として構成され、
それぞれの前記円筒体(32)から、あるいはそれぞれの排水管部材(38)から、流れ媒体用の流出管部材(34)が分岐していることを特徴とするボイラ。 - 円筒体(32)および/又は排水管部材(38)が、それぞれの長手方向が水平線に対して流れ方向下向きに傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボイラ。
- 幾つかのあるいはすべての気水分離要素(28)が水出口側において群を成してそれぞれ共用の出口ヘッダ(40)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のボイラ。
- それぞれの出口ヘッダ(40)に集水タンク(42)が後置接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のボイラ。
- 集水タンク(42)に接続された排出管(44)に、制御装置(60)を介して制御可能な調整弁(64)が接続され、その制御装置(60)に、気水分離装置に後置接続された過熱器伝熱面(10)の蒸気側出口における流れ媒体のエンタルピに対応する特性値が入力されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のボイラ。
- 蒸気発生管(12)に付設された循環ポンプ(66)が制御装置(60)を介して制御されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のボイラ。
- 各出口管寄せ(20)が燃焼ガス通路(6)の上側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のボイラ。
- 蒸発器貫流伝熱面(8)が、同じ蒸発器貫流伝熱面(8)における他の蒸気発生管(12)に比べてより多く加熱される蒸気発生管(12)が前記の他の蒸気発生管(12)に比べてより大きな流れ媒体流量を有するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のボイラ。
- 燃焼ガス通路(6)に燃焼ガス側においてガスタービンが前置接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のボイラ。
