Description

The present invention relates to a document pressure plate opening / closing device suitable for use in a copying machine, a printing machine, a facsimile machine, a scanner, or the like.

In a main body of a copying machine, a printing machine, a facsimile machine, a scanner, or the like, a document pressing plate is attached to a rear portion of the upper surface of the main body via a document pressing plate opening / closing device. The document crimping plate opening / closing device is a kind of hinge mechanism. The document crimping plate is pivotally supported around a hinge axis so that the document crimping plate can be brought into close contact with the contact glass surface on the upper surface of the main body. The contact glass can be exposed. To set the document on the contact glass surface, rotate the document crimping plate (move upward) to expose (open) the contact glass surface, and place the document on the contact glass surface. The original can be set on the contact glass surface by rotating the original pressure plate in the opposite direction (moving downward) and pressing the original on the contact glass surface with the original pressure plate.

This original pressure plate opening / closing device can rotate the original pressure plate without feeling its original weight by the biasing force of the elastic means, and stably stops and holds the original pressure plate on the contact glass at a predetermined opening angle. However, when the original is set on the contact glass surface, the original pressure plate is automatically closed from a closing angle of about 10 °, for example. Since the pressing force of the elastic means is weaker than the weight of the original pressure-bonding plate when the original pressure-bonding plate is less than the closing angle of about 20 °. Yes. As a result, when the original cover is closed (turned downward), the original cover is likely to drop abruptly (easily turns at a high speed), and the position of the original is displaced by the hand pressure or wind pressure. There was a case.

For this reason, in order to prevent the document crimping plate from rotating suddenly from a predetermined closing angle, a document crimping plate opening / closing device including a fluid damper device that operates only at a predetermined closing angle or less has been proposed (for example, (See Patent Document 1). When the original cover is turned in the closing direction, the original cover is closed without being affected by the elastic force of the elastic means. For example, the influence of the elastic means of the elastic means from the closing angle of about 60 °. However, it is closed by applying a little force, and from the closing angle of about 20 °, the weight of the original pressing plate starts to win and rapidly starts to turn, but comes to a closing angle of about 10 °. Then, since the rotation speed of the original cover is controlled by the fluid damper device, the rotational force is deviated and the original cover is gently rotated in the closing direction.
Utility Model Registration No. 2558914

By the way, in the known document crimping plate opening / closing device described above, the rotation speed of the document crimping plate is controlled by the fluid damper device, so the momentum of the rotation speed is staggered and the document crimping plate is gently rotated in the closing direction. However, if the rotation speed of the original pressure bonding plate by the fluid damper device is low, the original pressure bonding plate may float from the contact glass surface and the original document may not be pressure bonded to the contact glass surface. In addition, if the document crimping plate opening / closing device is equipped with an automatic document feeder, the paper feeder roller or document retainer of the automatic document feeder may float from the contact glass surface, preventing automatic paper feeding. obtain.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to control the rotation speed of the original cover and to close the original cover without floating from the main body when closed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a document crimping plate opening / closing device that can be operated.

In order to achieve the above object, a document crimping plate opening / closing apparatus according to the present invention includes a mounting member attached to a main body of a copying machine, a printing machine, a facsimile machine, a scanner, and the like, and a document crimping plate rotatably connected to the mounting member. A supporting member that is attached to the supporting member so as to be openable and closable, and is provided between the mounting member and the supporting member, and urges the document pressing plate to rotate in the opening direction, and the document pressing plate. Is provided between the mounting member and the support member, and the biasing force for biasing the original cover is weaker than the weight of the original cover, and the original cover. A document crimping plate opening and closing mechanism comprising a fluid damper device that operates only when the document crimping plate is not more than the predetermined closing angle when the plate rotates in the closing direction and reduces the rotational speed of the document crimping plate. an apparatus, before The fluid damper device includes a cylinder with a lid filled with a fluid inside, and an axially moving bias that is provided in the cylinder and divides the inside of the cylinder into two first fluid chambers and a second fluid chamber. And a piston rod attached to the piston and projecting one end of the piston to the outside of the lid of the cylinder via a seal member, and the piston rod is moved between the cylinder and the piston during operation of the piston rod. The fluid is moved from one of the first and second fluid chambers to the other to cushion the falling speed of the original pressure plate, and the inner diameter of the cylinder inner wall is expanded to form a cylinder recess. A plurality of piston recesses are provided from one end to the middle at a predetermined interval on the outer periphery of the piston, so that the fall buffering effect of the original crimping plate is in operation. Characterized in that form so that small a.

According to the present invention, since the fluid damper device is provided, when the original pressure plate is rotated in the closing direction (sometimes referred to as a closing direction), the original pressure plate is below a predetermined closing angle. Then, the fluid damper device operates to reduce the rotation speed of the original cover, and gently closes the original cover so that the original cover is in close contact with the main body. When the document crimping plate is in close contact with the main body, the buffer effect of the fluid damper device is small because the fluid damper device is configured so that the buffering effect of reducing the rotation speed of the document crimping plate is reduced from the middle of operation. The original cover is brought into close contact with the main body without floating.

In the document crimping plate opening and closing device of the present invention, the elastic means is composed of a pair of sliders fitted in the support member and a compression coil spring provided in these sliders, and the fluid damper device is It is provided in a compression coil spring. In the document crimping plate opening and closing device of the present invention, a lift member for mounting the document crimping plate is attached to the support member by being urged to rotate in one direction on the free end side thereof. .

As described above, according to the document crimping plate opening and closing device according to the present invention, when the document crimping plate becomes a predetermined closing angle or less, the fluid damper device operates to reduce the rotation speed of the document crimping plate. While controlling the rotational speed of the crimping plate, the fluid damper device is configured so that the buffering effect of reducing the rotational speed of the original crimping plate is reduced from the middle of the operation, so that the original crimping plate does not float from the main body. It can be brought into close contact with the body.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a document crimping plate opening / closing device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 3 are views showing an example of a document pressing plate opening / closing device according to the present invention. The document crimping plate opening / closing apparatus according to the present invention is a device that rotatably attaches a document crimping plate to a contact glass 20 on the upper surface of a copying machine, printing machine, facsimile, scanner, or the like. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the document crimping plate opening and closing device according to the present invention is attached to the body 2 and is attached to the document crimping plate 3 by being rotatably connected to the mounting member 4. A support member 5 that supports the document crimping plate 3 so that the document crimping plate 3 can be opened and closed, and is provided between the mounting member 4 and the support member 5 to rotate and bias the document crimping plate 3 in the opening direction. When the angle is equal to or less than a predetermined closing angle, the biasing force for biasing the document crimping plate 3 is provided between the elastic member 7 whose weight is less than the weight of the document crimping plate 3, the mounting member 4 and the support member 5, and the document crimping plate. And a fluid damper device 8 that operates only when the original pressing plate 3 is not more than a predetermined closing angle when the document 3 is rotated in the closing direction.

The attachment member 4 includes a bottom plate 41 attached to the main body 2, both side plates 42 extending from both side end portions of the bottom plate 41 in a direction orthogonal to the bottom plate 41 (including a substantially orthogonal direction), and one end of the bottom plate 41. A substantially rectangular rear plate 43 extending from a portion (rear end portion) in a direction orthogonal to the bottom plate 41 (including a substantially orthogonal direction).

The bottom plate 41 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape and is attached to the main body 2 with screws or the like. The side plate 42 is formed in a substantially L shape, and a first hinge pin hole 46 is provided at the tip (upper part) of the mounting piece 42a extending in a direction orthogonal to the bottom plate 41 (including a direction substantially orthogonal). Yes. A fixing pin hole 47 is provided at a position biased toward the bottom plate 41 side (downward) and inward (frontward) from the first hinge pin hole 46 of the mounting piece 42a. The fixing pin 13 is inserted into the fixing pin hole 47 of both the attachment pieces 42a. Further, the front end surface of the mounting piece 42 a is formed as an inclined portion 42 b that extends substantially parallel to a straight line connecting the first hinge pin hole 46 and the fixing pin hole 47.

The support member 5 includes an upper plate 51, both side plates 52 extending from both side end portions of the upper plate 51 in a direction orthogonal to the upper plate 51 (including a direction substantially orthogonal), and a front end portion of the side plate 52. And a guide plate 53 that is bent by 90 ° on opposite sides. The other end portion (front end portion) of the upper plate 51 is provided with a stopper portion 55 that is bent in a direction opposite to the side plate 52.

A first hinge pin hole 57 through which the second hinge pin 12 is inserted is provided at one end portion (rear end portion) of the both side plates 52, and a notch portion 54 into which an operation pin 14 described later is inserted. A first hinge pin insertion hole (not shown) is provided at the other end (front end) of the side plates 52. The first hinge pin insertion hole of the both side plates 52 and the first hinge pin hole 46 of the attachment member 4 are aligned with each other, and the first hinge pin 11 is inserted into these holes 46, whereby the support member 5 is first attached to the attachment member 4. The hinge pin 11 is pivotally connected about an axis.

The support member 5 is attached to the original cover 3, but is preferably attached to the original cover 3 so as to be rotatable. As described above, the support member 5 is pivotally attached to the original cover 3 so that a thick original can be stably adhered to the upper surface of the main body 2. The support member 5 may be directly attached to the original cover 3, but is preferably attached to the original cover 3 via a lift member 6.

The lift member 6 includes an upper plate 61 that is attached to the rear end side of the document pressing plate 3 with screws or the like, and directions that are orthogonal to the upper plate 61 from both ends of the upper plate 61 (a direction that is substantially orthogonal). ) And both side plates 62 are formed in a substantially U shape so as to cover the support member 5. A second hinge pin insertion hole (not shown) is provided at a position closer to the upper plate 61 than the center of one end (rear end) of the lift member 6, and on the other end side from the second hinge pin insertion hole. In addition, an operation pin hole (not shown) through which the operation pin 14 is inserted is provided at a position opposite to the upper plate 61 side from the center. The operating pin 14 is inserted and fixed in the operating pin hole of the both side plates 62. The second hinge pin insertion hole of the both side plates 62 of the lift member 6 and the second hinge pin hole of the both side plates 52 of the support member 5 are aligned with each other, and the second hinge pin 12 is inserted into these holes, so that the lift member 6 The support member 5 is coupled to the second hinge pin 12 so as to be rotatable with respect to each other.

The elastic means 7 urges the document crimping plate 3 to rotate in the opening direction, and when the document crimping plate 3 is below a predetermined closing angle, the urging force for urging the document crimping plate 3 is applied to the document crimping plate 3. It is weaker than weight. The elastic means 7 includes, for example, a pair of sliders 71 and 72 fitted in the support member 5 and a compression coil spring 73 provided in the pair of sliders 71 and 72.

The pair of sliders 71 and 72 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape having a rectangular cross section. The pair of sliders 71 and 72 are individually slidably fitted into the support member 5 so that their openings face each other, and a compression coil spring 73 is accommodated in the pair of sliders 71 and 72. Yes. The pair of sliders 71 and 72 is configured such that when the bottom plate 41 of the mounting member 4 and the support member 5 (upper plate 51) are substantially parallel (for example, the original pressing plate 3 is brought into close contact with the surface of the contact glass 20 of the main body 2). (When the original pressure plate is in close contact), it is formed with a length that fits into the support member 5.

The number of the compression coil springs 73 is not particularly limited, and may be one or two or more. For example, two compression coil springs 73 are provided in parallel and urge the pair of sliders 71 and 72 in directions away from each other. . The compression coil spring 73 urges the document crimping plate 3 in the opening direction, and when the document crimping plate 3 is below a predetermined closing angle (for example, 20 ° (including around 20 °)). The urging force for urging the pressure plate 3 is weaker than the weight of the original pressure plate 3.

The outer surface of the closing surface 71a, which is the bottom surface of the slider (first slider) 71 on the tip side, is formed as a flat surface. The closing surface 71 a presses the operating pin 14 by the urging force of the compression coil spring 73 so that the support member 5 and the lift member 6 overlap each other. That is, the upper plate 61 of the lift member 6 comes into contact with the stopper portion 55 of the support member 5 by the biasing force of the compression coil spring 73, and the upper plate 51 of the support member 5 and the upper plate 61 of the lift member 6 are substantially parallel. , And come close.

A protrusion 72 a is provided at a substantially central portion of the outer surface of the bottom portion of the slider (second slider) 72 on the rear end side. The protrusion 72 a is formed to extend substantially parallel to the upper plate 51 of the support member 5. The bottom outer surface of the second slider 72 on the guide plate 53 side of the protrusion 72a is formed as an inclined portion 72b that is gradually inclined. A protrusion 72a and an inclined portion 72b on the outer surface of the bottom portion of the second slider 72 are formed as one kind of cam.

That is, the first side of the original pressure plate 3 is separated from the main body 2 (upward) from the state where the original pressure plate 3 is in close contact with the surface of the contact glass 20 of the main body 2 (closed position (see FIG. 1)). When the hinge pin 11 is rotated around the shaft, the portion that contacts the fixed pin 13 gradually slides from the projecting portion 72a to the inclined portion 72b, and the second slider 72 is moved back in the support member 5 by the compression coil spring 73. The compression coil spring 73 is gradually extended by being pressed and slid toward the end side. When the document pressing plate 3 reaches the maximum use open position with respect to the upper surface of the main body 2 (see FIG. 2), its rotation is restricted by a document pressing plate rotation restricting mechanism (not shown). 1 to 3, reference numeral 72 c denotes an extended piece, and the guide plate 53 is positioned between the extended piece 72 c and the wall portion forming the second slider 72. .

When the original pressure plate 3 rotates in the closing direction, the fluid damper device 8 increases the rotation speed of the original pressure plate 3 only when the original pressure plate 3 is less than a predetermined closing angle (for example, around 10 ° or less). It operates so as to reduce, and the buffering effect for reducing the rotation speed of the original cover 3 is configured to be reduced from the middle of the operation. It is a characteristic part of the present invention that the buffering effect for reducing the rotation speed of the original cover 3 is reduced during the operation.

The fluid damper device 8 is, for example, an oil damper device or the like, and is provided in the compression coil spring 73. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, the fluid damper device 8 is provided with a cylinder 81 filled with an oil 85 such as silicon oil, and is movably provided in the cylinder 81, and a piston rod 83 is connected to the fluid damper device 8. It is mainly composed of a piston 82.

The cylinder 81 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical body, for example. The bottom portion of the cylinder 81 is formed in a flange shape, and this flange-shaped bottom portion is detachably fixed to the inner surface of the bottom portion of the first slider 71, for example. That is, the cylinder 81 is provided in the compression coil spring 73, and the cylinder 81, that is, the fluid damper device 8 may be provided in all the compression coil springs 73, or may be provided in any compression coil spring 73. For example, it is provided in one compression coil spring 73. The diameter of the cylinder 81 is not particularly limited as long as it can be provided in the compression coil spring 73. The length of the cylinder 81 (length in the longitudinal direction (axial direction)) is not particularly limited. For example, when the distance between the pair of first and second sliders 71 and 72 is the narrowest, the cylinder An opening 81 is formed to have a dimension positioned near the inner surface 72 d (see FIGS. 1 to 3) of the bottom of the second slider 72. A lid 84 is provided in a sealed state at the opening of the cylinder 81.

The piston 82 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape as shown in FIGS. The piston 82 is provided in the cylinder 81 so as to be movable in the axial direction substantially coaxially with the cylinder 81. The piston 82 partitions the inside of the cylinder 81 into a first fluid chamber 86 and a second fluid chamber 87 in the axial direction. The diameter and length (length in the axial direction) of the piston 82 are arbitrarily selected from a range in which a buffering effect for reducing the rotation speed of the original cover 3 can be obtained. On the surface of the piston 82 on the opening side of the cylinder 81, a rod attachment portion 82a for attaching the piston rod 83 coaxially (including substantially coaxially) is provided. The remaining surface of the piston 82 is formed in a concave shape, and a spring seat 88 is provided in the concave portion. A compression spring 89 is provided between the spring seat 88 and the inner surface 81 a of the bottom of the cylinder 81 to constantly urge the piston 82 toward the opening of the cylinder 81.

The piston rod 83 extends in the second fluid chamber 87, and a tip portion thereof extends outward of the cylinder 81 through a rod through hole 84 a of the lid body 84. A rod portion 95 is attached to the outer periphery of the piston rod 83 from the vicinity of the rod through hole 84a to the tip portion so as to cover the piston rod 83 in an airtight state. The rod portion 95 is substantially a piston rod and is formed in a cylindrical shape. A stopper portion 96 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the rod through hole 84a is provided on the outer periphery of the rod portion 95 in the cylinder 81, and the piston 82 and the piston rod 83 can move from the cylinder 81 toward the opening end. Be regulated. A sealing material (not shown) such as an O-ring is provided between the lid 84 and the rod portion 95.

The piston rod 83 and the stopper portion 96 of the rod portion 95 are arranged on the inner surface 72d of the bottom portion of the second slider 72 at a predetermined closing angle of the original cover 3, for example, 10 ° (including around 10 °). When the document crimping plate 3 is rotated in the closing direction and the closing angle of the document crimping plate 3 is 10 °, the tip of the piston rod 83 is formed. Comes into contact with the inner surface of the bottom of the second slider 72, and the oil 85 in the first fluid chamber 86 flows between the cylinder 81 and the piston 82 and flows into the second fluid chamber 87 to rotate the original cover 3. The speed is reduced. Although the bottom portion of the cylinder 81 is detachably fixed to the inner surface of the bottom portion of the first slider 71, the bottom portion of the cylinder 81 may be detachably fixed to the inner surface 72d of the bottom portion of the second slider 72.

Further, the cylinder 81 and the piston 82 are formed so that the buffering effect for reducing the rotation speed of the original cover 3 is reduced from the middle of the operation. The cylinder 81 and the piston 82 may be formed in any way as long as the buffering effect can be reduced from the middle of the operation. For example, a cylinder recess 91 is provided on the inner wall of the cylinder 81 and the piston recess is formed on the outer periphery which is the outer wall of the piston 82. 92 may be provided.

The cylinder recess 91 is formed by, for example, expanding the inner wall of the cylinder 81. The cylinder recess 91 is provided when the piston 82 is urged by the compression spring 89 and the exposed length of the piston rod 83 exposed from the cylinder 81 is maximum (when the fluid damper device 8 is not operating). ), Slightly from the opening side of the cylinder 81 to the vicinity of the opening from the axial center of the piston 82. That is, the inner wall of the cylinder 81 is formed with a portion having two different diameters, a small diameter portion and a large diameter portion, and the large diameter portion is formed as a cylinder recess 91.

A plurality of piston recesses 92 may be provided on the outer periphery of the piston 82 in the axial direction and provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The shape of the piston recess 92 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a semicircular shape (including those having a circular arc surface), a triangular shape, a rectangular shape, and a polygonal shape. The piston recess 92 is formed, for example, slightly extending from the center of the piston 82 in the axial direction from the opening of the cylinder 81 to the end of the opening. That is, the piston recess 92 is formed to extend in the axial direction of the piston 82 so as to face the cylinder recess 91 when the fluid damper device 8 is not operating. Further, eight piston recesses 92 are provided on the outer periphery of the piston 82 at equal intervals, for example, 45 ° intervals. Thus, by providing the piston recess 92 and the cylinder recess 91, when the oil 85 in the first fluid chamber 86 flows between the cylinder 81 and the piston 82 and flows into the second fluid chamber 87, the oil 85 is Since it flows into the piston recess 92 and the cylinder recess 91, the buffering effect of reducing the rotation speed of the original cover 3 is reduced from the middle of the operation. Therefore, by changing the shape and depth of the cylinder recess 91 and the shape and number of the piston recesses 92, the effect of reducing the buffering effect during the operation can be arbitrarily changed.

Next, the operation of the document crimping plate opening / closing device according to the present invention will be described.

The original cover 3 is in close contact with the contact glass surface of the main body 2 when the main body 2 such as a copying machine is not used, as shown in FIG. In order to place a document on the surface of the contact glass 20, first, a gripping portion provided at an end of the document crimping plate 3 on the side opposite to the portion where the lift member 6 is attached or the vicinity thereof is provided. Hold the document crimping plate 3 upward. That is, the original cover 3 is rotated in the opening direction. Then, the original cover 3 rotates only about the first hinge pin 11 and the contact glass surface is exposed to the outside (see FIG. 2). A document is placed on the exposed surface of the contact glass 20.

After the placement, the raised original cover 3 is lowered. That is, the original cover 3 is rotated in the closing direction. Then, the original cover 3 rotates about the first hinge pin 11 in the direction in which it contacts the contact glass 20 (moves downward). At this time, the upper plate 61 of the lift member 6 is in contact with the stopper portion 55 of the support member 5 by the urging force of the compression coil spring 73, that is, the original pressure plate 3 (lift member 6) is in the second hinge pin 12. The original cover 3 is rotated downward about only the first hinge pin 11 without rotating about the axis.

Thus, when the original cover 3 is rotated in the closing direction, a little force is initially required to resist the biasing force of the compression coil spring 73. For example, the opening angle of the original cover 3 is If the angle is less than 20 ° (including around 20 °), the weight of the original pressure plate 3 becomes stronger than the urging force of the compression coil spring 73, so that the original pressure plate 3 rotates so as to fall. When the opening angle of the original cover 3 is, for example, 10 ° (including around 10 °), the tip of the piston rod 83 of the fluid damper device 8 comes into contact with the inner surface of the bottom of the second slider 72, and the piston rod 83 is moved. The piston 82 presses the first fluid chamber 86 against the biasing force of the compression spring 89. As a result, the oil 85 in the first fluid chamber 86 passes between the cylinder 81 and the piston 82 and flows into the second fluid chamber 87, and the piston rod 83 moves into the cylinder 81 and the exposed length of the piston rod 83. Becomes shorter, and the rotation speed of the original cover 3 is reduced. As a result, the rotation speed of the document crimping plate 3 is controlled by the fluid damper device 8, so that the document crimping plate 3 does not collide with the contact glass 20 vigorously.

Further, when the oil 85 in the first fluid chamber 86 flows between the cylinder 81 and the piston 82 and flows into the second fluid chamber 87, the oil 85 flows into the piston recess 92 and the cylinder recess 91. Since the movement of 82 into the cylinder 81, that is, the contraction speed of the piston rod 83 is increased, the buffer effect for reducing the rotation speed of the original cover 3 is reduced from the middle of the operation. Therefore, when the original cover 3 is close to the contact glass 20, the original cover 3 is in close contact with the contact glass surface without floating from the contact glass surface when no original is on the surface of the contact glass 20. As a result, when a thin original such as paper is placed on the surface of the contact glass 20, the original pressing plate 3 comes into surface contact with the paper, and the entire original is pressed by the original pressing plate 3. Since it is pressed against the contact glass surface, the document is stably adhered to the contact glass surface. As described above, when the document pressing plate 3 is brought into close contact with the contact glass surface without floating from the contact glass surface, when the document pressing plate opening / closing device is provided with the automatic document feeding device, the paper of the automatic document feeding device is provided. There is no possibility that the feeding roller, the document pressing plate, etc. are lifted from the contact glass surface and cannot automatically feed the paper.

Further, when the document is thick like a book as shown in FIG. 3, when the document crimping plate 3 is rotated (moved downward), the end 30a of the document 30 on the support member 5 side or the vicinity thereof A part of the document crimping plate 3 near the support member 5 is in contact with the document crimping plate 3, and a space is formed between the document crimping plate 3 and the end of the document 30 opposite to the end 30 a on the support member 5 side. . That is, the document pressing plate 3 at the end on the gripping portion side is in a floating state. When, for example, the vicinity of the gripping part side end of the floating original cover 3 is pressed against the contact glass 20 side, the operating pin 14 presses the first slider 71 toward the second slider 72 side to attach the compression coil spring 73. The first slider 71 moves toward the second slider 72 against the force, and the original cover 3 (lift member 6) rotates about the second hinge pin 12. That is, the original cover 3 moves so as to cover the upper part of the original 30. For example, when the upper part of the original 30 is a flat surface, the original cover 3 comes into surface contact with the upper part. Therefore, the thick original 30 is stably adhered to the contact glass surface.

Therefore, the document crimping plate opening / closing device 1 according to the present invention can prevent the document crimping plate 3 from strikingly contacting the contact glass 20 and can adhere to the contact glass surface without the document crimping plate 3 floating from the contact glass surface. In addition, the original can be stably adhered to the main body regardless of the thickness.

In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the case where the second slider 72 is used has been described. However, the second slider 72 may be replaced with a spring receiving member having a known configuration in which the second slider 72 is swingably attached to the fixed pin 13. The object of the present invention can be achieved.
