Claims (16)
- 筒状の胴と胴の両端開口を閉鎖する鏡板とよりなるライナが複数並べられており、隣り合う2つのライナどうしが、両者間に設けられた連結部材を介して連結一体化され、連結部材を介して連結一体化されたライナの内部どうしが、ライナおよび連結部材に形成された連通路を介して通じさせられており、連結部材が、隣り合う2つのライナにそれぞれ設けられた連結部材形成用突起の先端どうしが当接させられた状態で接合されることにより形成され、連結部材の側面に、両連結部材形成用突起に跨る有底穴が形成され、隣り合う2つのライナに、その内面から有底穴の内周面に至る貫通穴が形成され、有底穴の開口が連結部材に接合された蓋により閉鎖され、連結部材の有底穴および両ライナの貫通穴により連通路が形成されている圧力容器。
- 筒状の胴と胴の両端開口を閉鎖する鏡板とよりなるライナが複数並べられており、隣り合う2つのライナどうしが、両者間に設けられた連結部材を介して連結一体化され、連結部材を介して連結一体化されたライナの内部どうしが、ライナおよび連結部材に形成された連通路を介して通じさせられており、連結部材が、隣り合う2つのライナのうちのいずれか一方に設けられた連結部材形成用突起が、同他方に接合されることにより形成され、連結部材の側面に有底穴が形成され、一方のライナに、その内面から有底穴の内周面に至る第1の貫通穴と、連結部材形成用突起の先端から有底穴の内周面に至る第2の貫通穴とが形成され、他方のライナに、その内面から外面に至る第3の貫通穴が形成され、有底穴の開口が連結部材に接合された蓋により閉鎖され、第2および第3の貫通穴が相互に通じさせられ、連結部材の有底穴、一方のライナの第1および第2の貫通穴、ならびに他方のライナの第3の貫通穴により連通路が形成されている圧力容器。
- 筒状の胴と胴の両端開口を閉鎖する鏡板とよりなるライナが複数並べられており、隣り合う2つのライナどうしが、両者間に設けられた連結部材を介して連結一体化され、連結部材を介して連結一体化されたライナの内部どうしが、ライナおよび連結部材に形成された連通路を介して通じさせられており、連結部材が、隣り合う2つのライナにそれぞれ設けられた連結部材形成用突起どうしが、ねじ結合手段により結合されることにより形成され、隣り合う2つのライナに、その内面から連結部材形成用突起の先端に至る貫通状めねじ穴が形成され、軸方向に伸びる貫通穴を有する棒状おねじ部品が両めねじ穴に跨ってねじ嵌められ、両ライナのめねじ穴およびおねじ部品の貫通穴により連通路が形成され、両ライナの連結部材形成用突起とおねじ部品との間が密封されている圧力容器。
- 一方のライナのめねじ穴と他方のライナのめねじ穴のねじの方向が異なっており、おねじ部品の長さ方向の中央部に外向きフランジが形成され、おねじ部品における外向きフランジの両側部分のねじの方向が相互に異なっており、おねじ部品における外向きフランジの片側部分が一方のライナのめねじ穴にねじ嵌められるとともに、同じく他側部分が他方のライナのめねじ穴にねじ嵌められ、外向きフランジの両面と両ライナの連結部材形成用突起の先端との間にそれぞれシール部材が介在させられている請求項3記載の圧力容器。
- ライナが、ライナを長さ方向に分断したような形状となされた少なくとも2つのライナ構成部材を接合することにより形成されており、鏡板を構成するライナ構成部材に、連結部材形成用突起が一体に形成されている請求項1〜4のうちのいずれかに記載の圧力容器。
- すべてのライナにより1つの閉空間が形成され、当該閉空間を外部に通じさせる口部を備えている請求項1〜5のうちのいずれかに記載の圧力容器。
- 口部の数が1つであり、いずれか1つのライナの一方の鏡板に、口部が一体に形成されている請求項6記載の圧力容器。
- 各ライナの外周面に、補強繊維に樹脂が含浸硬化させられてなる繊維強化樹脂層が形成されている請求項1〜7のうちのいずれかに記載の圧力容器。
- 繊維強化樹脂層が、補強繊維を胴の周囲にその周方向に巻き付けてなるフープ巻繊維層および補強繊維を両鏡板にかかるようにして胴の長さ方向に巻き付けてなるヘリカル巻繊維層と、これらの繊維層に含浸させて硬化させた樹脂とよりなる請求項8記載の圧力容器。
- 燃料水素充填用圧力容器、燃料電池、および燃料水素充填用圧力容器から燃料電池に燃料水素ガスを送る圧力配管を備えており、燃料水素充填用圧力容器が請求項8または9記載の圧力容器からなる燃料電池システム。
- 請求項10記載の燃料電池システムを搭載した燃料電池自動車。
- 請求項10記載の燃料電池システムを備えたコージェネレーションシステム。
- 天然ガス充填用圧力容器および天然ガス充填用圧力容器から天然ガスを送り出す圧力配管を備えており、天然ガス充填用圧力容器が請求項8または9記載の圧力容器からなる天然ガス供給システム。
- 請求項13記載の天然ガス供給システムと、発電機と、発電機駆動装置を備えているコージェネレーションシステム。
- 請求項13記載の天然ガス供給システムと、天然ガスを燃料とするエンジンとを備えている天然ガス自動車。
