Description
The present invention relates to a cooker sensor used for temperature detection of a detachable heated cooked body, and an electric heating cooker using the cooker sensor.
As represented by an inner pot of a rice cooker and a cooking plate of a hot plate, the cooking object to be heated is required to have excellent cleaning properties because a cooking surface on which ingredients are placed is formed. For this reason, the to-be-heated cooking body is normally stored in the casing of a cooking appliance so that attachment or detachment is possible. A contact type is widely adopted as a temperature detection for this type of cooked object. In consideration of the fact that the cooked object is detachable, the cooker sensor can be contacted by using the operation of attaching the cooked object.
The cooker sensor as described above includes a sensor case that houses the temperature sensing element, and a metal cap that is fitted into an opening formed at the front end of the sensor case, and the metal cap and the temperature sensing element. In order to generate heat transfer through the opening and to support the sensor case so as to be able to advance and retreat with respect to the cooked object, one that pushes the rear end of the sensor case forward with a coil spring is widely used. (For example,
The sensor case is supported by a casing of the cooking utensil. The said metal cap is a contact part with a to-be-heated cooking body. The metal cap fitted to the front end of the sensor case is maintained in a state of protruding from the casing by the biasing. The sensor case side is prevented from coming off against the bias by engaging the casing side.
When the cooked body is mounted on the casing, the cooked body hits a metal cap protruding from the casing, and the coil spring is compressed by the weight, and is pushed down together with the sensor case. For this reason, contact with a metal cap is maintained even in the state where mounting of the cooked object is completed.
In order to push the rear end of the sensor case with the coil spring, the sensor case has a spring receiver at the rear end. For this reason, the lead wire of the temperature sensing element is passed through the inside of the coil spring and taken out behind the sensor case. A wiring path that opens from the rear end to the outside of the sensor case is formed inside the sensor case so that the lead wires can be passed separately or collectively. Since the sensor case is an insulator, the connection between the temperature sensing element and the lead wire is insulated from the outside.
Although the said metal cap is made into the non-charging part, it is exposed to the storage space of the said casing. For this reason, it is necessary to consider electric shock countermeasures. In Japan, it is not required to ground the metal cap in an electric heating cooker with a 100V power supply voltage.
However, export specifications require that the metal cap be grounded according to the domestic laws of the export destination.
In the cooker sensor disclosed in
If the ground wiring path is formed in advance, the ground wire can be taken out from the ground wiring path inside the sensor case to the outside of the sensor case, and the plate member constituting one end of the ground wire is connected to the inner surface of the metal cap. The metal cap can be connected to the ground by contacting or joining the metal cap. The plate member is passed through a ground wiring path formed inside the sensor case, which is an insulator, and is insulated from the outside. The cooker sensor of
However, the cooker sensor disclosed in
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is capable of performing a specification change for adding a ground connection to a metal cap of a cooker sensor to be brought into contact with a cooked object only by connecting a ground wire, It is intended to prevent high temperature during ground energization without being affected by.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention includes a sensor case that houses a temperature-sensitive element, and a metal cap that is fitted into an opening formed at the front end of the sensor case. Heat transfer through the opening is generated between the elements, the rear end of the sensor case is pushed forward by a coil spring, and a ground wiring path is formed inside the sensor case to open from the rear end to the outside of the sensor case. And the sensor for cooking appliances which made the said sensor case an insulator is assumed. As described in the background art above, in the cooker sensor in which the metal cap is brought into contact with the object to be heated, the specification change for adding the ground connection to the metal cap can be performed only by the connection of the ground wire. In addition, before and after in this invention, the said coil spring means the direction which supports a sensor case so that advancing and retreating is possible.
The present invention is characterized in that, in the above premise, a through hole is formed between the front end of the sensor case and the ground wiring path, and a side periphery of the metal cap is inserted into the ground wiring path from the through hole. It is what.
If a through hole is formed between the front end of the sensor case and the ground wiring path, the side circumference of the metal cap can be extended and passed through the inside of the sensor case and inserted into the ground wiring path.
If the side circumference of the metal cap is extended and inserted into the ground wiring path, that portion can be used as a ground wire connecting portion in the specification change.
Since the insertion portion is a part of the side circumference of the metal cap, it is electrically connected in the entire cross section. For this reason, it is possible to avoid the conduction cross-sectional area from being narrowed without being affected by the shape of the side circumference of the metal cap as in the above-mentioned
Specifically, an inner cylinder that covers the metal cap and an outer cylinder that extends rearward from an outer casing connected to the inner cylinder are formed on the sensor case, and the temperature sensing element is accommodated inside the inner cylinder. In addition, a main wiring path through which the lead wire of the temperature sensing element passes is formed, and the front end of the coil spring is inserted from the rear outside the sensor case at the inner cylinder, the inner surface of the outer cylinder, and the rear end of the outer casing. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the spring receiving portion is configured, the through hole is opened to the spring receiving portion, and the internal space of the spring receiving portion is used as the ground wiring path.
According to this configuration, since the spring receiving portion of the coil spring is used for the ground wiring path, the internal structure of the sensor case can be prevented from becoming complicated.
In addition, the lead wire of the temperature sensing element is passed through the main wiring path inside the inner cylinder, and even if there is water from the through hole, the connection portion between the lead wire and the temperature sensing element can be protected.
When the metal cap can be passed through the coil spring, it is better to do so. This is because an increase in the inner diameter of the outer cylinder can be avoided.
In addition, if the configuration in which the side circumference of the metal cap is exposed to the outside of the sensor case is adopted, it is not necessary to pass the ground lead wire inside the sensor case, so that the sensor case can be made compact. .
Further, if a configuration in which a part in the circumferential direction of the side circumference of the metal cap is extended is employed, it is not necessary to form a complicated connecting rib in the sensor case so that the metal cap fixing portion of the sensor case is not separated.
Here, considering the responsiveness to a temperature change, the metal cap is preferably as thin as possible. For this reason, the metal cap is preferably formed from sheet metal. If sheet metal is used, the metal cap can be integrally formed by pressing. In order to make it difficult for distortion to occur during the press working and to make the temperature distribution in the circumferential direction uniform, the metal cap is preferably formed in a round cylindrical shape.
If the structure which formed the metal cap in the shape of a round cylinder from sheet metal is employ | adopted, it will draw-draw from a punching workpiece | work.
If a part of the circumferential direction of the side periphery is extended as described above, there is a round tube-like bend at the time of drawing, so the width of the extension part makes the root of the extension part difficult to turn backwards, There is a tendency that distortion is likely to occur in the vicinity.
Here, by adopting a configuration in which the extension part of the circumferential part of the side periphery is widened from the middle of the length direction to the rear end, the vicinity of the base of the extension part is inconvenient as described above. It is possible to obtain a dimensional accuracy by setting the width not to be large, and to reduce the electrical resistance by reducing the electrical resistance by connecting the wide portion behind the width setting portion.
The above-mentioned “widening from the middle in the length direction to the rear end” means widening in the entire region from the middle to the rear end, and widening in a partial region from the middle to the rear end. It means to include both. For the purpose of reducing the electrical resistance of the extension, it is better to widen the entire area from the middle to the rear end.
Since the extension part is integrally formed by drawing, it becomes a surface having a bend along the side circumference of the metal cap. When the ground wire is connected to the extension portion, if it is a curved surface, it is difficult to apply a terminal in riveting or spot welding. If the extension portion is post-pressed, the bending can be eliminated, but if the bending in the widened area is eliminated, there is still a concern of distortion.
Therefore, if a configuration is adopted in which the extension is shaped so that the width is narrowed after being expanded from the middle in the length direction, when the specification is changed after the sensor is assembled, or after the press processing is performed in advance in the narrow region. When applied, bending can be eliminated while preventing distortion, and the ground wire can be easily connected.
It is better that the narrow region protrudes rearward from the sensor case. This is because the ground wire can be easily connected. Even if the connecting portion between the extension portion and the ground wire is located outside the sensor case, this portion can be separately protected because it is located outside the casing of the cooking utensil.
Further, if an insulating member is interposed between the inner periphery of the opening of the sensor case and the temperature sensing element and the temperature sensing element is positioned with respect to the sensor case by the insulating member, the insulating member The insulation and the positioning of the temperature sensitive element can be compatible. If the temperature sensitive element is positioned with respect to the sensor case, the creeping distance of electrical insulation can be easily secured.
A cooker sensor having the extension, a detachable cooked body that contacts the metal cap and retracts the sensor case, and a casing that houses the cooked body. If the electric heating cooker is installed so that the metal cap protrudes from the inner peripheral wall of the casing and the extension is arranged on the upper side, the extension is located on the upper side even if water drops traveling on the inner peripheral wall are transmitted to the metal cap. Therefore, it becomes easy to drain by dropping on both sides at the bend.
A cooker sensor having the extension, a detachable cooked body that contacts the metal cap and retracts the sensor case, and an electromagnetic induction coil that generates an induced eddy current in the cooked body. The extension portion is disposed where the distance from the electromagnetic induction coil is the shortest, and electric heating is performed through the lead wire of the temperature sensing element along the surface of the extension portion far from the electromagnetic induction coil. If it is a cooking device, an electromagnetic shield consisting of an extension can be provided at a place where the electromagnetic influence of the electromagnetic induction coil on the lead wire is strongest, thereby reducing noise.
As described above, the present invention has a configuration in which a through hole is formed between the front end of the sensor case and the ground wiring path, and a side periphery of the metal cap is inserted into the ground wiring path from the through hole. By adopting it, it is possible to make a specification change by adding a ground connection to the metal cap of the cooker sensor that is in contact with the cooked object, but only by connecting the ground wire, and without affecting the side shape of the metal cap. High temperature during energization can be prevented.

The front end of the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a part of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the
The
Further, the
Further, when the front end of the
The
The
In this embodiment, the
In the cooker sensor according to the embodiment having the above-described configuration, the extension portions (the
Moreover, the cooker sensor which concerns on embodiment can make it easy to connect a ground wire, forming the
Moreover, since the sensor for cooking appliances which concerns on embodiment uses the
Moreover, since the sensor for cookers which concerns on embodiment has fastened the extension part of the
In addition, in the cooker sensor according to the embodiment, the
Hereinafter, the example which used the sensor for cooking appliances concerning the said embodiment for an electric heating cooking appliance is demonstrated.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the electric heating cooker is configured as an electromagnetic induction heating type electric rice cooker. The
The to-
The casing includes a
The
The cooked
Here, as shown in FIG. 7, the
