Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folded sheet having a double side wall, which has been improved from the viewpoint of strength characteristics, ease of folding work, saving of materials, etc. It relates to tatami mat trays.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 9 shows a conventional example of a folding tray that is folded from one cardboard and has double side walls.
One opposing side wall of this conventional tray 50 shown in FIG. 9C has a configuration in which an outer wall 51 and an inner wall 52 that are integrally connected via a double fold g are superposed.
The other opposing side wall has a configuration in which an outer wall 53 and an inner wall 54 that are integrally connected via a double fold g are superposed.
[0003]
A reinforcing bottom surface 55 is provided at the lower edge of the inner wall 52 so as to overlap and reinforce the bottom surface of the tray 50, and a reinforcing side piece 56 is provided at both side ends for overlapping and reinforcing the outer wall 53. It is connected continuously.
The reinforcing side piece 56 is sandwiched between the inner and outer walls 54 and 53 as shown in FIGS.
[0004]
Further, in order to fix the above-mentioned sandwiched state, a protruding piece 54a extending on the lower edge of the inner wall 54 is fitted into an insertion hole h provided on the bottom surface of the tray as shown in FIG. 9 (c). It is
Further, approximately 1/4 arc-shaped corner pieces 57 provided on both side end portions of the inner wall 54 are hooked on the top surface of the double side wall.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The trays of the above type are often used for packing vegetables and fruit vegetables.
Therefore, it is required to make it sturdy so that it can withstand multi-stage stacking and can withstand even a little wet with water.
In addition, it is required to be easy to assemble by a farmer and the like, and to be as cheap as possible.
[0006]
In response to these requirements, although the above-mentioned type of tray has reached a certain level in terms of robustness, the assembly work is troublesome because there are many bent portions.
Further, since the reinforcing bottom surface 55, the reinforcing side piece 56, and the protruding piece 54a are provided, the material cost increases, and a large amount of cutting loss from the corrugated cardboard occurs.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a folding tray having double side walls that are configured so that required strength can be ensured while saving material costs as much as possible, but is easy to assemble and disassemble. is there.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a folding tray with double side walls according to the present invention comprises:
It can be folded from one sheet material,
The sheet material has a square area in the middle as the bottom surface of the tray,
Double side walls, in which the inner wall and the outer wall are joined together through a double fold, are connected to one of the opposite sides of the bottom surface through the fold, respectively.
Each double side wall is provided with a configuration in which the double side walls are extended through the folds so that the double side walls are extended so that the divided double side walls are shorter than the length of the other opposite side of the bottom surface. And
A pair of opposed double walls facing each other is characterized in that a form in which one free end is inserted into the other free end in a double folded state is fixed by a hooking means. .
And as the said engaging means, it is good to provide the punching hole and insertion protrusion which mutually fit in each of a pair of division | segmentation double wall.
This punching hole is provided on the top surface near the free end of the split double wall, and the insertion protrusion is formed by folding the free end adjacent to the punching hole into two thicknesses that can be inserted into the punching hole. Good.
Further, an auxiliary side wall to be polymerized on the outside of the divided double wall is connected to the other opposite side of the bottom surface through a fold, and the top surface of the adjacent double side wall is formed on both side ends of the upper edge. The corner pieces provided with the insertion pieces to be hooked to each other may be provided continuously through the folds.
Alternatively, in order to facilitate the folding of the divided double side wall at the corners of the tray, a punched hole may be provided on the top surface of the side wall at each corner.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a folding tray having double side walls according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The tray 200 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is folded up easily and quickly from the single sheet material shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, which is the corrugated cardboard 100 in this embodiment.
[0010]
This tray 200 is made for the purpose of packing four packed baskets in a square-shaped arrangement, and in the middle of the tray 200, as shown in FIG. 300 is arranged.
Of course, without using the partition 300, it may be used for packing other fruit vegetables and vegetables other than rice cakes.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the substantially rectangular cardboard 100 has a rectangular area in the middle as the bottom surface 1 of the tray 200.
Double side walls, in which the outer wall 2 and the inner wall 3 are connected together through a double fold B, are connected to one side (upper and lower sides in the figure) of the bottom surface 1 through a rising fold A, respectively. Has been established.
As shown in the figure, the double fold B is composed of two parallel folds that are spaced apart from each other, and a portion between the folds is a side wall top surface a of the tray 200.
[0012]
Auxiliary side walls 4 are connected to the opposite sides of the bottom surface 1 on the other side (left and right sides in the figure) via rising folds A, respectively.
[0013]
A split double side wall having a structure in which extension walls 2A and 3A having a predetermined length are integrally connected via a double fold B at both ends of the outer wall 2 and the inner wall 3 via a fold C, respectively. It is extended.
As shown in FIG. 5, the lengths of the extension walls 2A and 3A are slightly longer than ½ of the length of the auxiliary side wall 4 in order to fit the free ends of both divided double side walls together. Yes.
[0014]
Further, near the free end of the split double side wall, a small rectangular punching hole 5 is provided across both sides of the double fold B.
A double fold fold D is provided in place of the double fold B between the punching hole 5 and the free end of the divided double side wall.
In addition, it is good to give the corner part of the punching hole 5 roundness as shown in FIG. 1 so that the part provided with the punching hole 5 is not easily damaged. Except for FIG. 1, the punch hole 5 is a square hole, so that the labor of drawing is omitted.
[0015]
When the double side wall and the divided double side wall are folded along the double fold line B as shown in FIG. 4 by providing the punching hole 5, a short slit-like opening is formed on the side wall top surface a. b is formed.
On the other hand, the portion provided with the two-fold fold D is crushed thin to form an insertion projection c having a thickness that can be inserted into the opening b.
[0016]
Further, at the four corners of the tray 200, a small rectangular cut-out hole 6 is provided on the side wall top surface a so as to straddle between adjacent side walls as shown in FIGS. ing.
As will be described later, the punched hole 6 serves to make the split double side wall easy to bend along the crease C.
[0017]
On the other hand, a ¼ disk-shaped corner piece 7 that plays a role such as fixing the standing state is provided near the both ends of the upper edge of the auxiliary side wall 4 through the fold E. Yes.
At the side end of the corner piece 7, an insertion piece 8 for being inserted into an insertion hole 9 provided on the side wall top surface a is continuously provided so as to cut out a part of the extension wall 2A. .
[0018]
In addition, a rectangular partition piece 21 constituting the middle partition 300 is continuously provided on the upper edge of the auxiliary side wall 4 so that a part thereof bites into the auxiliary side wall 4.
The two partition pieces 21 provided with the notches 22 for meshing with the cross shape are separated as shown in FIG. 2 when the cardboard 100 is cut from the original fabric.
[0019]
Next, an example of a procedure for folding the tray 200 from the cardboard 100 will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner wall 3 on both sides of the bottom surface 1 and the extension wall 3 </ b> A connected to both ends thereof are folded along the double fold B on the inner wall 2 and both extension walls 2 </ b> A.
Fold it in half.
[0020]
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the folded double side wall and the divided double side wall are erected using both hands along the rising fold A.
In this bending process, the four divided double side walls 2A and 3A are also simultaneously bent inward along the fold C.
[0021]
In this case, the free end portions of the pair of divided double side walls 2A and 3A located opposite to each other by changing the standing angles of the double side walls 2 and 3 are shown in FIG. Like, you can fit each other.
[0022]
Then, by folding the split double side wall, the opening b formed on the side wall top surface a of the split double side wall 2A, 3A and the insertion projection c can be fitted to each other in the above fitting process. For example, a set of divided double side walls can be joined together in the form of a single double side wall, and the combined state can be firmly fixed.
[0023]
Next, the set of auxiliary side walls 4 and 4 remaining as shown in FIG. 5 are erected along the rising fold A, and the outer surface of the set of split double side walls combined into one sheet. To overlay.
Finally, the corner piece 7 is bent inwardly horizontally and the inserted piece 8 is continuously inserted into the insertion hole 9 in the side wall top surface a. Unlike the series of explanations, the tray 200 is folded up very easily and quickly.
[0024]
When the tray 200 is used as a packing box for a bag pack, the remaining two partition pieces 21 and 21 are meshed in a cross shape to assemble the middle partition 300, as shown in FIG. It can be placed in the middle on the bottom surface 1.
[0025]
In addition, when the used tray 200 is to be developed again on a single cardboard 100 so as not to be bulky, the auxiliary side wall 4 is removed as shown in FIG. 5 and appears on the outer surface of the double side wall. If the finger is put on the recess e of the cut trace of the insertion piece 8, the fitted state of the pair of double side walls can be easily solved.
[0026]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The tray 201 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is assembled from one cardboard 101 shown in FIG. 7 and two partition plates 31 obtained by cutting a part of the cardboard 101.
[0027]
This tray 201 is different from the tray 200 in that the side end of the cross-shaped inner partition 301 is fixed to the inner wall surface of the tray 201 in a fitting manner.
[0028]
For this purpose, the partition plate 31 is lengthened, and projections d for being inserted into the retaining holes 33 provided on the side wall of the tray 201 are provided on both side ends. Reference numeral 32 denotes a notch for fitting.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the folding tray having double side walls according to the present invention exhibits excellent practical effects as listed below, compared with the existing similar type.
(A) All of the four peripheral walls have a double wall structure, and at each corner of the tray, the adjacent double side walls are connected together, so that strength characteristics such as pressure resistance strength are obtained. Extremely excellent and easy to withstand water wetting.
(B) The structure in which one half of the split double side wall is fitted and connected to each other to assemble one double side wall is easy to engage and disengage, but has excellent connection strength. ing.
(C) Further, there is no hinddle-shaped piece that gets out of the way during folding and the folding structure itself is simplified.
(D) Therefore, the tray can be assembled easily and quickly.
(E) Since one sheet material used as a material for the tray and its inner partition has few irregularities at the peripheral edge, cutting loss from the original fabric can be kept to a minimum.
(F) By providing a punched hole at the corner portion of the top surface of the side wall, the double side wall can be bent easily and reliably at the corner portion.
