Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle control device having an engine and a friction engagement device provided in a power transmission path from the engine to a drive wheel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a type of vehicle, a turbocharger or a supercharger represented by a supercharger is provided in an engine, while a transmission having a hydraulic friction engagement device or the like is provided in a power transmission path from the engine to a drive wheel. There is something. In such a vehicle, the output torque of the engine is estimated, and the engagement hydraulic pressure when smoothly engaging or releasing the hydraulic friction engagement device is transiently controlled based on the estimated output torque of the engine. There is a case. In a vehicle equipped with a supercharger that increases the intake pipe pressure of the engine, the engine output torque is affected by the change in the supercharging state or the air-fuel ratio due to the supercharger during the above transient hydraulic control. Therefore, since the estimated engine output torque is different from the actual engine output torque value, the engagement state of the hydraulic friction engagement device is not smooth, and a shock due to a sudden change in the transmission torque occurs. There is a case.
[0003]
On the other hand, a control device is proposed that suppresses a change in the supercharging state caused by the supercharger during the transient oil pressure control that controls the engagement oil pressure when the hydraulic friction engagement device is engaged or released. Has been. For example, this is a control device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle having a supercharger described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-144572. According to this, since the change in the engine output torque is reduced by the supercharging state during the transient hydraulic pressure control, the shock is suitably suppressed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the control apparatus for a vehicle automatic transmission having the conventional supercharger, when there is a request for changing the supercharging state during the transient hydraulic control, the change in the supercharging state is suppressed. There was a drawback that the request for changing the supercharged state of the supercharger could not be satisfied. Also, when there is a request to change the air-fuel ratio during transient hydraulic pressure control, the engine output torque is affected, so there is a similar drawback when suppressing the change in the air-fuel ratio.
[0005]
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent shocks caused by changes in the supercharging state or air-fuel ratio while satisfying the supercharging state or air-fuel ratio change request. An object of the present invention is to provide a control device for a vehicle that can be used.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for achieving this objectThe gist ofEstimate engine output torque in a vehicle having an engine capable of controlling the air-fuel ratio, a supercharger provided in the engine, and a friction engagement device provided in a power transmission path from the engine to the drive wheels A control device comprising: an engine torque estimating means for engaging; and an engaging force control means for controlling an engaging force when the friction engagement device is engaged or released based on an engine output torque estimated by the engine torque estimating means. (A) engaging force control determining means for determining whether or not the engaging force control means is controlling the engaging force of the hydraulic friction engagement device; and (b)When it is determined by the engagement force control determining means that the engagement force control means is controlling the engagement force of the friction engagement device, the air-fuel ratio is changed according to the change request.Operating parameter control means for temporarily reducing the supercharging pressure of the supercharger to offset the increase in engine output and suppressing the change in engine output torque when temporarily changing to the rich side Especiallyis there.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
Like thisIf it is determined that the engagement force control means is controlling the engagement force of the friction engagement device by the engagement force control determination means, the air-fuel ratio is changed according to the change request.Temporarily to the rich sideWhen changing the operation parameter control means,Temporarily lower the supercharging pressure of the supercharger to offset the increase in engine output and suppress changes in the engine output torqueTherefore, a shock is prevented and a request for changing the air-fuel ratio is satisfied.

Here, preferably, the engine torque estimating means is based on the intake air amount QN (intake air flow rate per rotation) of the engine, the engine speed, the supercharging pressure by the supercharger, and the fuel injection amount. The output torque of the engine is estimated. In this way, the estimation accuracy of the engine output torque estimated value is increased, and the vehicle shock is suitably suppressed. For example, the supercharging pressure P in the intake pipe by the superchargeraAnd an engine torque estimating means that uses an estimated value estimated based on an intake air amount QN (intake air flow rate per one rotation) of the engine and an engine rotation speed as the boost pressure. PaAnd the output torque T of the engine by correcting with a correction coefficient calculated based on the air-fuel ratio (intake air amount / fuel injection amount).EX(Estimated value) is calculated. The estimated value is preferably further corrected by the retard amount of the ignition timing, the turbo lag, and the open / closed state of the waste gate valve.
[0011]
Preferably, the engine torque estimating means outputs the engine output torque estimated immediately before the start of control of the operating parameter during the control of the operating parameter during the control of the operating parameter by the operating parameter control means. This is engine output torque. In this way, compared to the case where the estimated output torque value of the engine is obtained even during the control of the operating parameter, the estimated value does not vary and the control is stable, and the calculation load for estimating the engine output torque is increased. Is preferably reduced.
[0012]
Preferably, the supercharger is constituted by a turbocharger driven by an exhaust flow discharged from the engine, or a supercharger driven to rotate by an engine crankshaft or an electric motor.
[0013]
Preferably, the friction engagement device is a clutch or brake provided for switching a gear stage of a stepped automatic transmission provided in the power transmission path, and a lock-up clutch provided in a torque converter. For example, a driving force distribution clutch engaged for switching from two-wheel drive to four-wheel drive. As a friction engagement device, a hydraulic friction engagement device is used, and in particular, in the stepped automatic transmission, a clutch whose gear stage is switched by opening the release-side friction engagement device and engaging the engagement-side friction engagement device. When used for toe clutch shift, the shock within the clutch-to-clutch shift period is suitably suppressed, and at the same time, the effect of satisfying the supercharging state or the request for changing the air-fuel ratio is great.
[0014]
Preferably, when the air-fuel ratio change request is to reduce the air-fuel ratio, the operating parameter control means decreases the boost pressure in order to offset the increase in engine output due to the decrease in the air-fuel ratio. The engine output torque is maintained substantially the same by retarding the ignition timing and reducing the throttle opening. On the other hand, when the air-fuel ratio change request is to increase the air-fuel ratio, in order to offset the engine output decrease due to the increase in the air-fuel ratio, the boost pressure increase, the ignition timing advance, the throttle opening degree Increase the engine output torque to keep it almost the same. Further, when the supercharging state change request increases the supercharging pressure, the operating parameter control means increases the air-fuel ratio, increases the ignition timing in order to offset the increase in engine output due to the increase in supercharging pressure. The engine output torque is maintained substantially the same by executing the retard and the throttle opening reduction. On the other hand, if the supercharging state change request is to reduce the supercharging pressure, in order to offset the engine output decrease due to the supercharging pressure decrease, the air-fuel ratio decreases, the ignition timing advance, the throttle opening The engine output torque is maintained substantially the same.
[0015]
Preferably, the determining means during the engagement force control includes an engine output torque T estimated by the engine torque estimating means.EXIt is determined that the engagement force control of the friction engagement device is being executed by the engagement force control means based on this, for example, based on the period from the shift determination to the end of the shift.

In FIG. 7, the engine torque estimating means 160 includes, for example, an engine intake air (intake mixture) amount QN (intake air flow rate per rotation) or GN (intake air weight per rotation), engine rotation speed NE, Supercharging pressure PaThe actual intake air amount QN or GN, engine rotational speed N from a preset relationship that is a function of the retard amount of the ignition timing, the turbo lag, the open / close state of the
[0042]
The engine torque estimation means 160 includes an input torque estimation condition establishment determination means 162 that determines whether or not an input torque estimation condition such as completion of engine warm-up, proper temperature range for hydraulic oil temperature, and no system failure has been established; Input torque T while satisfying change request or air-fuel ratio requestINOperating parameter control determining means 164 for determining whether or not the operating parameter is being controlled so as to make the operating parameter constant, and during operating parameter control, the input torque T estimated immediately before the start of the operating parameter controlEXAnd the same torque estimation control means 166 that is assumed to be constant during the operation parameter control, and it is determined by the input torque estimation condition establishment determination means 162 that the input torque estimation condition is satisfied, and the operation parameter control is in progress The input shaft torque T by the operation parameter control means 172 described later is determined by the determination means 164.INWhen it is determined that the operation parameter is being controlled in order to keep the operation parameter substantially constant, the engine torque estimated by the same torque

The lockup clutch control means determines whether the vehicle state is a release region, a slip control region, or an engagement region of the
[0045]
Further, the shift control means can detect the actual vehicle state such as the vehicle speed and the engine load (for example, accelerator opening) from a well-known shift map composed of shift lines (shift up line and shift down line) provided for each gear stage. Degree θACC), A shift output for achieving the determined shift is performed, and the engagement hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic friction engagement device related to the shift is transiently controlled. For example, when it is determined that a clutch-to-clutch shift of 2 → 3 shift is made and the 2-3
[0046]
The clutch control means detects the running state or the road surface state of the vehicle, and the engagement torque of the distribution clutch or the differential limiting clutch, that is, the engagement, according to the running state or the road surface state so as to maintain the traveling property of the vehicle. The combined hydraulic pressure is controlled, or the engagement torque, that is, the engagement hydraulic pressure of the differential limiting clutch is controlled as described in the specification of Japanese Patent Application No. 4-260146. For example, front wheel rotation speed NFAnd rear wheel speed NRThe engagement pressure of the differential limiting clutch is controlled based on the rotational speed difference ΔN with respect to the differential limiting clutch CT so that the engagement hydraulic pressure of the differential limiting clutch CT is reduced when the steering angle of the vehicle increases. If the engagement hydraulic pressure is controlled and a lot of road surface irregularities are detected, or if the driving wheel idling or the rotational speed of the front and rear wheels exceeds a predetermined value, the engagement hydraulic pressure of the differential limiting clutch CT is increased. In addition, the engagement hydraulic pressure of the differential limiting clutch is controlled. The differential control means is configured to output the estimated output torque T of the engine 10.EXThat is, input torque TINIs used as the original pressure of the engagement hydraulic pressure of the differential limiting clutch CT, or the speed of change at the transition transient of the differential limiting clutch CT is used as the estimated output torque. TEXOr input torque T based on itINThus, the engagement hydraulic pressure of the differential limiting clutch during the engagement period is controlled.
[0047]
The engagement force control determining means 170 determines whether or not the engagement force control means 168 is controlling the engagement hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic friction engagement device. For example, the output torque T of the engine estimated by the engine torque estimating means 160EXThe engagement hydraulic control of the hydraulic friction engagement device (lock-up clutch 26, shift clutch brake, driving force distribution clutch or differential limiting clutch not shown) by the engagement force control means 168 based on For example, the determination is made based on the output signal of the electronic control device for shifting.

In FIG. 10, in step (hereinafter, step is omitted) SA1 corresponding to the input torque estimation condition establishment determination means 162, input torque estimation conditions such as completion of engine warm-up, proper hydraulic oil temperature range, no system failure, etc. are established. It is determined whether or not. If the determination at SA1 is negative, this routine is terminated. If the determination is affirmative, at SA2 corresponding to the supercharging pressure change request determination means 176, a supercharging pressure change request is issued from another control. If the determination at SA2 is negative, it is determined at SA3 corresponding to the air-fuel ratio change request determination means 178 whether or not the air-fuel ratio change request has come from another control. . If the determination at SA3 is negative, at SA4 corresponding to the engine torque calculation means 161, the engine speed N is determined from a well-known relationship.EFurther, the engine output torque T (basic value) is calculated based on the fuel injection amount or the intake air (intake mixture) amount QN. For example, from the relationship shown in FIG.aAnd a correction coefficient is calculated based on the air-fuel ratio A / F (intake air amount / fuel injection amount), the basic value is corrected using the correction coefficient, and if necessary, the retard amount of the ignition timing, The engine output torque T is further corrected based on the turbo lag.EYThat is, the input shaft torque T of the

[0054]
In SB1 of FIG. 11, it is determined whether or not a manual shift is being performed during a manual shift, that is, a shift associated with a shift lever shift range change operation or a manual shift mode operation in the manual shift mode switched from the automatic shift mode. Is done. If the determination at SB1 is negative, it is determined at SB2 whether an automatic shift controlled based on a shift diagram, for example, a 3 → 2 downshift is being performed. If the determination at SB2 is negative, this routine is terminated. If the determination is affirmative, at SB3, it is determined whether or not the inertia phase is within the shift period. If the determination at SB3 is affirmative, temporary torque-down control and / or shift transient feedback control is executed at SB4 so that the shift is smoothly performed.
[0055]
However, when the manual shift is being performed in which the determination in SB1 is affirmed, or in the torque phase in which the rotation change occurs within the shift period in which the determination in SB3 is denied, SB5 and the subsequent steps are executed. These SB1 and SB3 correspond to the determination means 170 during engagement force control. In SB5 corresponding to the air-fuel ratio change request determining means 178, it is determined whether or not the air-fuel ratio change request is from another control. As the air-fuel ratio change request, for example, the air-fuel ratio A / F is temporarily lowered in order to reduce the NOx before the NOx occlusion amount of the NOx occlusion reduction catalyst provided in the exhaust system of the
[0056]
However, if the determination at SB7 is affirmative, at SB9, the supercharging pressure P requested by another control is obtained.aChange or air-fuel ratio A / F change is permitted. The solid line in FIG. 12 shows a rich spike corresponding to the air-fuel ratio A / F reduction request executed according to this permission. And in SB10 corresponding to the said operation parameter control means 172, the supercharging pressure P permitted in said SB9 is demonstrated.aThe torque adjustment is performed so that the change in the engine output torque due to the change in the air-fuel ratio or the change in the air-fuel ratio A / F is canceled and made substantially constant. For example, t in FIG.2From time to tThreeAs shown at the time, when the air-fuel ratio A / F is temporarily lowered in accordance with a so-called rich spike request that makes the air-fuel ratio A / F temporarily low, that is, rich (the mixture is rich), In order to offset the increase in engine output torque due to the temporary decrease in the fuel ratio A / F, the boost pressure PaThe engine output is lowered by lowering the engine temporarily.
[0057]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the engagement hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic friction engagement device (brake B2, brake B3) is controlled by the engagement force control means 168 by the engagement force control determining means 170 (SB1, SB3). When it is determined that the
[0058]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the engagement force control means 168 (SB1, SB3) is controlling the engagement hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic friction engagement device (brake B2, brake B3) by the engagement force control means 168. When the air-fuel ratio A / F is changed according to the change request, the operating parameter control means 172 (SB10) suppresses the change in the engine output torque accompanying the change in the air-fuel ratio A / F. Thus, since the operating parameters of the

[0060]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the engine torque estimating means 160 (SA7) calculates the engine output torque estimated immediately before the start of the control of the operation parameter during the operation parameter control by the operation parameter control means 172. Since it is set as the engine output torque during operation parameter control, there is no variation in the estimated value and stable control compared with the case of obtaining the engine output torque estimated value even during operation parameter control. At the same time, the calculation load for estimating the engine output torque is preferably reduced.
[0061]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the hydraulic friction engagement device is hydraulically released to switch the clutch-to-
[0062]
Further, according to this embodiment, when the air-fuel ratio change request is to reduce the air-fuel ratio A / F, the operation parameter control means 172 (SB10) increases the engine output due to the decrease in the air-fuel ratio A / F. In order to offset the above, the engine output torque is maintained substantially the same by reducing the boost pressure, retarding the ignition timing, decreasing the throttle opening, and the like. On the other hand, when the air-fuel ratio change request is to increase the air-fuel ratio A / F, in order to cancel the engine output decrease due to the increase in the air-fuel ratio, the boost pressure is increased, the ignition timing is advanced, the throttle Increase the opening, etc., and keep the engine output torque almost the same. Further, the operation parameter control means 172 has a supercharging pressure change request issued by the supercharging pressure P.aIn order to offset the increase in the engine output due to the increase in the boost pressure, an increase in the air-fuel ratio A / F, a retard of the ignition timing, a decrease in the throttle opening, etc. are executed to cancel the engine output. Keep the torque almost the same. On the contrary, the supercharging state change request is supercharging pressure PaIn order to offset the decrease in the engine output due to the decrease in the supercharging pressure, the decrease in the air-fuel ratio A / F, the advance of the ignition timing, the increase in the throttle opening, etc. are executed to cancel the engine output. Keep the torque almost the same.
[0063]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the engagement force control determining means 170 determines the output torque T of the
