Description
かかるプローブは、ここ数年、より複雑になっているので、それらが異なるモードで作動するのが必要であった。
好ましくは、スイッチはプローブの内部に搭載されるが、プローブの外部からアクセス可能なアクチュエータによって作動される。
下記のテーブルは、押しボタンスイッチ32を用いることによって予め設定され得る種々のモードを示している。
Claims (13)
- 複数の異なるモードで作動可能な内部回路と、スイッチと、該スイッチからの入力を受けるべく接続され、該スイッチの作動に応じてモードを設定すべく設けられたコントローラと、該コントローラからの出力に応じてモードを表示する表示器と、偏向され得るワークピース接触用スタイラスとを有する位置測定装置用のプローブであって、
該コントローラは、異なるモードの複数の表示を出力し、且つ、スイッチの作動のときにモードを選択すべく設けられており、
該ワークピース接触用スタイラスは、プローブ内の座上に搭載され、該ワークピース接触用スタイラスと該座とが前記スイッチをなすことを特徴とするプローブ。 - コントローラは、スタイラスが偏向されたときのスイッチからの入力を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプローブ。
- 表示器は、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプローブ。
- 現モードの表示は、ある時間より少ない期間スイッチを作動させることにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のプローブ。
- スイッチが、ある時間より大きい期間作動されたなら、コントローラはモード設定ループに入ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のプローブ。
- 個々のモードは、複数の異なる副モードを含み得ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のプローブ。
- コントローラは、プローブにバッテリを挿入することにより起動されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のプローブ。
- 位置測定装置用のプローブであって、
ハウジングと、
偏向され得るワークピース接触用スタイラスと、
複数の異なるモードで作動可能な内部回路と、を備え、
該ワークピース接触用スタイラスは該ハウジング内の座上に搭載され、該座から偏向可能であり、該ワークピース接触用スタイラスおよび該座がスイッチをなし、
該ワークピース接触用スタイラスの偏向が異なるモード間での切り替えのためのスイッチとして用いられることを特徴とするプローブ。 - マイクロコントローラが設けられ、
マイクロコントローラは、異なるモードが選択され得るように内部回路に出力を送ることができ、スタイラスがマイクロコントローラに入力を与えるためのスイッチとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプローブ。 - 座はカイネマチックであることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のプローブ。
- プローブには、プローブのモードを表示する一つ以上の表示器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8ないし10のいずれかに記載のプローブ。
- 表示器は、少なくとも一つの発光ダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプローブ。
- 各モードは、複数の異なる下位モードを含み得ることを特徴とする請求項8ないし12のいずれかに記載のプローブ。
