Description

The present invention relates to a riding rice transplanters having rear step formed in a position higher than the floor step at the rear of the fuselage left and right sides of the steering unit.

In conventional passenger rice transplanters and the like, on both the left and right sides of the seat seat of the driver's seat, there are steps for wide left and right work for the operator to go to the rear of the aircraft while riding, below this step, A fuel tank was in place. In the step, the portion corresponding to the fuel filler opening of the fuel tank is configured as a lid that can be freely opened and closed between a closed posture and an open posture. That is, a fuel tank is provided under a substantially horizontal step, and a fuel filler port is covered with a flat lid formed of a step portion (for example, see Patent Document 1).

14)JP-A-2002-95318 (5th page, FIG. 2, FIG. 14)

However, in the case where the fuel tank filler opening is provided below the substantially horizontal footrest step formed at the foot of the driver's seat as in the prior art, mud adhering to the step portion is oiled. There was a risk that rainwater or muddy water that entered the mouth or fell on the step surface entered the fuel tank from the fuel filler port, resulting in a decrease in engine performance. Also, when fuel is replenished from the fuel tank refueling port during work in the field, a fuel-filled polytank is usually used, but with the conventional refueling port arrangement, where should the polytank be placed for replenishment work? , I was in trouble with the place.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent mud from adhering to the vicinity of the fueling part or intrusion of muddy water into the fuel tank. The object is to provide a riding rice transplanter that can be easily refueled.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a control unit (20) disposed on a traveling body (14) supported by a front wheel (11) and a rear wheel (12), and the control unit (20). A flat floor step (21) extending to the left and right sides of the aircraft at the feet, and a flat floor step formed at a higher position than the floor step (21) on both the left and right sides of the aircraft behind the control unit (20). A riding rice transplanter (10) having a rear step (22);
The flat floor step (21) and the rear step (22) are connected to each other, and the rising connection portion (52) configured by a flat inclined surface that inclines from the floor step (21) toward the rear of the machine body. )When,
In aircraft longitudinal direction of the intermediate portion of the front wheel (11) and said rear wheel (12), and provided with a fuel tank (50) provided below the floor step (21),
Refueling of the fuel tank (50) to (51), in the vertical direction of the middle portion of the flat inclined surface before Symbol standing up connecting unit (52), and is disposed in a central portion in the lateral direction of the inclined surfaces It is characterized by that.

In the above rice paddy machine ,
An opening / closing plate (54) for opening and closing the oil supply portion (51) is rotatably provided on the inclined surface of the rising connection portion (52) by a pivot portion (55) at a lower portion thereof, and the opening / closing plate (54) is provided. It is preferable that the closed posture along the inclined surface of the rising connecting portion (52) is changed to the open posture by the turning operation toward the floor step (21) .

Furthermore, in the above riding rice transplanter,
A fuel introduction part (50a) connecting the tank body of the fuel tank (50) and the fuel supply part (51) is formed in a flat shape along the inclined surface of the rising connection part (52), and the fuel supply It is preferable that the portion (51) is provided at the upper end of the fuel introduction portion (50a) that is wider in the left-right direction of the machine body than the refueling portion (51) .

In addition, the code | symbol in the parenthesis mentioned above is shown in order to refer drawings, Comprising: This invention is not limited at all.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the fuel tank is provided in the middle of the front and rear wheels in the front-rear direction of the fuselage and below the floor step, and the refueling portion of the fuel tank is connected to the floor step and the rear step. Since it is disposed at the rising connection portion, mud or the like can be prevented from adhering to the vicinity of the oil supply portion. Further, since the oil supply portion is provided on the inclined surface of the rising connection portion and the muddy water flows down, the muddy water can be prevented from entering the fuel tank. Furthermore, for example, since a plastic tank is placed at a high position (rear step) on the side of the machine body and the oil is supplied to the lower oil supply section, it is possible to easily supply oil during field work.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the opening / closing plate is brought into the open posture by the turning operation from the closed posture along the inclined surface of the rising connecting portion to the floor step side. Therefore, it is possible to supply oil easily by extending an oil supply pipe from the plastic tank to the oil supply section. At this time, mud or the like on the inclined surface does not enter the fuel tank from the oil supply section.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the fuel introduction part for connecting the tank body and the fuel supply part of the fuel tank is formed flat along the inclined surface of the rising connection part, the shape of the tank body is formed below. The tank capacity can be secured by taking large. Further, the fuel introduction portion formed in a flat shape plays a role of dropping mud adhering to the rear wheel, and mud can be prevented from adhering to the rear wheel for a long time.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 show a 6-row riding rice transplanter. The riding rice transplanter 10 has a traveling machine body 14 supported by front wheels 11 and rear wheels 12, and an engine 17 is mounted in a bonnet 16 at the front of the traveling machine body 14. A control unit 20 having a seat 18 is provided. In the control unit 20, floor steps 21 are disposed on the left and right center sides of the feet and on both left and right sides thereof, and the left and right sides of the floor steps 21 are directed rearward from the rear end of the floor step 21. A rear step 22 is disposed at a high position that is highly inclined.

Further, a transmission 38 is attached to the front of the traveling machine body 14 behind the engine 17, and a radiator 40 is disposed above the transmission 38. The radiator 40 is provided with a radiator fan 40 a in front, and an oil cooler 42 is disposed immediately after the radiator 40. An HST 41 is disposed on the right side of the body of the oil cooler 42, and an HST fan 41a is provided on the left side of the body of the HST 41. An air cleaner 49 for supplying clean air is disposed behind the engine 17, and a muffler outlet pipe 48 projects from the front of the engine 17 so that the muffler outlet pipe 48 is located on the left side. It is piped to extend. A muffler 43 is disposed on the left side of the engine 17 via the muffler outlet pipe 48, and a battery 44 is disposed on the right side of the engine 17. The radiator fan 40a blows cooling air toward the front of the machine body to cool the engine 17, and the air cooled by the engine 17 is an air outlet 63 formed in the front portion of the bonnet 16 (see FIG. 3). Discharged from.

A paste tank 45 is disposed on both the left and right sides of the bonnet 16 at the front of the machine body, and the fertilizer in the paste tank 45 is fed by a fertilizer feeding device 46 disposed below the seat seat 18. Fertilizer is applied to the field from a nozzle (not shown) attached below the planting portion 24 described later.

On the other hand, a planting portion 24 is supported by a hydraulic cylinder 25 at the rear of the traveling machine body 14 via a lifting link mechanism 23 having an upper link 23a and a lower link 23b. A link holder 26 is pivotally attached to the rear end portion of the elevating link mechanism 23, and the planting portion 24 has left and right sides of the traveling machine body 14 by a rolling shaft (not shown) protruding rearward from the link holder 26. It is supported so that it can follow the rice field regardless of the slope. The planting unit 24 includes a seedling mounting table 28 that is inclined to the front and rear so that a mat seedling is placed and the rear is lowered, a rectangular tube-shaped planting unit frame 32 that extends in the left-right direction of the machine body, and the planting unit 24. A plurality of planting cases 30 for planting extending rearward from the transmission case 31 fixed to the attachment frame 32, and a rotary case 33 having a planting rod 29 provided at the rear end of the planting case 30. And. Power is supplied to the transmission case 31 from the planting PTO shaft 35. Below the planting case 30, a float 34 having a sliding function is attached.

A plurality of squirrel-cage rotors 36 are attached at a predetermined interval in a space between the front of the planting unit 24 and the rear of the rear wheel 12. The seedlings are planted by the planting rod 29 in the field that has been scraped smoothly. The squirrel-cage rotor 36 is supported by a rotary shaft 37 that is horizontally provided in the left-right direction of the body in front of each float 34.

In the present embodiment, a fuel tank 50 is provided at an intermediate portion of the front wheel 11 and the rear wheel 12 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and below the floor step 21, and the fuel supply portion 51 of the fuel tank 50 is connected to the floor step 21 and the rear step 22. Are arranged in the rising connecting portion 52 connecting the two. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, auxiliary seedling rests 70 are attached to the left and right sides of the machine body with the bonnet 16 interposed therebetween, and the floor step 21 and the rear step 22 are arranged at the rear end portion of the floor step 21. Are connected by a rising connecting portion 52 that is inclined so as to become higher toward the rear.

The fuel supply portion 51 of the fuel tank 50 has a fuel supply port (not shown) and a cap 51a that closes the fuel supply port. The fuel supply portion 51 is arranged in the middle of the inclined surface of the rising connection portion 52 in the vertical direction. It is installed. Accordingly, mud or the like is not applied near the fuel supply portion 51 of the fuel tank 50, and the muddy water is prevented from flowing into the fuel tank 50 because it is provided on the inclined surface of the rising connection portion 52.

Further, the fuel tank 50 has a fuel introduction portion 50 a that connects the tank body and the fuel supply portion 51 formed in a flat shape along the inclined surface of the rising connection portion 52. Further, a fuel filler 51 (fuel filler and cap 51a) located at the upper end of the fuel introduction part 50a is located in the middle of the inclined surface. Thus, since the fuel introduction part 50a is formed in a flat shape along the inclined surface of the rising connection part 52, the tank shape can be largely taken downward to ensure a large tank capacity. Further, when the fuel tank 50 is formed by a synthetic resin molding means, it is difficult to mold the fuel introduction portion 50a in the shape of a pipe, but molding is facilitated by adopting a flat shape as in this embodiment. Further, since the fuel introduction part 50a is flattened along the inclined surface of the rising connecting part 52, there is also an advantage that mud dropping of the rear wheel 12 occurs at this flat part.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the oil supply portion 51 is openable and closable by an opening / closing plate 54, and the opening / closing plate 54 is configured to be rotatable so that the upper portion is opened around a pivot portion 55 at the lower portion thereof. Has been. That is, the opening / closing plate 54 is configured to be in an open posture by rotating from the closed posture along the inclined surface of the rising connection portion 52 to the floor step 21 side around the pivotal support portion 55. For this reason, for example, when the fuel-filled poly tank 56 is placed on the rear step 22, if the fuel pipe 57 is extended from the poly tank 56 toward the fuel port of the fuel tank 50, the fuel replenishment work can be facilitated while riding. It can be carried out.

Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be briefly described with reference to FIG.

For example, when the fuel in the fuel tank 50 runs out or runs out of fuel during work on the field, the polytank 56 containing the supplementary fuel is placed on the upper surface of the rear step 22, and the floor step 21 and the rear step 22. The opening / closing plate 54 disposed in the rising connecting portion 52 is connected to the lower support portion 55 in the direction of the arrow in the figure. Next, the cap 51a of the oil supply section 51 is removed, the oil supply pipe 57 is extended from the poly tank 56 toward the oil supply port, and the fuel in the poly tank 56 may be replenished with a pump (not shown). At this time, the opening / closing plate 54 opens and closes from the top to the bottom, so that mud or the like adhering to the rising connection portion 52 does not enter the fuel supply portion 51, and it is easy to replenish fuel during field work while riding on the steps. It can be carried out.
