Claims (3)
- 環状のアウタライナと、これと同心状に配置された環状のインナライナとの間に環状の燃焼室が形成され、
前記各ライナの外壁部材と内壁部材の間に多数のピン部材が接合されて、前記外壁部材、内壁部材およびピン部材の間に冷却通路が形成され、
前記各部材は平板状態で接合されたものから曲げ加工されて、その両端部が突き合わせ接合されており、
この突き合せライン上およびその近傍に、前記ピン部材が存在しておらず、
前記突き合せライン上およびその近傍で前記外壁部材と内壁部材の間が充填部材により充填されており、
前記充填部材は、前記アウタライナおよびインナライナを形成する相対向する内外一対のプレート間に嵌め込まれた中子を除去する工程における化学処理で除去されない材料で形成された部材である、
ガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1において、前記ピン部材が三角柱形状または円柱形状であるガスタービン燃焼器。
- 請求項1の燃焼器を製造する方法であって、
前記アウタライナおよびインナライナを形成する相対向する内外一対のプレート間に多数のピン部材と前記ピン部材が設定空所に嵌め込まれた中子とを挟む重合工程と、
前記ピン部材および中子とともに前記両プレートを接合して壁基材を作成する第1接合工程と、
前記壁基材を扇形状に切断する切断工程と、
切断された壁基材を環状に曲げて両端部を接合する第2接合工程と、
前記中子を化学的処理で除去する中子除去工程とを備え、
前記重合工程において、前記切断工程での切断予定ライン上およびその近傍に前記ピン部材を配置せず、
前記重合工程で前記中子とともに、その外周を取り囲み前記中子除去工程での化学的処理で除去されないフレームを挟み込み、前記切断工程で前記フレームの一部が前記基材の切断された両端部に残留するように基材を切断する
ガスタービン燃焼器の製造方法。
