Claims (3)
- 互いに平行に配置された複数個の第1電極と、
複数個の開口を含む第2電極と、
第1及び第2電極の間に配置された誘電体層と、
を備え、
第1電極は、第2電極の開口の下方に位置するように配置されており、
第2電極には、それぞれその第1端がその第2電極の表面と導電接触するよう複数個のナノストラクチャが設けられており、且つ第2電極に設けられた開口の縁から離れた場所で帯電種が発生することとなるよう、上記複数個のナノストラクチャを第2電極の表面に配置し、
第1電極と第2電極の間に交流電圧を印加し、上記複数個のナノストラクチャの第2端にて複数の帯電種を発生させ、第2電極と向かい合うよう第2電極から離して配置されたレセプタ上に帯電種を堆積させることによりそのレセプタを帯電させ、最終レセプタ電圧と近似的に等しい直流電圧を第2電極に印加することが可能な電子写真用帯電装置。 - 請求項1記載の電子写真用帯電装置であって、
上記複数個のナノストラクチャが、SWNT、MWNT、ロッド、ワイヤ、ホーン、スパイラル若しくはファイバ又はそれらの任意の組合せである電子写真用帯電装置。 - 互いに平行に配置された複数個の第1電極と、複数個の開口を含む第2電極と、第1及び第2電極の間に配置された誘電体層と、を備え、第1電極は、第2電極の開口の下方に位置するように配置されている固体式帯電装置を準備するステップであって、第2電極にはそれぞれその第1端がその第2電極の表面と導電接触するよう複数個のナノストラクチャが設けられており、且つ第2電極に設けられた開口の縁から離れた場所で帯電種が発生することとなるよう、上記複数個のナノストラクチャを第2電極の表面に配置する固体式帯電装置を準備するステップと、
第1電極と第2電極の間に交流電圧を印加するステップと、
上記複数個のナノストラクチャの第2端にて複数の帯電種を発生させるステップと、
第2電極と向かい合うよう第2電極から離して配置されたレセプタ上に帯電種を堆積させることによりそのレセプタを帯電させるステップと、
最終レセプタ電圧と近似的に等しい直流電圧を第2電極に印加するステップと、
を有し、電子写真用帯電装置により実行されるレセプタ帯電方法。
