主軸を挟んで対向する前側と奥側の刃物台の一方のX軸が他方のX軸に対して偏倚角(θ)で偏倚している前奥の刃物台をNC装置で並列制御して同一ワークに対する同時加工を行う方法において、
前記複数の刃物台の一方であって当該刃物台に装着した工具のX−Y平面内での方向を変更可能な刃物台をX軸及びY軸方向に移動位置決め可能に設けると共に、
NC装置に当該一方の刃物台の工具の方向を偏倚角(θ)偏倚させる第1補正式
並びに当該偏倚させた方向に当該工具を進退させるためのX軸及びY軸方向の送り量の第2補正式を登録し、
前記複数の刃物台の並列制御による同時加工を行うときに、前記一方の刃物台に対する加工指令の最初で前記第1及び第2補正式を呼び出し、同時加工の終了時に当該呼び出しを解除する、複数刃物台によるワークの同時加工方法。
