Description
The present invention relates to a function for detecting deterioration of an endoscope sterilized by a sterilization apparatus such as an autoclave and an endoscope having the function.
Medical endoscopes are cleaned, disinfected or sterilized for each patient use. Those treatments for endoscopes are indispensable to prevent infectious diseases in the hospital. For the cleaning / disinfecting / sterilizing treatment of the endoscope, for example, a dedicated endoscope cleaning / disinfecting device, a high-pressure steam sterilization (autoclave) device, an EOG (ethylene oxide gas) sterilization device, or the like is used. In these devices, depending on the type of device and usage environment (for example, laws and guidelines related to medical care in each country, frequency of use of endoscopes, hospital policy, etc.), the processing conditions (gas used, temperature, humidity, time, Pressure etc.) is more or less different.
The processing temperature condition of the autoclave varies depending on the use environment, but is generally set in the range of about 115 ° C to 138 ° C. The processing time condition is set in the range of about 3 minutes to 60 minutes. For example, a general pre-vacuum type autoclave device includes a pre-vacuum process for reducing the pressure in the sterilization chamber containing the endoscope, and a sterilization process for performing sterilization by sending high-temperature high-pressure steam into the sterilization chamber. It is. The pre-vacuum process is a process for allowing high-temperature and high-pressure steam to reach the details of the endoscope during the subsequent sterilization process.
(参考:特開2004−105747) Endoscopes that support autoclaves as described above are provided with a check valve for pressure adjustment at a predetermined position of the endoscope to prevent damage to the endoscope due to decompression during the pre-vacuum process. It has been. This check valve is in a closed state when the pressure inside the endoscope is equal to or lower than the pressure outside the endoscope, the inside of the endoscope is sealed, and the pressure inside the endoscope is the pressure outside the endoscope. It is a valve having a function of being opened when it is higher than that and opening the inside of the endoscope to the outside of the endoscope. By providing this check valve, the sterilization chamber is decompressed and decompressed inside the endoscope in the pre-vacuum process, and the pressure is almost the same as that in the sterilization chamber. Therefore, the autoclave compatible endoscope has a configuration that prevents the endoscope from being damaged due to decompression during the pre-vacuum process. In the sterilization process, high-temperature and high-pressure steam is fed into the sterilization chamber, so that the pressure in the sterilization chamber is higher than that in the endoscope. For this reason, the check valve is kept closed during the sterilization process. Thereby, inflow of the high temperature / high pressure steam from the check valve is prevented. (Reference: JP 2004-105747 A)
However, in an autoclave, the endoscope is placed in an environment of reduced pressure or high-temperature and high-pressure steam. Therefore, the endoscope is not a little burdened by heat, pressure, humidity, and the like. If autoclaving is repeated, the exterior of the endoscope will fatigue due to repeated loads, embrittlement due to hydrolysis, etc., deterioration of the rubber member, etc., resulting in leakage and high temperature and high pressure steam inside the endoscope. The problem of getting in occurs. If autoclaving is repeated while the endoscope is leaking, the high-temperature and high-pressure steam that has entered the endoscope will cause ion migration in the electronic circuit, oxidation of metal parts, and solid lubricant (such as molybdenum disulfide) solidified. It causes cause.
Under the circumstances as described above, various devices having a function of detecting an endoscope leak have been developed. For example,
Daily maintenance of the endoscope includes various operations such as cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and storage. Such maintenance work is preferable because the work content is simple and the work process is small because the burden on the operator is reduced and mistakes during the work are also reduced.
Endoscope leak detection is one of the routine maintenance tasks. Endoscope leakage is caused by repeated use of the endoscope in various environments such as an autoclave. If there is a leak in the endoscope, the contents of the endoscope are damaged or deteriorated as described above, so that it is necessary to perform the detection work on a daily basis. Of course, it is desirable that this work be simple.
However, although an apparatus such as
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object thereof is to provide an endoscope capable of detecting a leak without performing a complicated operation.
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a humidity monitor unit that includes a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, monitors the humidity inside the endoscope, a power storage unit that supplies power to function the humidity monitor unit, and a humidity An abnormality notification means for notifying abnormality according to the monitoring result of the monitoring means, and the humidity monitoring means has a leak in the endoscope when the humidity exceeds a predetermined value at a predetermined temperature or higher. Provided is an endoscope characterized in that it is determined that there is an abnormality and an abnormality notification means is notified of the abnormality.
According to this configuration, the endoscope according to the present invention can determine whether there is an abnormality (leak) in the endoscope without requiring measurement by an external device. In other words, if there is a leak in the endoscope, some high-temperature and high-pressure steam enters the endoscope during the autoclave sterilization process. Therefore, the temperature and humidity are measured to detect the entry of high-temperature and high-pressure steam. Endoscopic leaks can be detected. In addition, since this endoscope is provided with means for notifying the abnormality, the operator finds a leak in the endoscope without using another inspection device or the like and without requiring special work. be able to.
Further, the image processing apparatus further includes a reset unit that cancels the notification by the abnormality notification unit.
Further, the abnormality notification means is characterized by notifying abnormality by display of a display means provided at a predetermined position of the exterior part of the endoscope. The predetermined position is near a connector which is a connection portion with a processor for processing an image signal output from the endoscope.
The monitor means is included in a chip including management means for managing information unique to the endoscope provided to a processor for processing an image signal output from the endoscope. To do.
Further, a state in which the power supplied from the processor for processing the image signal output from the endoscope is supplied to the humidity monitoring means, and a state in which the power supplied from the power storage means is supplied to the humidity monitoring means. It further comprises power supply monitoring means having a switching function. Further, the power monitoring means has a function of supplying the power to the power storage means and charging the power storage means in a state where the power supplied from the processor is supplied to the humidity monitoring means. Further, when the processor and the endoscope are connected, the power monitoring means sets the power supplied from the processor to the humidity monitoring means, and the connection between the processor and the endoscope is released. If the power is supplied, the power supplied from the power storage means is set to be supplied to the humidity monitoring means.
Therefore, the present invention can provide an endoscope capable of detecting a leak without performing a complicated operation by the above-described configuration.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of an endoscope according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an
The
The
The
The operation unit 60 includes an operation knob for bending the bending
The
The
Further, the
Illumination light output from the light source is transmitted to the
In the embodiment of the present invention, the
Hereinafter, the
FIG. 2 is a functional block diagram of the
As the
As the

The
Specifically, if the voltage value corresponding to the temperature T = 110 ° C. in the temperature table is V T1 , the
The
The
Note that the above-described method for determining the temperature and humidity by the
Further, it has been described that the A /
The reason why the
In the above description, the A /
Further, the

The processor has a function of receiving an image signal from the

In step S101, it is determined whether the main power supply is turned off. That is, the
In step S102, the temperature T (voltage value V T ) indicated by the digital signal input from the
In step S104, a digital signal input from the
In step S106, it is determined whether the main power supply is ON. If the main power supply is not ON (step S106: NO), the process returns to step S102. If the main power supply is on (step S106: YES), this process ends.
In step S107, an error signal is output. Thereafter, this process ends.
According to this process, in the state where the
The present invention provides means for easily determining whether or not there is a leak in an endoscope. If there is a leak in the endoscope, some high temperature and high pressure steam will enter during the autoclave sterilization process. The present invention can indirectly determine that high-temperature and high-pressure steam has entered the endoscope based on temperature and humidity. In addition, since this endoscope can display an error by using an LED or the like to notify the abnormality, the operator can use the endoscope without using another inspection device or the like and without requiring special work. Mirror leaks can be found.
Further, by using the temperature sensor, it is possible to reliably monitor the humidity inside the endoscope under the high temperature and high pressure steam of the autoclave.
In addition, although an abnormality is notified by lighting of an LED provided in the endoscope, the notification is not reset until an operator who performs maintenance of the endoscope performs a predetermined operation. This has the effect of preventing a certain endoscope from being accidentally used by a patient.
