Description
The present invention relates to a method for transferring gas hydrate pellets, more specifically, a powdery gas hydrate is formed into pellets by a granulator in the atmosphere of the gas hydrate-producing gas, and then the gas The present invention relates to a method for transferring gas hydrate pellets in which hydrate pellets are transferred to a storage tank under atmospheric pressure.
The gas hydrate has a crystal structure in which gas molecules such as natural gas are contained one by one in a cage made of water molecules. For example, in the case of methane, the pressure is 3 MPa and the temperature is 0 ° C. Under these conditions, methane hydrate consisting of 8 molecules of methane and 46 molecules of water is produced. The volume is said to be reduced to about 1/170 of the standard state methane gas.
As described above, since gas hydrate has a high gas storage property, when it comes to natural gas hydrate, it is attracting attention as a new form of transport or storage of natural gas to replace LNG (liquefied natural gas). .
As a method for transporting this gas hydrate, as shown in FIG. 11, natural gas blown out from a gas field on the seabed is recovered through a mining pipe and reacted with water in a
Then, after the molded and solidified gas hydrate is stored in the
However, the powdered gas hydrate is formed into pellets by a granulator in the atmosphere of the gas hydrate production gas at a high pressure (for example, about 5.4 MPa), and then the gas hydrate pellets are formed. When transported to a storage tank under atmospheric pressure, the high-pressure gas hydrate product gas flows into the storage tank together with the gas hydrate pellets, so the storage tank needs to be a pressure-resistant tank that can withstand high pressure.
In this case, a large-capacity tank (for example, a tank having a diameter of 64 m and a height of 24 m) is considered as a storage tank for storing the pellet-shaped gas hydrate. However, the production of a storage tank requires enormous costs, and there is a problem that the merit of storing and transporting natural gas hydrate from natural gas and water is lost.
Further, in the invention of
Therefore, the powdery natural gas hydrate is formed into pellets by a granulator in the atmosphere of the gas hydrate producing gas, and then the gas hydrate pellets are accompanied by the gas hydrate producing gas. In order to realize transport to storage tanks under atmospheric pressure, further technological innovation is required.
The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems. The object of the present invention is to use gas hydrate pellets in an atmosphere of high-pressure gas hydrate production gas, gas hydrate production gas. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for transferring gas hydrate pellets that can be smoothly taken out into a storage tank under atmospheric pressure.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a gas hydrate pellet transfer method in which a powdery gas hydrate is pelletized by a granulator in an atmosphere of a gas hydrate product gas having a first pressure. In the method for transferring gas hydrate pellets, which is molded and then transferred to a pellet storage tank under atmospheric pressure,
(A) in the atmosphere of the gas hydrate product gas, the step of charging the gas hydrate pellets into a slurry mother liquor to form a pellet slurry;

And a method for transferring gas hydrate pellets comprising a step of extruding and diluting the slurry concentration by supplying slurry mother liquor to the slurry tank.
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the powdery gas hydrate is formed into pellets by the granulator in the atmosphere of the gas hydrate-producing gas having the first pressure. Later, in the gas hydrate pellet transfer method of transferring the gas hydrate pellets to a pellet storage tank under atmospheric pressure,
(A) press-fitting the gas hydrate product gas into a slurry tank;
(B) a step of filling the gas hydrate pellets into the slurry tank after filling the gas hydrate product gas;
(C) press-fitting a slurry mother liquor into a slurry tank after filling with gas hydrate pellets and refluxing the gas hydrate product gas in the slurry tank to the granulator side;
(D) operating a valve of a slurry transport pipe provided in the slurry tank to release the internal pressure of the slurry tank;
(E) Injecting the gas hydrate product gas into the slurry tank at a second pressure lower than the first pressure, whereby the gas hydrate pellets in the slurry tank are put into the slurry transport pipe in a slurry state. And extruding the slurry tank to replenish the slurry mother liquor and diluting the slurry concentration, so that the gas hydrate pellets in the atmosphere of the high-pressure gas hydrate product gas are converted into gas hydrate product gas. Can be smoothly taken out into a storage tank under atmospheric pressure.
For this reason, even if the storage tank for storing the pellet-like gas hydrate is a large capacity tank (for example, a tank having a diameter of 64 m and a height of 24 m), the storage tank does not need to be a pressure-resistant tank. Manufacturing costs for storage tanks and the like can be greatly reduced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a gas hydrate pellet transportation system.

Here, the shape of the gas hydrate pellet is preferably a spherical shape, but is not limited to this shape. Moreover, as a dimension of a gas hydrate pellet, although about 20 mm in diameter is preferable, it is not restricted to this, For example, about 10-100 mm may be sufficient.
At this time, in order to improve the filling rate, it is preferable to make a difference in the diameter of the gas hydrate pellets. In that case, the diameter of the large-diameter gas hydrate pellet is, for example, in the range of 20-100 mm, and the diameter of the small-diameter gas hydrate pellet is, for example, in the range of 10-40 mm.

These granulating apparatuses and slurry tanks are composed of a plurality of groups. For convenience of explanation, the granulating apparatuses and slurry tanks constituting one group will be described.

Here, the reason for adjusting the concentration of the pellet slurry s ″ to be about 30%, preferably about 20 to 35% is that if it falls outside this range, the fluidity of the pellet slurry deteriorates.
