Conventionally, a packaging bag is known in which a fastener is attached to the inner surface of an opening so that the opening can be resealed. In recent years, with respect to such packaging bags, there has been a growing demand to store the contents in the packaging bags without breaking the shape. In order to respond to such a request, the present patent applicant has already disclosed the invention according to Patent Document 1.

In the invention described in Patent Document 1, the bag main body is formed of a film material, and is configured by attaching a mold member that maintains the outer shape of the bag main body in a hexahedral shape inside the bag main body. .

And the plane part and side part in a packaging bag are formed when the film material which forms the bag main body is given tension | tensile_strength with the type | mold member provided in the inside.

In this way, the invention described in Patent Document 1 is characterized in that the mold member maintains the outer shape of the bag body in a hexahedron shape so that the shape member can be accommodated inside without breaking the shape of the contents. Have.

However, when resealing with the fastener provided on the upper surface portion side of the packaging bag, it is also true that the mold member makes it difficult to move the front and rear portions on the upper surface portion side of the bag body toward the center. The applicant of the present patent application has further advanced research in order to eliminate such inconvenience.

On the other hand, if the upper protruding portion of the bag body that protrudes upward from the upper end of the mold member is kept as it is without being folded, it widens to the left and right as it goes upward, thereby providing excellent design power. The patent applicant of the present application has also advanced research on whether the design ability of the packaging bag can be effectively exhibited after the disclosure of the above-described Patent Document 1.

The present invention discloses the results of such research, and an object thereof is to provide a packaging bag that can be easily resealed and that can effectively exhibit excellent design power.

In order to solve such a problem, in the present invention, a bag body made of a film material and an inner surface of the bag body, the bag body is disposed on a pair of opposed flat portions on both sides of the flat portions. A mold member that maintains a fixed shape including a pair of opposing side surface portions, an upper surface portion, and a bottom surface portion that opposes the upper surface portion, and the mold member forms a pair of the planar portions. And a side surface forming portion that forms a pair of the side surface portions and connects the side edges of the flat surface forming portion, and further, on the upper surface portion side of the bag body, an opening that is opened after the bag body is opened In the packaging bag provided with a closing mechanism for closing the part, the flat part and the side part are respectively provided with film materials constituting the bag main body on the outer surface of the flat part forming part and the side part forming part of the mold member. And the bottom portion is configured as follows: Ear portions that protrude downward from the lower end of the mold member at both sides of the packaging bag are folded flat toward the center side of the packaging bag, and the upper surface portion protrudes upward from the bag body. The portion of the portion that protrudes upward from each flat portion is folded and superimposed toward the center with the upper end of the mold member as the base line, and the upper end edge of the overlapped portion is sealed, and the upper portion of the mold member In this case, the upper part of the opposing flat part is folded toward the center of the packaging bag in the depth direction, the flat part approaching the upper part of the flat part to each other, and the side part being widened outwardly. A side folding portion that is folded in the middle in the depth direction of the packaging bag, and a closing auxiliary portion that assists in the closing operation of the opening portion of the packaging bag is formed; A plane fold line that is positioned below a predetermined distance from the upper end of the plane forming portion and that can be bent toward the center side at the upper portion of the plane forming portion, wherein the side fold portion is the same as the plane fold line. A side fold line that is formed at a height and enables the side surface forming portion to be bent outward, a top edge of the side fold line, a base point that is positioned at the center of the side surface forming portion in the width direction, and the side fold line In this case, a packaging bag is employed that is connected to end points located at both side edges of the side surface forming portion and is formed with oblique lines that can bend the side surface forming portion so as to protrude outward.

In the present invention, as the closing mechanism, a male fastener and a female fastener that are detachable from each other are attached to the inner surface of the bag body, and the opening of the opened packaging bag is resealed. It is characterized by that.

On the other hand, in the present invention, as the closing mechanism, a closing band portion formed by extending the mold member is further provided on the upper side of the closing auxiliary portion, and the closing band portion includes the side forming portion. A fold line is formed that is bent so that the upper side from the base point protrudes outward on the center line of the side surface forming portion, and the boundary line between the closing band portion and the closing auxiliary portion is the packaging bag. Is formed so that it can be bent inwardly, and with the approach of the plane approaching part in the closing auxiliary part and the widening to the left and right of the side folding part, the closing band part is folded at the folding line, The overlapped state of the overlapped closed band portions is maintained by the urging force applied to the center side of the plane approaching portion that is overlapped and generated when the side surface forming portion is widened to the left and right.

Even in this case, the bag main body has a male fastener and a female fastener, which are detachable from each other above the closing band portion, attached to the inner surface of the bag main body, and opened. A fastener may be further provided to reseal the opening.

Moreover, in said packaging bag, it is good to form the angle which the side surface folding line formed in the said side surface formation part and the oblique line make in the range of 45 degree | times-70 degree | times.

According to the present invention, the closing assisting part brings the front side and the back side on the upper side of the bag body closer to the center side of the packaging bag. For this reason, the male fastener and the female fastener which are attached to the front side and the back side and face each other are brought close to the center of the packaging bag, and the fasteners can be easily engaged.

On the other hand, when a closing band is further provided above the closing assisting part, the closing band itself functions as a closing mechanism for closing the opening. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide fasteners for contents that do not require sealing.

In addition, the closed band portion applies a strain to the upper protruding portion, and the upper protruding portion is widened upward, and the standing state is maintained. Thereby, it becomes a packaging bag excellent in design.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows the appearance of a packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The packaging bag 1 includes a bag body 2 made of a film material 2A, and a mold member 20 that is disposed inside the bag body 2 and maintains the outer shape of the bag body 2 in a hexahedral shape. The mold member 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and as shown in FIG. 1 by hatching, the upper end edge and the lower end edge thereof are sealed to the inner surface of the bag body 2, and the bag body 2 is disposed inside. Since the mold member 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a rectangular cross section, and is maintained in a hexahedron by the mold member 20, the packaging bag 1 is opposed to the pair of plane portions 3 opposed to each other in the front-rear direction. A pair of side surface parts 4, and the upper surface part 6 and the bottom face part 5 which oppose up and down are comprised.

The pair of opposed flat portions 3 are pulled in four directions by the mold member 20 disposed on the inner side of the bag body 2 and formed in a rectangular shape. Similarly, the pair of side surface portions 4 facing each other is pulled in all directions by the mold member 20 to be formed in a rectangular shape. The upper surface portion 6 and the bottom surface portion 5 are formed by folding the film material 2A constituting the bag body 2 in a predetermined procedure with respect to the flat surface portion 3 and the side surface portion 4.

And the fastener 10 for resealing the opened opening part 7 is attached to the upper surface part 6 after opening this upper surface.

The packaging bag 1 is formed as follows. 2 to 4 show an example of the manufacturing process.

As shown in FIG. 2, the bag body 2 has one side left so that one side is formed as an opening 7 in the superposed rectangular film material 2 </ b> A, and the other three sides are heat-sealed. Heat seal portions 4a and 5a are formed along the edge. And the fastener 10 which opens and closes the opening part 7 provided in 1 side freely is attached to the surface which 2A of film materials oppose, and is comprised. As the film material 2 </ b> A configured as the bag body 2, a film material having a layer configuration of heat seal OPP # 25 / L-LDPE # 40 may be used. The fastener 10 includes a male fastener and a female fastener that can be engaged with and disengaged from each other, and is attached to be opposed to the inner surface of each film material 2 </ b> A constituting the bag body 2. The fastener 10 may be formed by cutting a belt-like fastener 10 tape into an appropriate length, or formed by injection molding a resin material on the inner surface of the film material 2A. May be used.

The mold member 20 is inserted into the bag body 2 formed in this way. The mold member 20 is a member having a layer structure in which 15 μm of PE is attached to the surface of a paper having an area density of 300 g / m 2 , and a pair of plane forming portions 21 that form the plane portion 3 on the bag body 2 The flat surface forming portion 21 is provided so as to connect the side edges thereof, and includes a pair of side surface forming portions 22 that form the side surface portion 4 on the bag body 2. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the side surface forming portion 22 is folded at the center of the packaging bag 1 in the depth direction so that the mold member 20 can be easily inserted.

After the mold member 20 is inserted, the upper and lower edges of the mold member 20 are sealed to the inner surface of the bag body 2. And as shown in FIG. 3, the type | mold member 20 is returned to the state of a rectangular parallelepiped again. Thereby, a part of each film material 2 </ b> A constituting the bag body 2 is in close contact with the flat surface forming portion 21 of the mold member 20, thereby forming a pair of opposing flat surface portions 3. Moreover, a part including the side edge which heat-sealed film material 2A mutually is located in the center of the side surface formation part 22, and a pair which faces along and faces the said side surface formation part 22 closely Side surface portion 4 is formed.

In the state shown in FIG. 3, the top surface portion 6 and the bottom surface portion 5 are not yet completed, and the portion of the bag body 2 that protrudes from the upper end of the mold member 20 extends upward so as to widen to the left and right. In the bottom surface portion 5, triangular ear portions 5 b are formed at both left and right ends.

From the state shown in FIG. 3, first, the ear portions 5 b formed on both sides of the bottom surface portion 5 are bent toward the center of the packaging bag 1 and attached to the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 5. Thereby, the bottom face part 5 is formed flat. On the other hand, the upper surface portion 6 is filled with the contents, the upper end of the bag body 2 is heat sealed to form the heat seal portion 6b, and then the film material 2A constituting the bag body 2 is placed before and after the packaging bag 1. Overlapping is performed at the center, and the overlapped portion is folded toward the back side of the packaging bag 1 as shown in FIG. If it does so, the both-sides part 6a of the site | part bent will protrude from the side part 4 of the packaging bag 1 to right and left. This overhang bends the portion 6a downward along the side surface portion 4 and seals it to the side surface portion 4, whereby the packaging bag 1 shown in FIG. 1 is completed.

And in the packaging bag 1 concerning this embodiment, in order to re-engage the fastener 10 after opening the upper surface part 6 and to make it easy to re-seal the opening part 7, the following devices are applied. .

5 and 6 respectively show details of the mold member 20 employed to facilitate the resealing operation.

The mold member 20 is provided with two flat surface forming portions 21 which are formed to form the flat surface portion 3 on the bag body 2 so as to face each other. In addition, two side surface forming portions 22 for forming the side surface portion 4 on the bag body 2 are arranged opposite to each other on both sides of the plane forming portion 21. The mold member 20 is formed in a vertically long rectangular parallelepiped shape by the plane forming portion 21 and the side surface forming portion 22.

And the upper part of this type | mold member 20 is formed as the closure auxiliary | assistant part 23 for assisting closure of the opening part 7, when opening the upper surface part 6 of the packaging bag 1, and resealing.

The closing assisting portion 23 is provided in a range of about 3 on the upper side in the up-down direction of the mold member 20, and includes a plane fold line 26 and a side fold line 27 extending horizontally at a certain distance from the upper end. 21 and the side surface forming portion 22, and the side surface portion 4 is provided by forming a bend line 28 made of diagonal lines.

The plane fold line 26 formed in each plane forming portion 21 is bent so as to be convex outward, and the plane approaching portion 24 located above the fold line is arranged with the upper end in the depth direction of the packaging bag 1. Has the function of matching at the center.

Since the upper end edge of the mold member 20 is sealed to the inner surface of the bag main body 2, when the upper end of the flat approaching portion 24 is bent toward the center, the bag main body 2 is also moved closer to the center. That is, the upper side of the folding line in the mold member 20 has a function of bringing the flat portion 3 of the bag body 2 closer.

On the other hand, the horizontally extending side surface folding line 27 formed on the side surface forming portion 22 is bent so as to protrude inward, and the side surface bending portion 25 positioned above the side surface folding line 27 is expanded to the left and right. In addition, the fold line 28 formed by oblique lines formed on the side surface forming portion 22 is a line connecting the base point P provided at the upper edge of the side surface forming portion 22 and the end points Q at both ends of the side surface fold line 27. .

The base point P is a point provided at the center in the depth direction of the packaging bag 1 at the upper edge of the side surface forming portion 22. On the other hand, the end point Q is a point provided at both ends of the side surface folding line 27, that is, at the intersection between the side surface forming portion 22 and the plane forming portion 21 and the side surface bending line 27. A fold line 28 formed by oblique lines is formed by connecting the base point P and the end point Q.

Then, the closing assisting portion 23 of the side surface forming portion 22 is bent such that the fold lines 28 made of diagonal lines are convex outward, and the side fold lines 27 extending horizontally are convex inward as described above. It is bent so that As a result, an isosceles triangular triangular projecting portion 29 that is surrounded by two oblique folding lines 28 and a horizontally extending side folding line 27 projects laterally. On the other hand, it is located on both sides of the triangular projecting portion 29, and is an inverted triangular shape surrounded by a bend line 28 composed of diagonal lines, a boundary line between the side surface forming portion 22 and the plane forming portion 21, and an upper edge of the mold member 20. The site | part 30 becomes the same plane as the plane approach part 24, The upper end edge is bend | folded toward the center of a depth direction, and upper end edges are faced | matched. As a result, the side bent portion 25 is bent at the base point P. That is, the side surface bent portion 25 has a function of bending the side surface portion 4 of the bag body 2 by being bent.

FIG. 6 shows the bent state as described above. As shown in FIG. 6, when the closing assisting portion 23 is bent, the upper portion of the mold member 20 includes the plane approaching portion 24 and the inverted triangular portions 30 forming part of the side surface forming portions 22 located on both sides thereof. Are respectively formed as inclined surfaces directed toward the center in the depth direction of the packaging bag 1. On the other hand, in the left-right direction, the width is increased toward the upper side. Then, the side folded portion 25 is folded in two at the base point P where the widened upper end is located at the center in the depth direction of the packaging bag 1. As described above, the mold member 20 is bent from the rectangular parallelepiped state shown in FIG. 5 and deformed to the state shown in FIG. 6, so that the upper end edge thereof is tapered in the depth direction, and the opened upper end is formed. The edge is closed.

FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 show how the upper part of the packaging bag 1 is changed using the deformation of the mold member 20. 7 shows a state in which the closing assisting portion 23 is not folded and the mold member 20 is left in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped as shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 8 shows that the closing assisting portion 23 is bent and the upper portion of the mold member 20 is tapered. Each of the states shown in FIG. 6 is shown.

As shown in FIG. 7, when the male fastener and the female fastener of the fastener 10 are to be engaged with each other while the mold member 20 is maintained in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, 3 must be folded substantially at right angles to the center of the packaging bag 1. At this time, the fastener 10 must be closed while pulling the bag body 2 slightly toward the center, which is troublesome.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, when the closing assisting portion 23 is folded, the upper edge of the flat approaching portion 24 moves to the center side, and accordingly, the upper portions of both the flat portions 3 are moved toward the center side. . Thereby, the part which protrudes upwards from the plane part 3 in the upper protrusion part 8 necessarily overlaps. Furthermore, the side surface folding part 25 projects right and left and is folded at the position of the base point P, whereby the side surface is folded at the center in the depth direction of the packaging bag 1. Thereby, the part which protrudes upwards from the side part 4 in the upper protrusion part 8 is folded in half in the center, and is necessarily overlapped.

For this reason, the male fastener and the female fastener of the fastener 10 arranged on the front side and the back side of the packaging bag 1 are brought into contact with each other, and both are engaged very easily.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 9-11, the relationship between the dimension of the type | mold member 20 of this packaging bag 1 and the dimension of the bag main body 2 is demonstrated.

First, the dimension of folding of the upper surface portion 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the packaging bag 1 as a model. As shown in FIG. 9, in this packaging bag 1, the upper protruding portion 8 has the same dimension h between the upper edge of the mold member 20 and the upper edge of the bag body 2 as the depth dimension G of the packaging bag 1. It is formed slightly smaller than the dimension G.
h ≦ G (1) formula

h=h1+h2・・・(2)式
As described above, the front protruding portion 8 has the front surface portion 3 side and the back surface portion 3 side overlapped at the center of the packaging bag 1 in the depth direction, and this portion is folded back. That is, the dimension h between the upper end edge of the mold member 20 and the upper end edge of the bag body 2 is the dimension h1 of a flat part until the upper protruding part 8 is folded at the upper end edge of the plane forming part 21 and overlapped. The dimension h2 is the dimension obtained by adding the dimension h2 of the part that is overlapped and folded on the upper side.
h = h1 + h2 (2) formula

h1=h2=G/2・・・(3)式
Then, the dimension h1 is half the depth dimension G, that is, G / 2. Moreover, if the dimension h2 of the overlapped portion is also formed to be a dimension G / 2 that is half of the depth dimension G, when the upper protruding portion 8 is folded back, the upper end thereof is a flat portion on the back side of the packaging bag 1. Match.
h1 = h2 = G / 2 (3) formula

Thereby, an external appearance can be simplified. If the upper protruding portion 8 is folded so that its upper end does not protrude from the back surface of the packaging bag 1, the dimension h2 of the folded portion is set to be larger than the dimension G / 2 that is half the depth dimension G. Of course, the object can be achieved even if it is made small.
h2 <G / 2 (4) formula

Next, with reference to FIG. 11, the fold line of the side surface forming part 22 constituting the closing assisting part 23 in the mold member 20 will be described.

An important point as a function of the closing assisting portion 23 is to reliably overlap the upper protruding portions 8. For this reason, when the plane approaching portion 24 of the closing assisting portion 23 is folded toward the center side, the upper end edges must be butted against each other. In order to achieve this, as shown in FIG. 11, the angle α formed between each fold line 28 formed as a diagonal line and the side fold line 27 extending horizontally is geometrically 45 degrees or more and 90 degrees. It is necessary to form less than.

If the angle α is less than 45 degrees, the upper end cannot be abutted even if the closing assisting portion 23 is folded, and the upper protruding portion 8 of the bag body 2 cannot be accurately overlapped. On the other hand, if the angle α is 90 degrees, it cannot be bent in the first place, and the function as the closing assisting portion 23 is not provided. And if the function and design of the said packaging bag 1 are considered, this angle (alpha) is good to form in 45 to 70 degree | times.

Next, with reference to FIG. 12, the principle that the packaging bag 1 described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8 can be easily resealed will be quantitatively described.

First, when the closing assisting portion 23 of the mold member 20 is folded (meaning that the mold member 20 is folded into the state shown in FIG. 6), the depth of the packaging bag 1 from the plane folding line 26 extending horizontally. It is folded diagonally upward toward the center of the direction. Since the upper end edge of the mold member 20 is sealed to the inner surface of the bag body 2, the upper protruding portion 8 of the bag body 2 is forcibly overlapped. For this reason, the male fastener and the female fastener of the fastener 10 attached to the front side and the back side of the bag body 2 can be easily engaged.

Next, it can be explained that the fastener can be easily engaged also in terms of dimensions.

When the closing assisting portion 23 of the mold member 20 is not folded and the mold member 20 is maintained in a rectangular parallelepiped state (meaning that the mold member 20 is shown in FIG. 5), the upper protruding portion 8 is overlapped. Let Y be the dimension from the root of the part to the mounting position of the fastener 10. On the other hand, when the mold member 20 is folded in the state shown in FIG. 6, the dimension from the root of the overlapped portion to the attachment position of the fastener 10 in the upper protruding portion 8 is the state shown in FIG. It is the same size as X.

Consider the difference between this dimension X and dimension Y.

X−Y=Z−Zsinα=Z(1−sinα)
As shown in FIG. 12, when the dimension between the plane fold line 26 to the side fold line 27 and the upper edge of the mold member 20 is Z, the difference between the dimension X and the dimension Y is
XY = Z-Zsinα = Z (1-sinα) (5) The angle α formed by the fold line 28 and the side fold line 27 is 45 degrees or more and less than 90 degrees as described above. Therefore, the value of sin α is in the range expressed by the following equation (6): 0.7071 ≦ sin α <1 (6)

Thus, by providing the closing assisting portion 23 in the mold member 20, the size of the overlapped portion is formed large, and the effect of facilitating closing of the fastener 10 is given.

h2=A+Y・・・(7)
G/2=A+Yとなる。
A=(G/2)−Y・・・(8)式
This can also be shown as follows using the dimensions h, h2, A, and G shown in FIGS. Equation (7) can be derived from FIGS. 10 and 12.
h2 = A + Y (7)
From this equation (7) and the above equation (3), G / 2 = A + Y. If this equation is expressed with respect to A, it can be expressed as equation (8).
A = (G / 2) −Y (8) formula

h=A+X・・・(9)式
となる。
Also, as shown in FIG. 9, when h is represented by A and X,
h = A + X (9)

X≦G−A・・・(10)
となる。
From this equation (9) and the above equation (1), it can be expressed as G ≧ A + X.
X ≦ GA (10)
It becomes.

Then, from the above equation (8) and this equation (10),
X ≦ G − ((G / 2) −Y) = (G / 2) + Y
It becomes. Therefore, the dimensional difference between X and Y can be expressed as the following equation (11).
X−Y ≦ G / 2 (11)

As is clear from the equation (11), in the packaging bag 1 according to the embodiment in which the closing assisting portion 23 is provided on the mold member 20, the dimension of the overlapped portion can be formed large. 10 facilitates closing.

Next, a packaging bag according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing an appearance of the packaging bag 40 according to the second embodiment. The packaging bag 40 functions as a mechanism for closing the opening 47 without providing a fastener as a mechanism for closing the opened opening 47.

The packaging bag 40 is also composed of a bag body 42 that heat-seals three sides of the film material 41 and a mold member 50 that is disposed inside the bag body 42 and maintains the bag body 42 in a certain shape. Yes. A heat seal portion 44a formed by heat-sealing the film materials 41 is formed on the side edge of the bag main body portion 42, and is configured as an opening portion 47 whose upper end is opened.

The mold member 50 is formed in a cylindrical shape whose cross-sectional shape is a rectangle, and the upper end edge and the lower end edge thereof are sealed on the inner surface of the bag body 42 and disposed inside the bag body 42. The mold member 50 is formed so that the cross-sectional shape is a rectangular cylinder, and the packaging bag 40 is formed in a flat shape with a pair of flat surface portions 43 opposed to each other in the front-rear direction, a pair of side surface portions 44 opposed to the left and right. The bottom surface portion 45 is formed by the mold member 50. The flat surface portion 43, the side surface portion 44, and the bottom surface portion 45 are formed in the same manner as in the first embodiment described above. On the other hand, the upper surface portion 46 is configured to taper toward the center before and after the packaging bag 40, and to be widened at the left and right sides, and to maintain an upright state.

What forms the packaging bag 40 in such a form is the mold member 50 shown in FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 14, the mold member 50 is also composed of a pair of opposing flat surface forming portions 51 and side surface forming portions 52 that connect both ends of the flat surface forming portions 51 and face each other. . Further, the upper portion of the mold member 50 is formed as a closing assisting portion 53 for assisting the closing of the opening 47 when the upper surface portion 46 of the packaging bag 40 is opened and then resealed. Further, the mold member 50 is provided with a closing band portion 60 that is formed at a certain height above the closing assisting portion 53 and serves as a closing mechanism that maintains the opening 47 after opening in a closed state.

As in the first embodiment, the closing assisting portion 53 has bending lines 56 and 57 extending horizontally at a certain distance from the upper end of the mold member 50 in the plane forming portion 51 and the side surface forming portion 52. At the same time, the side surface portion 44 has a fold line 58 formed by oblique lines. The fold line 56 formed in each plane forming portion 51 is bent so as to protrude outward, and the upper end of the plane approaching portion 54 located above the fold line 56 is set to the depth of the packaging bag 40. Match at the center of the direction. In contrast, the horizontally extending fold line 57 formed on the side surface forming portion 52 is bent so as to protrude inward, and the side fold portion 55 positioned above the fold line is widened to the left and right. Further, the fold line 58 formed by diagonal lines connects the base point P provided at the boundary line 61 between the closing assisting portion 53 and the closing band portion 60 and the end points Q at both ends of the bending line in the side surface forming portion 52. Is formed. The base point P of the side surface forming part 52 is a point provided at the center of the boundary line 61 in the width direction of the side surface forming part 52. On the other hand, the end points Q are points provided at both ends of the folding line. A bend line 58 made of diagonal lines is formed by connecting the base point P and the end point Q.

A folding line 62 is formed in the closing band portion 60 provided on the upper side of the closing assisting portion 53 so as to connect the base point P and the upper end edge of the mold member 50 at the center in the depth direction. The closed band portion 60 is folded in such a manner that the fold line 62 is convex toward the outside, and is formed in a folded state.

The mold member 50 formed in this way is formed as shown in FIG. 15 by bending each fold line. In other words, the closing assisting portion 53 of the side surface forming portion 52 is bent such that the fold lines 58 made of diagonal lines are convex outward, and the fold lines 57 extending horizontally are convex inward. As a result, an isosceles triangular triangular projecting portion 59 that is surrounded by two fold lines 58 and a horizontally extending fold line 57 projects left and right. On the other hand, a portion of an inverted triangle located on both sides of the triangular projecting portion and surrounded by a bend line 58 made of diagonal lines, a boundary line between the side surface forming portion 52 and the flat surface forming portion 51, and the upper edge of the mold member 50. 59a becomes the same plane as the plane approaching portion 54, and its upper end edge is bent toward the center in the depth direction, and the upper end edges are butted together. Then, the closed band portion 60 is folded at a folding line 62 and folded in half so that the inner surfaces of the opposing portions are in close contact with each other.

When the mold member 50 is folded in the state shown in FIG. 15, the closing band portion 60 is biased toward the center as the flat surface approaching portion 54 approaches the side surface forming portion 52 and the side bending portion 55 widens to the left and right. A biasing force is generated. The closed band portion 60 folded in two is maintained in an overlapping state by this urging force.

When the closed band portion 60 is folded and overlapped in this way, the upper surface portion 46 of the opened packaging bag 40 is overlapped with the opposing flat surface portion 43 as shown in FIG. The portion 44 is folded at the center in the depth direction and overlapped, and the opening 47 is closed.

Thus, in the packaging bag 40, the closing auxiliary portion 53 and the closing belt portion 60 provided on the upper portion of the mold member 50 function as a closing mechanism that closes the opening 47 by the cooperation of both.

Further, in the packaging bag 40, the closed band portion 60 gives a so-called “strain” to the upper surface portion 46 of the packaging bag 40. For this reason, the upper surface part 46 is extended upwards without dripping. The upper surface portion 46 is widened by the side surface bent portion 55 of the closing assisting portion 53. By these actions, the packaging bag 40 according to this embodiment is provided with an excellent design power that the conventional packaging bag 40 does not have.

As described above, the packaging bag 40 according to the second embodiment has been described for closing the opening 47 of the packaging bag 40 using only the closing auxiliary portion 53 and the closing band portion 60 provided in the mold member 50. The packaging bag 40 according to this embodiment may also be a packaging bag 40 having a high sealing property by providing a fastener on the upper surface portion 46.
