BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door device in which an opening such as an entrance is opened and closed by a sliding door main body. .
[0002]
[Background]
A hanging type sliding door device is used to partition a room and a corridor in a building or to partition rooms. In this hanging type sliding door device, the sliding door main body is moved from a guide rail placed inside the blind. Is suspended and guided by the guide rail serving as a guide member, and the sliding door body moves to open and close openings such as doorways.
[0003]
In this upper suspension type sliding door device, the moving part for moving the sliding door main body is configured by the invisible eye and the guide member arranged in the inner side, and the sliding door main body is automatically moved. In a sliding door device of a type in which a driving device or the like for this purpose is disposed inside the eye, a moving unit is configured including the driving device and the like.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The moving unit is important for smoothly moving the sliding door body, and is made of relatively precise parts compared to the sliding door body. For this reason, in order to secure the original function and performance of the sliding door device, it is necessary to protect the moving part from external force such as impact force and to avoid being affected by the external force as much as possible. A device that can effectively achieve the above is required.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door device that can effectively protect a moving part for moving a sliding door main body from an external force.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The sliding door device according to the present invention is a sliding door device having a sliding door main body and a moving part for moving the sliding door main body, wherein at least a part of the moving part is housed inside a wall. Is.
[0007]
In this sliding door device, since at least a part of the moving part for moving the sliding door main body is housed inside the wall, the part of the moving part housed inside the wall is not exposed to the outside, At least a part of the moving part is protected from external force by the wall, and the original function and performance of the sliding door device can be secured. Moreover, since the sliding door device is usually installed on a wall, the moving part can be protected using this wall, and there is no need to provide a special protective member.
[0008]
Further, by storing at least a part of the moving part inside the wall, the moving part can be substantially enlarged by the amount stored, and thereby a plurality of members constituting the moving part can be effectively arranged. .
[0009]
In the above, the part of the moving part housed in the wall may be a part of the moving part or the entire moving part.
[0010]
Further, when a part of the moving part is stored inside the wall, the part to be stored may be a part corresponding to the opening part opened and closed by the sliding door body, or may be another part. .
[0011]
Furthermore, the present invention relates to a sliding door device of a type in which the moving part is disposed above the opening that is opened and closed by the sliding door body, in other words, an uplifting type suspended from the moving part in which the sliding door body is disposed above. The sliding door device may be a sliding door device of the type arranged at the lower part of the opening that is opened and closed by the sliding door main body. Of these types, in the former sliding door device, the moving portion corresponds to the opening. This part becomes a part arranged above the opening, and in this type of sliding door device, the moving part is provided at a location on the wall near the ceiling. Therefore, of the moving parts located above the opening, At least a part can be effectively stored inside the wall.
[0012]
Further, as described above, the sliding door device according to the present invention in which at least a part of the moving part is accommodated in the wall may have a door pocket for accommodating the sliding door main body having an opening. You may not have. In the case of having a door pocket, the door pocket may be of a type that covers both the one and other surfaces of the sliding door body, and covers only one of the both surfaces of the sliding door body, The one side type which exposes the other may be sufficient.
[0013]
The present invention can also be applied to a sliding door device in which a door pocket is provided inside a wall, including a one-side type, and also to a sliding door device in which the door pocket and the wall are separated and the door pocket is exposed to the outside. Applicable.
[0014]
Thus, in the sliding door apparatus which has a door pocket, while a door pocket and the opening part opened and closed by a sliding door main body are provided adjacently, the said moving part is provided ranging over these door pockets and an opening part. It will be.
[0015]
In the sliding door device having such a structure, at least a part of the portion of the moving portion disposed above the opening is stored inside the wall and disposed above the door pocket of the moving portion. An open portion and a door pocket may be provided inside the wall. According to this, many parts of a moving part will be accommodated in the inside of a wall, and the protection of the moving part from external force can be performed still more effectively.
[0016]
Further, in the above sliding door device according to the present invention, the wall for housing at least a part of the moving part may be of any type formed of an arbitrary material, for example, one of the walls with respect to the moving part. It may be formed by laminating a plurality of outer surface forming members each having a panel shape on each side and the other side in the wall thickness direction, and the entire wall is formed by concrete placement or by a painted wall It may be what you have.
[0017]
When one side and the other side of the part of the wall that is off the moving part are formed by overlapping a plurality of outer surface forming members in the wall thickness direction, they are stored inside the wall. At least a part of the moving part to be used may be covered with the outer surface forming member on the outer side among these outer surface forming members, or may be covered with all of the outer surface forming members.
[0018]
According to the former, at least a part of the moving part is covered with the outer surface forming member only on the outer side and not covered with the inner outer surface forming member, so the thickness of the moving part is equal to the thickness dimension of the inner outer surface forming member. The size can be increased, and the function of the moving part can be enhanced accordingly.
[0019]
In this way, when the moving part is covered with the outer surface forming member only on the outside, the outer surface forming member only on the outer side may be covered only on one side or the other side of the moving part. Both.
[0020]
In addition, when each of one side and the other side of the part of the wall that is off the location of the moving part is formed by overlapping two outer surface forming members in the wall thickness direction, the moving part is covered. The number of outer surface forming members on the outer side is only one, but one side and the other side of the portion of the wall that is out of the location of the moving part are each three or more outer surface forming members at the wall thickness. When formed by overlapping in the vertical direction, the number of outer surface forming members on the outer side covering the moving part may be two or more.
[0021]
In addition, the moving part is configured to include an invisible eye and a moving mechanism disposed inside the invisible eye, and the invisible eye is provided with an invisible body and the invisible body provided for opening and closing. If the cover is formed with a cover, the inspection cover is not stored inside the wall.
[0022]
According to this, since the inspection cover is not housed inside the wall, the inspection cover can be opened and closed with respect to the invisible body, thereby inspecting, repairing, etc. the moving mechanism disposed inside the invisible body. You will be able to work.
[0023]
In this case, providing the inspection cover to the invisible main body so that it can be opened and closed means that the inspection cover is provided to the invisible main body so as to be rotatable around a hinge, etc. Including attaching and removing the cover for inspection, and providing the inspection cover so as to be slidable with respect to the invisible body.
[0024]
In the present invention described above, the surface of the exposed portion of the moving part exposed from the wall, such as the inspection cover, may coincide with or substantially coincide with the wall surface, or may protrude from the wall surface. Good. When the surface of the wall coincides with or substantially coincides with the wall surface, the exposed portion of the moving portion can be effectively protected to some extent from external force.
[0025]
In the present invention, the moving mechanism is arranged above the sliding door main body, the sliding door main body is suspended, and is configured by a guide member for guiding and moving the sliding door main body. The movement of the sliding door main body along the guide member Can be applied to a sliding door device that is operated manually or by the weight of the sliding door body by an inclined guide member, and the moving mechanism is arranged above the sliding door body so that the sliding door body is suspended. The present invention can also be applied to a case in which a guide member for guiding and moving and a drive device for automatically moving the sliding door main body along the guide member are included. The present invention can also be applied to a case that includes a guide member, a driving device, and a braking device for decelerating the moving speed of the sliding door main body moving toward the closing side. Thus, when the moving mechanism is configured to include the guide member, the driving device, and the braking device, one of the braking device and the driving device is attached to the stationary member side such as the guide member, and the other is the sliding door. You may attach to movable member side, such as a main body.
[0026]
In such a case, it is necessary to prevent the driving device and the braking device from interfering with each other when the sliding door body moves along the guide member. In order to separate them from each other by a distance that does not cause interference, the dimensions of the blind body must be increased. However, in the present invention, since at least a part of the moving part is housed inside the wall, the moving part exposed from the wall even if the size of the blind body is increased to the extent that the driving device and the braking device do not interfere Thus, the appearance of the sliding door device can be improved.
[0027]
In the above, the guide member may be a guide rail or a sliding rail.
[0028]
The driving device may automatically perform both the closing movement and the opening movement of the sliding door main body with respect to the opening, or may automatically perform one of these and perform the other manually.
[0029]
Furthermore, the driving principle of the driving device may be arbitrary, for example, a spiral spring type that pulls and moves the sliding door main body by the accumulated spring force, or a cylinder type that moves the sliding door main body with a cylinder may be used. It may be a motor type that moves the sliding door main body with a pinion or a belt that rotates by a linear motor, or a linear motor type that moves the sliding door main body by the attractive force or repulsive force of an electromagnet.
[0030]
The braking principle of the braking device may be arbitrary, for example, a fluid compression type that brakes the movement of the sliding door body when the fluid is compressed, and the movement of the sliding door body is braked by stirring the fluid. The fluid stirring type may be used, or a magnet type using the repulsive force of a magnet including an electromagnet may be used.
[0031]
Furthermore, the sliding door device to which the present invention is applied may have a single sliding door main body or a plurality of sliding door main bodies. In the case where the sliding door device includes a plurality of sliding door bodies, these sliding door bodies may be of a draw type, may be of a sliding type, or may be a combination of both. . Furthermore, when this invention is applied to the sliding door apparatus provided with the door pocket, this invention is applicable also to the sliding door apparatus by which the sliding door main body is arrange | positioned on both sides of the door pocket.
[0032]
Thus, when applying this invention to the sliding door apparatus provided with several sliding door main bodies, the door pocket may be for accommodating one sliding door main body, and for accommodating several sliding door main bodies. But you can.
