Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional fiber material in which a substance for expressing a specific function is attached to the fiber material to give the specific function.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method for producing a functional fiber in which photocatalytic titanium oxide particles are kneaded into a fiber raw material to impart a deodorizing / antibacterial function.
However, the method of producing functional fibers by kneading functional particles into the fiber raw material has a problem that the fibers become thick and impair flexibility, and cannot be applied to natural fibers that are less irritating to human skin. was there.
In addition, if a binder is used to attach a substance that expresses functionality to the fiber material, or if a chemical substance is used as the substance that expresses functionality, the skin will be strongly irritated, so it will touch the skin. There has been a problem that it is not suitable for the production of fibers for wearing applications.
In addition, an extract from a plant with less skin irritation cannot be firmly attached to a fiber material by itself, so that it is necessary to use a binder, or the use is limited due to low washing durability. There was a problem.
Then, an object of this invention is to implement | achieve the manufacturing method of the functional fiber material which provided the functions, such as antibacterial and deodorizing, by making the extract extracted from the plant adhere firmly to a fiber material.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, the invention according to claim 1 is a method for producing a functional fiber material in which an extract extracted from a plant is attached to the fiber material to give a specific function. The fiber material is immersed in the immersion liquid containing the extract, and the fiber material immersed in the immersion liquid is heated at a preset processing temperature in a pressurized atmosphere in a pressure vessel. comprising the step, the heating of the fiber material is carried out by Tsu蒸heating by introducing steam into the pressure vessel, wherein the treatment temperature is controlled by the exhaust in passing steam and the pressure vessel to the pressure vessel The technical means to do is used.
According to invention of Claim 1, it is the manufacturing method of the functional fiber material which attached the extract extracted from the plant to the fiber material, and provided the specific function, Comprising: In the immersion liquid containing an extract In addition, the fiber material is dipped and heated at a preset temperature in a pressurized atmosphere in a pressure vessel, so that the extract extracted from the plant is used as the fiber material without using a chemical substance such as a binder. It can adhere firmly.
Since the extract attached to the fiber material is a plant-derived natural material, there is little irritation to the skin. Thereby, it can apply also to manufacture of the textile material of the use use which contacts human skin.
Moreover, it is applicable also to the natural fiber material with little irritation | stimulation with respect to skin.
Furthermore, since no binder is used, the texture of the fiber material is not impaired.
The heating of the fiber material is carried out by Tsu蒸heating by introducing steam into the pressure vessel, for controlling the processing temperature by the exhaust of the passing steam and pressure vessels into the pressure vessel, the pressure in the pressure vessel As compared with the case where the temperature is controlled by this, the variation in the atmospheric temperature in the pressure vessel can be reduced. As a result, there is no fear that the ambient temperature will rise above the preset processing temperature and the fiber material will be damaged, or the ambient temperature will decrease and the extract will not adhere sufficiently to the fiber material, and good processing conditions Can keep.
The invention according to

Thereby, the functional fiber material with little irritation | stimulation with respect to skin can be manufactured.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the method for producing a functional fiber material according to the first or second aspect , a technical means is used in which the fiber material is a fiber material mainly composed of wool. .

When the extract from the plant is attached to the fiber material mainly composed of cotton or the fiber material mainly composed of wool as in the invention described in
[First embodiment]
Hereinafter, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described by taking as an example a manufacturing process of a fiber material in which an extract from peony is attached to a cotton material. In addition, it is known that the extract from peony has a high antibacterial and deodorizing effect among plant-derived extracts.
(Manufacturing process)
As shown in FIG. 1, in the
Subsequently, in the
Subsequently, in the attaching
As an extract from peonies, for example, dried petals of peonies are immersed in purified water, heated at 120 ° C. for 10 minutes in a pressure vessel, and extracted from antibacterial components, and this extract is used as purified water. The immersion liquid L is prepared by diluting to a predetermined concentration.
As shown in FIG. 3, first, in the adhering
Next, in the
In the
Here, when the control of the atmospheric temperature in the
However, according to the method of the present embodiment, since the ambient temperature itself is measured and controlled, these problems do not occur.
Subsequently, in the water washing
Subsequently, in the
In the cotton material produced in this way, the extract from peonies not only adheres to the surface of the cotton fibers, but also penetrates into the inside of the fibers and adheres, so that the antibacterial and deodorant components are firmly attached. The amount of adhesion can be increased. Thereby, sufficient antibacterial deodorization effect can be maintained over a long period of time.
(Evaluation of antibacterial effect)
In order to evaluate the antibacterial effect of the cotton material produced by the above-described process, an antibacterial test based on JIS L 1902 was performed. Here, the antibacterial effect means a bactericidal effect that kills bacteria and a bacteriostatic effect that suppresses bacterial growth.
As a test material, a 100% cotton filter to which a peony extract was attached by the above-described process was used, and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P was used as a test strain. The viable cell count was measured by the pour plate culture method.
Washing durability was evaluated by performing an antibacterial test according to the above method after performing washing by a washing method in accordance with JIS L0217 10 times using a standard detergent of the Japan Fiber Evaluation Technology Council.
The antibacterial results are shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and (B). The number of inoculated A is the number of viable bacteria in the standard cloth immediately after inoculation, the number of untreated cloth B is the number of living bacteria in the standard cloth after 18 hours of culture, and the number of bacteria C is the number of viable bacteria in the processed cloth after 18 hours of culture. Show. From these, the bactericidal activity value and the bacteriostatic activity value were determined, and the antibacterial effect was evaluated.

(殺菌活性値)=log(A/C) (1) (Bactericidal activity value) = log (A / C) (1)
The bacteriostatic activity value is an index for judging the antibacterial deodorizing effect, and is obtained from the formula (2). When the bacteriostatic activity value is 2 or more, it can be evaluated as having an antibacterial and deodorizing effect.
(静菌活性値)=log(B/C) (2) (Bacteriostatic activity value) = log (B / C) (2)
As shown in FIG. 4 (B), even after washing, the bactericidal activity value is 2.8 or higher, the bacteriostatic activity value is 5.5 or higher, and has a good antibacterial and deodorizing effect. It was confirmed that In addition, before and after washing, no decrease in bactericidal activity value and bacteriostatic activity value was observed, and it was confirmed that the product also has good washing durability.
